In my opinion, TVB is the best in the business. I hired them to put up a 30ft x 50ft, 1500 Sq ft building on my residential property. From the first phone call with John, to completion of the project 2 weeks after starting, I had total confidence that the job was being handled properly and professionally.Jeremiah, Kristian, and Anthony were knowledgeable, hardworking, and made me feel like I had family working with me.Totally satisfied with Tierra Verde Builders and would recommend them to anyone.

Professional, efficient, EXTREMELY responsive to customer needs. Enthusiastically willing to (repeatedly) go above and beyond to keep us happy and deliver a quality product.We had a complicated situation where Tierra Verde had to step in to complete a significant portion of a pre-existing/partial build that they hadnt been involved in, prepped for or anything. Theyve handled the complications associated with this beautifully and now that its completed, were thrilled with the results.I highly recommend working with this company, our experience with both the owner and workers was terrific.

The whole team at TVB were incredible to work with! From planning to working with the powers to be to get your project done.... these guys nailed it! Everything was very transparent and spelled out with no big surprises. Supervisions were on top of any situation that occurred and addressed all our issues. The scope of the project for Tierre Verde Builders was larger than most remodels. We bought a 28yr old, 3900sf. home that had been sitting unoccupied for 4 years. It had significant water damage inside and out, mold & termite damage. Numerous attempted previous repairs were only patches and it ultimately required having the stucco completely removed, window framing and studs were rotted from the water damage and had to be reframed around numerous doors & windows, weep screed installed, Tyvek wrap, new lathe, new stucco. It turns out the builder of the home never installed the Tyvek wrap nor weep screed to direct water away from the home. There is a permit process for these additional steps now on new builds and remodels. This is going to be our forever home so we wanted it done right. John helped with preparing the bid, explaining it in detail and John will not cut corners! John, Pam as well as the whole Tierra Verde Team are true professionals if they dont know the answer they will find one out. They will offer patient expert advice along the way, and have taken pictures to keep us abreast of the progress along the way since we are doing this remotely. Highly recommend this professional group, their trades have been with them for years, some 40 years! No reason to doubt this company, they will take good care of any scope of project you may have! ~ Nancy & Greg

Efficent, works within your budget and willing to do payments. Works around a rather crazy schedule(sorry about that) and did amazing work. They were even great with my toddler.
