Absolutely stellar service. Eric came out within a couple hours of calling them and was very professional throughout. Having an older house, he ended up having to pull our toilet to clear our pipes and did a great job explaining everything he was doing during the process. If I have any further problems, Rooter Man will be my go-to in the future.

The main sewer line under the basement floor had a blockage. The line wasnt draining out of the house. We couldnt use any shower or toilet without the main line filling up and backing up the floor drain. Thankfully Rooter-Man answered my phone call (every other plumber I called went to voicemail). They were able to come out to the house in 2 hours. Jason was able to clear the drain in no time. He was very friendly, professional, and honest. Definitely recommend. And by the way, no other plumber has yet to return my call...

They were great! Called in the evening after dealing with clogged pipes in the house for several days and they came out first thing in the morning even though we just had an ice storm .He quickly knew what the problem was and got to work. Roots in the main line . professional and courteous. Will definitely call again if needed!
