Giza roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof of 23 yrs. I was concerned that the permitting process would take months. Whole project was complete in three days.They were fast and efficient. Everything was spotless when they left. No nails anywhere. They removed my skylights and built a frame inside so I could insulate and attach drywall to complete the look.I have never replaced a roof before and was quite apprehensive but Giza roofing solutions made it easy.

Lost roofing shingles from hurricane Milton. Contacted Giza Roofing and Peter the owner promptly responded to inspect the damage and provide an estimate for the needed repairs. The scope of the repairs needed were thouroughly explained. I accepted the proposal and the repairs were done within one day. This was the best experiance I have had with any home repair issues. Peter and the whole crew were above and beyond responsive.

Giza was awesome from start to finish! The owners and crews were incredibly hard working, on time, polite and nice. We went with a metal roof instead of asphalt and can already tell the attic and pex water lines are cooler, even on the hot days we have had, due to the reflectivity of the metal. Giza uses a thicker guage metal than the other companies we got quotes from. Also, we havent noticed any real difference in noise level when it rains. Couldnt be happier with Giza and going metal!

Peter and the entire team at Giza Roofing are spectacular!!! From the initial visit to provide a quote until the roof was completely installed, inspected and everything signed off, Peter kept us informed. He provided updates throughout the process, stopping by to ensure his quality standards were met. Peter was always available if we had any questions or concerns and throughout the process he asked if we were satisfied with how things were going. His tear off and installation teams were respectful of our property and our neighbors. As a recent amputee, I was in and out of the house for a lot of appointments and, without asking, the guys quickly moved vehicles or any other equipment so I could safely and easily get in and out of the house. They cleaned up each day, worked efficiently and did a great job. They ensured that the tile we requested was in stock so there were no delays. We can’t recommend Giza Roofing highly enough after this seamless experience. Its rare to find a contractor with Giza Roofings exacting detail and true concern for customer satisfaction!!!

This is the second roof replacement they have done for me. The first one was a shingle roof about two months ago and they did a fantastic job. The one they just did was a tile roof replacement. They did a really great job on both roofs. Peter Giza and his whole team where great. If your looking for a new roof I would highly recommend them. I would youse them again for any of my roof repairs, or replacements. You could not be in better hands than Giza roofing.

The repair was completed on time and as agreed. This was a multi day project, the work crew arrived on time and cleaned the area prior to leaving the project everyday. This is a DR Horton house, 13 years old with a tile roof. Separate of any hurricane/storm damage, the roof has had to be repaired on two separate occasions, same location. I question the roof design and/or construction by DR Horton. This model home is a 4/3/3 single story house. Other like floor plans in the neighborhood have had like roof repairs...

Peter Giza and his team are amazing! They did a fabulous job on our home roof, our flat roof and skylights. Communication was great, they always showed up on time, as scheduled, and kept in touch. The PM kept a close eye on everything, communicated frequently and the crew did a fantastic job. The worksite was kept impeccably clean and we had zero issues with residual nails. The professional, independent inspection Peter included after the work was complete helped with our insurance. They went over and above on all aspects. This is a local and trustworthy organization to do business with, I would recommend them to anyone replacing a roof!

Peter Giza and his crew of Project Manager and Installers was the best I have seen in any professional business in all of SWFL. Our roof was a Standing Seam Deep Bronze color and a flat roof area over the Lanai that they rebuilt and it all looks amazing. We were always kept informed about when permitting would be done, installation and was even bumped up by 1 month because Peter could get supplies earlier (amazing when you think of the supply chain constraints when everyone else is also trying to get roofs done). Our job from order to final installation took about 4-5 weeks. Photos of every step in the job plus drone shots from above were documented throughout the entire process. Truly outstanding service that competed in price against all the best roofers in SWFL. We are SO Happy we went with GIZA ROOFING ! Thank you Peter.

From start to finish, Giza roofing solutions exceeded our expectations.After Hurricane Ian, we unfortunately contracted with another roofer who told me that they have the best metal crew in Florida. They performed a sloppy, horrible injustice to our home.After the other contractor was fired, we contracted with Giza Roofing after I saw what a great job they had done on my neighbors home. Peter Giza came to our house to check the job out. He was knowledgeable, professional, and able to point out a multitude of issues that the other company had created. He didnt promise us the world, but he did emphasize that his company could do better.When his crew commenced work, the difference was exceptional. Pete, the project manager was on site for most of the project. He was communicative and really treated our house like it was his own. The installation crew (Ivan and the guys) really have an eye for detail, and they know how to properly work with metal. The difference in the quality and craftsmanship was substantial. Being in construction myself, I found it comforting that they were able to point out and fix any issue before I had to mention it. My property was left very clean at the end of every day.The process went quickly, professionally, and the end result was a roof that we will never have to worry about again. If I could give Peter Giza and his Giza Roofing Solutions six stars, I would. I did a lot of research to find a company to re-shingle our large house. After seeing Gizas highly rated reviews, I got a bid and ended up choosing the company. I was going to be gone while the job was being done, so I was somewhat concerned shortcuts might be taken, so I asked a good friend who was a contractor for decades to check when the work was done. I couldnt be happier with the work Giza did on our home. They did a beautiful job. My friend only found a couple of very small issues that needed to be fixed and Giza was there within a couple of days to do the work and finished the job spectacularly. In addition, when they discovered I needed a vent installed over my garage, they did that at NO EXTRA COST. Amazing!! I cant say enough good things about Peter Gizas company and how he communicates with you, the photos he sends, showing up when he says they will and doing a wonderful job. You wont go wrong with Giza Roofing Solutions!

Later in the same year, Ian did some damage and Giza did the emergency tarping immediately. All the unit owners are very pleased with their services. Would highly recommend.

The owner, Peter, got back to me immediately with a fair and competitive anticipated price for repairs, while letting me know that it could be slightly more once they opened up the roof. His crew showed up on time, worked all day and Peter came by several times throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. They did end up finding a bit more damage than expected, but texted me pics throughout the progress so I could see what they were doing. The additional amount was minimal and very fair, especially considering the amount of work they did and the number of hours they were at the house. Peter Giza is a wonderful example of an excellent roofing contractor. He was communicative, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive to our requests and wishes after hurricane Ian destroyed our roof. He completed his work in record time given the challenges of product and mechanical availability, permitting, and dealing with challenges of a complex roof structure. Working on Sanibel was demanding and difficult due to the the destruction of the islands infrastructure, but he met all hurdles with efficiency and good cheer. His pricing and high quality of work done out-shone all other roofing quotes we researched.They dont make enough stars to rate his work!

Hey folks, My name is Tony Nardone. It was a year ago January 2022 Giza Roofing installed a new roof on our small home in North Cape Coral FL. They did an excellent job. We figured we would be good for at least 15 years until the next replacement.Enter hurricane Ian in September.....We had a 14X22 aluminum screen porch on the back (south) side of our home. The winds from Ian literally ripped the porch from the concrete slab and stuccoed wall. On its way to its new home. A canal bank 150 yards away it tumbled across the roof damaging it badly enough that it had to be replaced again. So once again we called on Peter and his company. Peter was a wealth of information connecting us to other trades contractors in the area. A fascia and soffit contractor. Gutter contractor and screen contractor. Without his help we would have just been stumbling around blindly trying to find someone on our own. All Southwest Florida contractors have been overwhelmed by work in Ians aftermath. Its almost impossible to get your calls for help returned. Thanks to Peter our new roof is on. Our fascia and soffits were replaced in weeks. Gutters are scheduled soon and the new screen room is 10 months out but at least its scheduled. I cant say enough good things about this man and his roofing company. Dont hesitate to call upon him for roof repairs or replacement.

Best experience with Giza Roofing! Recently we had a leak in our house during a heavy rain. Out of all the roofing companies we called, Giza was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough in their inspection of the leak and roof. We ended up replacing the entire roof due to its age and overall condition. Peter the owner was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the install process. We were extremely impressed with his level of professionalism and high quality work performed by the crew. The price was very fair and overall process incredibly easy. Definitely 5 stars. Quality, honesty, professional. Giza installed my roof with Owens Corning Duration shingles. Peter Giza kept me in the loop through the entire process. There were no hidden fees or upcharge when completed. Giza came back after hurricane Ian, and thoroughly inspected for any damage and replaced some of the ridge cap shingles that had been damaged. They didnt gouge me for this and I would stand behind them all the way. Great job, great price.Thanks guys.

Pleasure doing business with Peter and his team. We were left high and dry by another roof who I will not name. Luckily we found Peter. He was able to quote us within 24hr. He also started the job and completed it within 3 days, with permits. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, which is not the most common trait in the construction industry.
