    Jorge and his team just left my home. I couldnt be more thrilled with their work and communication throughout the process of installing 12 piers on my home. Absolute pros from digging and leveling to clean-up and concrete patchwork... all at the best price of the 4 companies I had come out. Also really respected that Jorge is right there with his guys in the trenches; that shows the pride he takes in his company. If you think you may need foundation repair and arent sure who to go with, at the very least, have these guys come out. Their YouTube videos gave me some additional peace of mind of who Id be hiring/working with.

    Jorge with IFIX Construction and his crew was exceptional. From start to finish Jorge is honest and communicated clearly what they do and how they are different from other companies.     IFix Construction team came to my house to install 12 piers. They did an amazing job, we were afraid of all the information found online about the damage that can happen when getting foundation repair, Jorge was able to explain everything. He worked along the other guys from start to finish, the results were great. We expected some cracks due the movement but ifix team were so careful while leveling the house that no extra damage happened around our home! They definetely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend ifix for anyone in need of foundation services.

    Wow! wow!Wow!!!!! Words can not express the gratitude that we have for IFix Construction. This company is not your average foundation company. I had 3 bids for my foundation work. They were in the middle of the bids. What set them apart was that their crew from top to bottom enjoy working with each other. From the moment I made the initial call, until the final hole was filled up, we were told exactly what was happening, why it was happening, what to expect and reassured that everything was going to be fine. James and Moni came by the house to evaluate the issues and reassured us time after time, question after question, that they were a phone call away.This is a top notch company with top notch people that truly enjoy what they do.Thank you for making a very stressful time a very easy solution!

    My husband and I 100%, unequivocally recommend iFix Construction to anyone about to under go the incredibly stressful, messy and disruptive process of foundation repair.This was our second time having to experience the trauma of foundation failure and our recent experience using iFix was 100% better than the one we had with the first company that fixed my starter home.iFixs process was cleaner, less destructive (and disruptive) and I feel it should withstand the test of time far better than that of the our last foundation repair.Jorge and his crew installed the 25 piers necessary to support our house over the course of three grueling hot days, in the Texas sun in July in order to raise our house to the height necessary to make the foundation as level as possible. Our windows and doors that were not opening and closing, now do.Unlike the previous company, iFix tunneled under our house to install some of the piers instead of completely demolishing the interior; the former had cost me an additional 15-$20,000 to replace all of the flooring as well as to repair all of the destruction to my walls, doors and doorframes the other company did by aggressively pushing huge wheelbarrows filled with dirt and rocks down my hallway.The previous company also was not nearly as mindful while raising the house as iFix was, and so pulled apart several main pipes in the house which cost me another $7,000 to have repaired.Jorge and his crew carefully and slowly raised the house, monitoring what was happening with the doors and windows as the house came back up.This time around, there were no holes in any of our floors and so no need to replace the flooring. No fuss, no muss, no dirt and rocks being wheeled through our home which made for a much more pleasant experience.Once they were finished, everything was quickly cleaned up and everything that had been removed in order to access the foundation was replaced. Jorge stuck around after his crew left to carefully walk the property with me, ensuring that all of the sprinklers still worked (which they did) and that all of the dirt, mulch, plants, shrubs and lawn decor were put back where they once were.They did an amazing job and I cant say enough good things about them.

    I was told by two other foundation companies that I needed thousands of dollars in foundation repair. Jorge was super helpful, super knowledgeable, and very willing to walk me through the evaluation process. He told me that although the house had a low spot, it had not moved in 10 years and was stable. He said they could put in some piers but they really werent necessary. The price he quoted was less than half my other quotes. I would tell anyone considering foundation work that they should get a bid from iFix first.

    Jorge was very kind and informative. We never felt pressured and they recommended long term solutions. Life time warranty with pre and post plumbing test AND engineers report. Luciana in the office was quick to respond and they gave us several payment options to choose from to meet our financial needs. Highly recommend iFix! I will be calling them out to measure the next home I buy.

    This guys did an amazing job at my house, the identified the problem and explained me why was this happening, they were very thoroughly with a detailed explanation. I was surprised because they asked 0% money upfront, they told me that they dont ask for any payment in advance so I can trust that they will do a great work and only until I was satisfied they will ask for payment.Their guys arrived around 8 am, they were clean and polite, the foreman always answered my questions in a good mood, when they level my foundation they showed me the numbers and we recorded them together in a paper that I get to keep, after my house was leveled they asked for my signature to show that I was pleased with the results, after I give the green light they proceed to cover the holes. they finish my house on one day, when they finished everything looked even better than it was before the work.Thanks Guys I will recommend you to every person in need of foundation work!!!

    We had some recent cracks that concerned us so we gave IFIX a call. They arrived punctually and did a thorough inspection of the house. They were very friendly and professional. Thankfully they did not find anything with the foundation that needed to be repaired and left us with some helpful measurements of the house. We really appreciate their honesty and will definitely be giving them a call back if we ever need their services!

    I used I-fix in 2017. At the time money was tight and there was part of my foundation I couldnt afford to repair. Jorge focused on the more urgent parts and when I invited back to quote me today, nothing had shifted and no further repairs were necessary!!! ZERO, NADA! IM SO HAPPY.So instead we are going to do the fence!. These are good honest people w/fair prices! Look no further!

    Very, very pleased with their service. They did the free foundation evaluation and let me know that I did not need their services. The drywall cracks were normal, seasonal changes. I highly recommend you to have them do their free evaluation if you have any concerns about your foundation... this is an honest group!

    Ifix Construction fixed my foundation at added a French drain on my house in Austin Arkansas, they also repaired my foundation on 2703-2705 Petersburg Dr Arlington TX I can’t say enough good about this company. A huge Thank You to James & Monica Barnhart, Amilcar, Usbaldo, Leonel, Ovidio, Porfirio, Pilo,Mario, Audencio, Wilfredo, Elder, Front office Staff (forgive me if spelled wrong) Meeka. You all did an amazing job, on time, excellent manners, very hard workers in rain and freezing temperatures. My homes look fantastic. I strongly recommend anyone that needs a foundation job call this company! I had the ability to get to know this company well due to complications on my end. They are a very honest company with integrity. When it is your home you want someone you can trust and will do a job well. You get all this and more from this company. You can’t beat there cost (I know I tried) you can’t beat there lifetime warranty, you definitely can’t beat there knowledge and experience. I will refer them to anyone that needs foundation work, brick work, concrete, wood/Sheetrock and a French drain installed. My husband and I were more than impressed by the work they performed along with all neighbor’s and all who seen the finished results in Arkansas and Texas. I couldn’t find 1 company willing to travel out of state. They did. I fix THANK YOU for your patience with me, your honesty, answering my endless questions, and making my homes safer and in better condition than when they were built.     IFIX was quick to install the steel piers, made a perfect pier elevation adjustment with very light in-home wall / door reaction. They cleaned after themselves after installation of internal piers. I cannot praise their work & business ethics enough. Their steel pier installation cost was the most competitive by at least 22%.     Paid for foundation inspection to be completed 5/9/23. Words can’t express how helpful Jorge was with completing a buyers inspection on the property I am looking to buy. From talking me through every one of concerns ( there were lots as a first time home buyer ), taking floor elevation measurements, to crawling through the pier and beam foundation. If you want a real foundation inspection this is the contractor you want to use ! Thank you Jorge.

    We’ve worked with iFix now for both our foundation and plumbing needs. They did a full underground pipe replacement for our home and the experience we had was phenomenal! There have been several homes on our block that had the same work done and it seemed to take much longer. IFix was able to get me a quote, have the excavation and repiping done all under 6 days! We were only without water for half a day. Communication with Jorge is clear and quick and they have the most competitive pricing. I recommend iFix to anyone and will definitely be using their services again if needed.
