    Outstanding! I needed to replace my dishwasher right before Thanksgiving. Erin returned my very early call within minutes and VERY cheerfully scheduled me for that afternoon. Eirik showed up on time and took care of business, keeping everything clean as a whistle. He had to fabricate a connection and did so right there in the back of his well-equipped truck. People from Canyon Lake know that a good contractor is hard to find. I can safely recommend EF Plumbing! 👍

    I needed some plumbing work done, but nothing was an emergency. I called several companies because I had the luxury of shopping around. EF plumbing was by far the easiest to work with and the most accommodating to my schedule. The up-front pricing was more reasonable than any of the others, and although it wasnt an emergency, everything was taken care of the same day. Erik fixed all the issues that needed immediate attention, and the estimates he provided for future projects about which I inquired were more than fair. I have some fairly large plumbing projects forthcoming because my house is somewhat older, and I will definitely be contacting EF Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

    Woke up this morning 8/3/2024 Saturday morning to a water heater that bursted water all through the house. First call i made to EF plumbing talked to Erik asked if he could come and install new water heater. Showed up when promised. Very very happy customer reasonable and great price.     I called 2 other companies, one of which I had used before, over a 2 day period. Neither returned my calls. I contacted EF Plumbing this morning and was called back. I was give a time frame for the service visit. i was contacted when Erik was in route and he arrived on time. Erik checked everything out and explained what would need to be done. He explained what was doing as he worked. He also cleaned up as he worked. When the job was completed the final cost, including parts he had to buy was what he had estimated. My experience with EF PLUMBING was Great! I highly recommend E F Plumbing. 5 Stars!

    We had a pvc water supply pipe burst in the freezing weather. EF plumbing quickly answered our call on a Sunday, responded promptly, and handled the repair for us in a professional manner.     I had a leak coming through the ceiling from my 2nd story. I received a quick return call and was able to set up an initial appointment for Eirik to come out. He completed a repair to my tub and explained to me what he was doing and why, and then told me if the leak persisted to call him back. The following day I still noticed the leak and contacted Eirik. He responded to my email quickly and scheduled a time to come back out. He found the cause of the leak and was able to repair it quickly, again explaining what he was doing and why. I truly appreciated the explanation behind the work as much as the quality of the work. I would HIGHLY recommend EF Plumbing to anyone, and I will definitely be contacting them for all of my plumbing needs!

    EF Plumbing was very responsive and returned my call quickly when we came home to a water leak by our main waterline during a freeze.     Water heater went out on July 4th. I called EF that same day. They gave me a quote and we’re here with a new heater the next morning at 8 and we were up and running by 11.     Our new home has some issues with a leaky water heater and our subcontractor wasnt calling us back and we were in an immediate need. I called first thing at 8:30 and got Erik out at 10:30 2 hours later to help resolve our issue.     This was the best experience I have had with a plumber in 30 years. They changed out two water heaters and removed the old ones. They were very good on price and offered us a few options. They are also a small business local to my area. I heard about them from my neighbor which is the best type of advertising.

    Had upstairs bathroom sink clogged and Eirik used a 20ft snake to unclog the drain when that didn’t work he used a product called blue monster. That worked. He checked for any leaks found none he cleaned up and we are back in business I will use EFPlum big for all future plumbing needs. He was great.

    I found EF Plumbing to be amazingly responsive and very attentive to my goals. What differentiates the EF team is that the owner, Eirik, is your lead from diagnosis and estimating through execution and he takes extra strides to make sure your goals are accomplished at a competitive price.Background on my job: After two major claim losses in three years (separate interior water heater and water softener failures that caused significant damage), I made a decision that I wanted both our water heaters and our water softener out of the interior of the house completely and relocated to the garage. I also had a secondary goal of converting the three interior areas (one upstairs, two downstairs) that would be freed up into full door closets (to the floor) down the road. I brought three plumbing companies out, but felt Eirik and the EF team could best deliver on my goals. He laid out a design that would replace our two water heaters with a tankless system plumbed and mounted in our garage along with a new water softener system.I was not disappointed. It was a multi-day job and Eirik and his assistants started promptly, communicated with me throughout, and always kept my secondary goals of additional closet space in mind. After taking the water heaters out, Eirik found additional plumbing runs not related to the water heater that ran above the floor but under the wooden framing the water heater stood on. He reran those too to ensure we could accomplish our goal of a full closet down the road! I am certain other companies would have considered it out of scope and just left it for me to discover later. That is truly listening to your customers goals!! Eirik also did some additional work for us as part of this job - replacing our pressure release valve and addressing some other minor things we had shared.Overall, we were highly pleased in all regards!

    Erik & his crew were so fantastic! After the Texas snowstorm & freeze, our community suffered hugely. Im a disabled veteran running an animal sanctuary & they got my well repaired, my hot water heater line & 2 pipes in my walls. We were without water for TWO WEEKS! They got me scheduled quickly, even at this busy time, fixed a toilet line that clogged when the well lines were opened up, were extremely thorough & Erik made sure to double-check everything before leaving. He makes sure that customer satisfaction is a key factor in everything he does. What a Blessing to have a company like this serving our community!💕👍
