We worked with T&K Construction after mold remediation in our home. They reinstalled dry wall and built back our bathroom including shower and freestanding tub. We are very happy with the result and how everything turned out. Claude was very professional and prompt at providing the estimate and was able to work with our budget which we really appreciated. Justin is a construction manager who underpromisses and overdelivers. Kyle and Glenn did a fantastic job on the shower and tub instalation. They are knowlegeble and skilled at what they do.

Cannot say enough good about T&K. From the start of project to finish. From estimate to signing to finish. Communication is a key in a project like this with a lot of different skilled trades and it all went well. Many personnel came and went. All were great.

T & K did a wonderful/ flawless tub to shower conversion in our guest bathroom. The actual shower was completed in 4 days, demolition, tile work! We had to wait a couple of weeks for the glass shower door delivery and installation. Justin, our project mgr. was on-site to review job site and kept us up to date on everything. Thank you Justin and Kyle and all the tile crew. Our project was relatively small compared to their other projects. But it didn’t matter, they were very professional and cleaned the work site. I highly recommend this company for your next home remodel!

We supplied the tile and grout, and they did the rest. Kyle, the tile guy, removed the tub, reconfigured the drain, and set the tile in one day. He returned and grouted the next day. The glass guy measured two days later and told us it the doors would be installed the following week. But, they had the supplies in stock, and installed the doors the very next day. We’re very pleased.

I was referred to T & K Construction by a trusted colleague. From my first meeting with Justin the Project Manager to discuss the renovations I wanted, I knew we would work well together. I hired T & K Construction to completely renovate a small house. Throughout the entire project, every T & K Construction team member was polite, professional and hard working. Justin suggested enhancements to my renovation plan that were beneficial to improve future resale value. As with any renovation project, especially for a home built in the 1960’s, there were surprises along the way, but the T & K Construction team were able to resolve anything that came up with minimal delays. Justin was always available by phone, text or in person. T & K Construction also provided detailed responses to emails when I had questions. Prior to the final payment, we did a walk-through and they took care of all the punch list items without complaining. I am extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend this company to others looking to do remodeling projects of any size!

We had major damage from Hurricane Ian and when we finally received our insurance money after 14 months later, T&K came in and started demolition and reconstruction immediately. They were always prompt, and kept us informed of what was going on. This company is for real! After having a bad experience with my kitchen remodel a couple of years ago with a bad contractor, I was hesitant to want to hire anyone for my shower remodel, it was hard to trust anyone after that. I decided to take a chance with T&K Construction and Im so glad I did! Everyone that was involved with my project was amazing! Kyle is so super nice and helpful with any questions or concerns. The young guy that did the tiling is a sweetheart, the tiling took a little longer than expected only because he cared so much about it coming out perfect, which it did! The price they quoted me was very fair. They fit me in earlier than what they initially had told me and got it done. Oh, and they did my kitchen backsplash also which also came out amazing! They show up when they say theyre going to and were very good about cleaning up. I cant say enough good things about this company! Below is a before and after pics of my shower

T&K Construction and Remodeling was recommended to us by another company we were considering for a total remodel of our bathroom. Peter Ressa arrived on time, was friendly, and professional. He listened to what my wife and I wanted, and was quite creative in his own suggestions. This was a complete gut job requiring rewiring, plumbing, and expanding walls. His team removed the garden tub, moving the vanities there. The shower stall was removed, and the toilet was placed there. 1/3 of our bathroom is now a shower. The shower and flooring were tiled. EVERY SINGLE PERSON we dealt with was polite, and exceptionally competent. Folks were on time, communication was daily. Peter was always available for any questions, and made frequent visits. I dont want to offend anyone by omitting their names , but I must say their tile guy was incredible. The guys who did the drywall were wizards. I watched them with astonishment. Their painter matched the vanity color perfectly to the saloon doors, and that required multiple colors, as the vanity was distressed. The pricing was very fair, and they did a few repairs around the house that wasnt part of the contract. There are many more things I can say but after reading all of this you may not believe me. Of all of the home improvement companies I have ever dealt with, nobody can touch T&K. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 12/15/93 update. T&K just finished their fourth job for us. This time it was to put our house back together after hurricane Ian. 36 sheets of drywall, kitchen cabinets, back splash installation, they are done! These folks are great to work with. We still havent a complaint about their quality of work. Its gotten to the point that we know just about everyone. Early next year they will be back for additional work. We will not consider another company. If thats not enough to convince you to really consider this company, nothing will.

We then decided to work with T&K Construction and things became easier to get the information and status of the job and supplies. Once we signed with them and supplies got ordered everything was done in less than four months. And the job was so well done. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone. Very easy to work with. Would use them again for sure.

T&K recently handled a big exterior repair work project on my house in Cape Coral and did solid work. They went above and beyond when my girlfriend went down to check out all the work that has been done in preparation for selling the home. She discovered the dryer vent sitting on the picnic table behind the house. We called T&K and they sent someone out right away. It turns out that the dryer vent had been left in the side of the house but the dryer had been vented through the roof in prior work (and couldnt be seen if you werent on a ladder). T&K removed the dryer vent in the exterior repair but didnt take the vent. We apologized for calling them out for nothing and offered to pay a trip charge, but T&K said not to worry. Now that is customer care.The only minor complaint we have is that there were so many people to deal with through various steps from estimate to final check over to the work. Having one point person would have been less complicated. But that is a minor hassle and didnt impact the good work they did.UPDATE July 2024 = As we were finishing off the work on our home in Cape Coral we discovered the drywall in the ceiling of the garage had some bad spots due to a leak from an AC line leak. We got the line fixed and had T&K do all of the drywall in the garage. They did a solid job as expected and went above and beyond by giving us a couple of new can light covers. In addition, they accidentally did some minor damage to the garage door mechanism and called in a garage door company and made sure it got back in working order. Some extra hassles, but things happen and they fixed it at no charge to us with no hassle. How it should be.

T&K helped us rebuild from flooding due to hurricane Ian. After interviewing countless contractors we realized how difficult it was to find a contractor willing to communicate and be honest with us. We were lucky to find T&K. Nick and Sam were excellent communicators through the sales process, Kyle was very meticulous with our tile, Jerry and his paint crew were phenomenal and made our home look like new, Justin and Claude kept us updated through the process and swiftly addressed any issues that arose, Cody was very personable, and Kevin helped us immensely by creating spreadsheets for our ongoing insurance claim. When we began demo, we found that we were able to save a large portion of a stucco wall that we had originally quoted as a demo and rebuild in our project. Instead of demoing the wall to make extra money, T&K meticulously repaired the area, saved the wall, and saved us money which was quite a blessing in our rebuild. From my experience, it is nearly impossible to find any contractor with that kind of integrity.Construction is an almost impossible endeavor with so many unknowns before a project begins. There will inevitably be mistakes and issues. The absolute most you can hope for is a contractor who will be honest with you, answer the phone, and be willing to tackle whatever comes up during the job.T&K did that and we are truly thankful that we were able to work with them after the destruction of the storm. We wish we would have found them earlier.

Upon shopping around for someone to do some exterior work on my family’s home, I decided to go with T&K. Like so many people we had to have extensive repairs completed from Hurricane Ian. Based on google reviews I chose T&K. Their great reviews are well deserved! With T&K from day one we only experienced the absolute best customer service and quality repair work you could ever ask for. At all times they were polite, courteous, respectful, caring, helpful, attentive, honest professionals. And any time there was a slight concern, they were always quick to respond, and always made sure we were 100% satisfied with each of their efforts. We are planning some additional home remodel upgrades later on, and when we decide we are ready to do that, we will only contact T&K; and will not even consider using anyone else. I cannot say enough good things about T&K. We contracted with them to do work on our house in Matlacha a few months before Hurricane Ian. They were professional and cared about their work. Little did we know a month later we would get the eye of the hurricane. Obviously this caused more work to be done. They immediately answered my texts after the storm and had a crew right out to repair the most pressing damages. They have done roof repair on my roof fencing, inside ceiling repair, drywall, painted the exterior of my 3-story house (that was a big job). They remodeled my first floor from an extra room into a family room. They even installed new appliances. The owner, Peter, came by several times to check in. Claude helped me (way beyond) trying to move a refrigerator upstairs (not their job). Nick has been my estimator and is extremely responsive. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I have not met a single person at T&K that didn’t care, and I think I’ve met most of them over the last year.

I contacted T&K when we realized one of our patio doors was not sealed properly causing water damage to our floor and wall. Peter called me right away to set up an estimate.Brian arrived the morning of the estimate and was kind and thorough with assessing what we needed done. We got the estimate very quickly and I knew based on the excellent responsiveness of Peter and Brian that we contacted the right company.The quote was very reasonable and T&K was able to fit us in quickly on their schedule. The morning of the work the crew showed up and walked through the work to be done and created a game plan, even taking the time to make recommendations on other work we needed done when asked. Kevin and his team got started right away and we couldnt have been happier with their work. Less than a full day later we had a brand new installed door and repaired flooring. They took the time to reinstall the burglary alarm sensors to the new door without us having to ask. They even removed debris and trash from other work we did ourselves prior to their arrival and put it in their dumpster for us. They were thoughtful, respectful, and very clean with their work. Peter and his team recently remodeled our kitchen after a water leak and replaced the flooring in 80% of home. They were able to accommodate all of our requests and offered valuable suggestions to make the final design better and more efficient. We felt their services were fair and reasonable. After using the wonderful lawn service T&K provided, and having a more than pleasant experience, I felt the need to see if they could get some work done on the lowest room in our house, next to a very low sea wall. Drywall and flooring was rotting following a flood issue after a recent tropical storm in Matlacha. T&K, in a matter of a week, came in, tore out the old drywall, wood studs, and flooring, and placed in new wood, brilliantly suggested blanco tile, along with new drywall and a new coat of paint. The 3 or 4 guys that came over were extremely polite, especially the painter, Edward I believe. They worked extremely quick, but I dont believe the quality was faulted by that. We now have a beautiful gray marble-floored room restored after an annoying flood. Overall, the experience was more perfect than I expected, at a reasonable quoted price, (lower anyways than other contractors in MY area) and I would recommend both their contractor and lawn services to anybody. Very happy with the work done at my home.

I contacted Brian at T&K construction. Ian caused roof damage which resulted in Interior water damage; dining laundry & bath rooms ceilings and garage drywall were wet and had to come down. My wife was in the middle of Achilles surgery in Indiana so I was unable to be here in CC for the work. When I did return to the house, it was immaculate. Everything was put back together and the place was spotless. It was like I had a bad dream and nothing ever happened to the house. Brians guys called me in Indiana whenever they entered the property. They had a full run of the place....I will never not use them in the future. Trust has been established; expectations exceeded.

We started our search for contractors back in November of 2021 with several contractors not returning phone calls or telling us our project was too small. We owned a rental for 10 years that we were now going to call home for the winters and knew that we were going to need a contractor to help us. After calling T&K, We received a call back the next day from Ryan. He was very helpful and set up a meeting with us. We are snowbirds and were not arriving in Florida until January. We were very hesitant that they may not show because of our past dealings with other contractors. We did receive a phone call when we arrived in Florida that, in fact, Ryan would be here to meet with us. Being in Florida for only 4 days prior to the meeting, we had not fully worked out what it was that we really wanted to accomplish with our renovation this first year in Florida. Ryan was very helpful and very patient with us. Much to our surprise, T&K was able to start our project the next week. We met with the owner, Peter, and found that we had picked the right contractor for us. Peter is an upfront, honest man and was very helpful and patient. He went above and beyond what we were expecting. Along the way, after seeing the quality of work from Peter’s team, we decided to do much more than we had originally planned. Again, they fit us in and got the work done. T&K has an amazing team and work very well together. We absolutely loved Eduardo and Eli. I would recommend T&K to anyone that is looking to get work done and performed by people that care about their workmanship. We will be using T&K for all our projects in the future. I am so happy that I found T&K Construction and Remodeling through someone elses Facebook recommendation! I had a few projects in mind around the house, so I had them over to help with engineer a timeline and an order in which to do these projects. Although it was a smaller job, I wanted to start with a wall demo to open up the living room and the kitchen, and tackle the full kitchen and bathrooms in 2021. From the first interaction with Kate all the way through to paying my invoice, Ive had nothing but five-star service. Kevin and Peter came out as promised, we brainstormed my vision for removing this wall, and I had a quote the next day. I was so pleased with the price range that I wanted to schedule as soon as possible. Their demo team showed up on time and ready to work. They were polite, thorough, and efficient, cleaning and removing all the debris as they went. I love that they didnt just leave a pile: they were actively removing the bags and bulk materials, and then sweeping and shop-vacing, the whole time! Theyre super dog-friendly, which is a great plus - my dogs loved them. I was so pleased with demo. Their drywaller came the next day and did an over-the-top job. I wasnt even going to have them attempt to match the swirled-1970s ceiling pattern, but he gave it his best shot and it actually turned out really well. Drywall, too, cleaned up as he went and left the house as clean as it was when he got here. Communication is fabulous: check-ins at every stage of the process. Florida, let me tell you something: the days of unreliable contractors are done. These guys are complete professionals and have the know-how and the licensing to be a full-service remodel and construction company. The invoice came today and I was so pleased: not only was it right on point, it was at the low end of the quote. Im astonished: they say when you find a good company, you need to spread the good news, and Ill be doing that and then some. I cant wait to have them back out for my own kitchen and bath projects, but as a Realtor, I especially cant wait to have someone of this quality to be able to refer to my customers. A+ service - great job!
