    We had two new toilets installed, one of which we were going to move. Estimates for both were reasonable. Zach was very patient with the construction that was going on during his installations.     Gary from Platinum Plumbing came to my house today to fix a bathtub that seemed to leak out the bottom. He couldnt recreate the problem. He tried everything. Very possibly, I did not close the plastic side all the way. Ill monitor it and be sure to call them if it happens again.Gary, and everyone Ive dealt with at Platinum Plumbing are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, honest.After dealing with two unscrupulous contractors while I was still in Dallas and getting this place ready to move into on a timeline, I was starting to lose a lot of faith.Platinum Plumbing knows the value of honesty.     I called these guys on a Sunday and they were here by Monday.We were in bad shape, terrible leaks under the house which required a crew to dig. They could of taken advantage of us if they wanted to but they were very up front, honest, charged us a very reasonable amount for the initial problem, and they fixed it all relatively quickly considering how big of a job it was.Once they were finished the first problem they discovered another problem and they came back out and spent the whole next day working on that one. One of them even spent their birthday fixing our problems (I’m bad with names but the dude with the sweet beard).I’m so grateful to these guys. I got a good vibe from them from the beginning and I felt like they genuinely cared about leaving me and my family better off than when they first got hereIt’s a very valuable thing to find a service team that won’t swindle you when they have the chance. They will be my first choice going forward and I can’t recommend them enough. I’m very grateful for everything they have done!

    Billy and Zach installed a new hot water heater for me in my attic and did a fantastic job, Very professional and very Efficient. By chance, Billy discovered a major leak under my house, Unbeknownst to me, that has been leaking for a very long time. Therefore, my sewer was backing up, and there was standing water under my house. Billy and Zach worked on the problem tirelessly to clear the sewer pipe and to repair the leaking pipe under the house. They were able to take care of the problem while they were out here in one day and will provide me bids on replacing the old old pipes under the house, so that I have no more issues. I am so grateful That I found Platinum Plumbing and Billy and Zach in particular. They are amazing. Their prices are so reasonable, and I will be using them for many years to come.

    This was written last winter and Im not sure if it ever posted.I had a pretty major crisis involving a broken pipe and gushing water from a water filtration system. I called Platinum Plumbing and Billy and Gary were at my home in less than 30 minutes. They worked out in the cold and stayed until they were sure the problem was remedied.Today, I had another plumbing situation and Platinum Plumbing sent Zack to my rescue. He was here within a few hours and replaced the toilet, as I requested.I will always turn to them for all my plumbing needs.

    Quick and professional! Even though I called at 4pm, they were more than happy to help! Had two water lines break under the house that the fixed very quickly, and an elbow joint on the sprinkler system outside that they managed to fix and install stronger materials with! I would highly recommend them as they were fairly priced as well.

    Before reaching Platinum Plumbing, I called 4-5 other services, and each of them quoted around 250$ just for the inspection and their trip and they needed 4-5 days to come. Platinum Plumbing guys asked for 75$ for inspection and they also said they would waive it if the repairs would be fixed by them. Whereas others included the travel trip, and inspection fee as an additional amount. Platinum Plumbing reached the place in exactly an hour and fixed the leaks at the sink on the same day. I would surely recommend them for any plumbing needs.
