I signed up for Vikings monthly service when I purchased my new home and it has absolutely been worth it! The monthly fee is very reasonable, and I have had to call a few times already for service. They always come out within a few days - and the reps have been on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgable. They take the time to explain everything to you to make sure you fully understand, and the applications they have provided at my home for pest control have all been working very well. Highly recommend this service for rodents, bees, ants, bugs, etc!

After dealing for days with another vendor to have a black faced hornet nest removed. My initial appointment on Friday pm was missed, probably due to 110 heat index. Viking called me that evening and apologized and said I would be first in line for today. Got a text from the technician when he was underway. Showed up as expected, prompt and. Wry professional. Worked hard to subdue the nasty biters so that he could remove the nest. Cleaned up afterward, and told us what to do to remove the dust later. Emphasized that if we saw ANY signs of return to call right away. Great service, great job, great results. And Bill A. Is a gem!

My mom-who is in a wheelchair-goes on and on about just how great Mark is and watching him interact with her is priceless. He takes the time to talk to her and listen while doing a stellar job! All reps should take a page out of his book when it comes to customer service! Also the prices and quality of service is comparable to others in the are. In this kind of situation you get what you pay for-and if you want to be bug free than you need Viking!

So, for whatever reason, I allowed a bunch of bald faced hornets build a nest under the eaves by my porch. I hoped it was just gonna go away. When it didnt go away, and I needed it removed without the reckless spraying of toxic pesticides, I was pretty sure I was going to end up doing it myself. However, Viking sent out a man named Tom, who understood the importance of leaving the minimal impact on my pollinator gardens and their visitors. He removed the nest in a brief amount of time, without the residual chemicals that I was worried about. Safe, efficient, and I didnt get my wallet hammered. The price was fair. They were there when they said they would be.I was/am very impressed by Vikings services. I will hopefully never have to call an exterminator again, but if I do, its gonna be these guys. I definitely recommend!

They diagnosed, called with findings, and treated the issue immediately. Service person Justin was highly professional, knowledgeable, explained everything and was super efficient!
