Barret and his wife Mariela (SB Construction) answered an Angi list project I posted. They were professional and very helpful, they called me back and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Barret showed up the next day and took an extensive look at the project. He then assured me he had the right staff to complete the job (Pre Built aluminum alloy powder coated pergola shipped in pieces needing assembly). No backyard is the same, Barret with his experience knows this and brought a great crew that made custom corrections that made the structure look, operate, and function great with upgrades to how the pergola is fastened down to the existing concrete or grass area. Mariela was professional and experienced with the construction work and the financial end of the project. She took care of the business portion ensuring us that with every project they take on, it is guaranteed or they will make it right. All in all, I had a great experience with SB Construction and would recommend them for any project you got around the house or business. Can’t say enough good things about Barret, Mariela, and the crew Juan and Julio. If you don’t have the time, the knowledge, or are just unsure? Give SB Construction a call and get a quote. I would highly recommend SB Electrical!! They responded quickly, showed up on time, and the cost to hang my Christmas lights was the lowest in the SCV. They did a great job and I’ve received so many compliments from my neighbors.

Mariella was amazing! They gave us a good price for painting our house and the painters did excellent work. After the painting was done, Mariella and Barrett did a walk-thru with us to make sure that we were satisfied. I highly recommend them. They are fair and the quality of work is excellent.

My kitchen ceiling lights completely went out over night. I called SB Construction and they set an appt to come out right away. In just a few minutes they knew exactly what needed to be done and got started right away. They switched out my old bulky kitchen ceiling lights with beautiful slim, fully adjustable lighting. I didn’t know my kitchen could be so bright! It adjusts from bright light to low light that’s great for those nights when I get up at night. They also fixed the faulty wiring at the switch and replaced the the old face plate with a new updated face plate that has a slide control for the lights. They were quick, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They didn’t do any unnecessary additional work and the cost was fantastic!Thank you for your all that you do!
