I can’t say enough about the amazing remodel of our lower level that Tolin Designs did for us. Jake, Krystal and their top notch team gave us an amazing experience due to their expertise, guidance, support and many design suggestions prior to starting our project and during the process. They were on top of everything that we discussed and delivered our project on time and to 100% satisfaction. We did a complete kitchen remodel with Tolin Designs in late 2023. The kitchen was original from 1959 and in desperate need of a re-do. From start to finish, this team exceeded our expectations. We received excellent guidance regarding materials, layout and design for the space. The on-site team was exceptional and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. We especially appreciated the good communication throughout the project: there were no surprises and we came in on schedule and within our budget. This kitchen is the heart of our home and were so happy with how it turned out! We highly recommend Tolin Designs!! -

Tolin Designs was referred to us by Realtor - Samantha Holmes (Sam always has the best recommendations). It has been such a positive experience not only getting quotes for exterior painting (deck, front door and garage trim/ service door) but also bathroom remodeling. Jake and Krystal Tolin are very professional although with a truly down to earth no non-sense approach which is welcomed. Tolin Design provided Andrew and Ryan to do the misc exterior painting jobs and they were very detailed, courteous and professional. We look forward to using Tolin Designs for future projects all around the house (St James Place Development). -

From the initial stages, Krystal walks you through the design process, gives you plenty of ideas and options, and helps makes decisions when youre not sure what would be best. Then the rest of the team is efficient, skillful, and tremendously friendly when carrying out the rest of the project. We bought a 1972 ranch that we pretty much gutted. Tolin designed our master bath and closet from a third bedroom. They were great a pulling design materials. Jake added a full wall of cherry cabinets with quartz counters, sink, and stone backsplash to our finished basement. It is absolutely beautiful and was just what the room needed. His workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. His pricing was very affordable for a finished product that appeared to have cost much more. He was very helpful in his suggestions to achieve the look we were searching for. I’ve also listed a few of Jake & Crystal’s flip homes and they do such a beautiful job of transforming homes into show places. I highly recommend Tolin Designs! -

Jake did an amazing job restoring my 100-year-old farmhouse. It went from a total tear down project to an amazing home in the country. He redid my kitchen and both bathrooms. All the bedrooms and living room had textured walls that needed to be redone. He replaced all the flooring throughout the home. He exceeded my wildest expectations. -

I was so impressed with the remodel of St. Stephen’s church in Bolivar, Ohio that I had to go through it twice! It was a remarkable transformation from an empty church building into a beautiful home!
