Joel is great. Punctual, communicates clearly on things he recommends, helps with introductions to other contractors if there’s a need (he aided me to get my palm trees trimmed and also helped connect me for some small paint jobs). He takes super care of the yard with a good eye for things that need attention. Great service and super guy. Highly recommend!

The owner of the company has been professional and very responsive. Initially when setting up lawn care services, he was out within 24 hours to do an assessment. The many services offered are affordable, and the owner is willing to work with you to ensure your lawn care needs are met. In addition, there is excellent customer service! Its been fantastic working with this company, and would recommend them & their services to anyone requiring them.

I called Fains based on reviews and wasnt disappointed! Joel responded quickly to the call and to our issue. We needed someone quick! He came out same day for consult and was back in 2 days for the work. He is courteous, professional, and the work is excellent! I felt we were treated as youd expect a huge job to be treated when we are only a small yard! Fabulous prices too!

Honestly I am VERY picky with who does my yard. Fain did an AMAZING job. I called to get a quote to not only mow, but also to rake up leaves and trim lower branches on over half an acre of our property which was a BIG JOB... and I am so glad I went with my gut. He knew his landscaping and did a phenomenal job! Exactly what I asked of him and he even made a suggestion on something he could do for the landscaping to make our yard look that much better after he was done. He took his time to make sure to get the job done just right and did NOT disappoint! Our yard looks GREAT!

Mr. Joel was courteous, professional, and listened. I had 4 projects, front of house hedge trim, rear of house azalea hedge trim, driveway edge trim from adjacent lot overgrowth, and west side of house trim of adjacent lot overgrowth. His Quote was very reasonable and we contracted with a hand shake. He later contacted me on date and time to perform work. In just under one full work day he, and help, completed all tasks. I was very pleased with his proficiency, and he exceeded on extent of work in two of the trimmings. His clean up was exceptional. I will be utilizing his services in the future. He is honest and reliable.

After Hurricane Sally, my previous lawn company stopped answering my texts/calls. I was referred to Joel through a friend and he answered right away and was able to come out within a few days. He and his crew came to work the day after I received his (reasonable) quote. My front and backyard are transformed! They cleaned up the hurricane debris, trimmed all the trees, and even laid new pine straw out front. I am thrilled with the results, responsiveness, and professionalism of Joel and his team.
