I deal with a lot of leaks. Probably over 40 leaks in the past 12 months. Virtual Plumbing has been amazing. They show up on time and get the job done, giving me less to worry about. Joe and Keith are some of the best plumbers I have ever met. I recommend them over anyone. They are honest, good people. And if you are nice enough, they might teach you a thing or two.5/5 stars.

What an awesome company! We are first time homebuyers and still learning things. Our hot water suddenly stopped working. My boss recommended us Joel. Julie was able to get us an appointment asap and next morning Joel was at our house right on time. He walked us through what happened and showed us step by step and before you know it we had hot water again! Amazing company. Such friendly people and even took our business card for reference. 10/10 would recommend and will be hiring them for our next home project!

Our main line from the house to the septic tank collapsed. Called the office and they sent two professionals over, found the problem, hand dug a hole nearly 8’ deep, replaced the pipe and solved the problem. These guys were very nice, kept us informed on what was happening. When they left, everything was all cleaned up like it was before they started. It was a very difficult task and they stuck with it until everything was back to 100%. We just can’t imagine that there’s a better company anywhere.

I found our storage room flooded this morning from our hot water heater so I immediately gave them a call. They were here so quick and had everything fixed (replaced the hot water heater) in less than 3 hours from my call! Our service guy had even left another non emergency job to come help me, so I wasn’t without hot water or water at all for that matter while having 2 babies at home with me. A flooded room is never fun but I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish getting it fixed! 10 stars!

I have now used Virtual Plumbing twice over a 2 year period. I have been very impressed with Tiffaney (if I remember her name correctly) who answers the phone. She is always very nice, attentive and responsive to my needs. I have also been very impressed with both of the guys who have come to my home and done the work. The work was done quickly and professionally. I feel very confident with what they have done. I felt that everything that did was reasonable, and was done at a reasonable price. I have never written a review for a plumber before. They just impressed me enough to get me to do it.

They came out for three days to get my pipes to unfreeze. Not only did they suffer in the freezing cold, they were incredibly kind. Once the pipes defrosted and we found a leak, they were out immediately to fix them. Ill always recommend Virtual plumbing!! Thank you so much for all you do and for coming to the rescue.

Outstanding service. Lawrence came right out and figured out the problem. Amazing customer service from him and from tiffany in the office. Will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!!

A local bath and plumbing supply establishment recommended Virtual Plumbing for a problem we were having as they were one of the few in the area that had a camera to be able to see the problem. They were quick to return my call and made arrangements to be there the next day. Next day they had contacted Rotor-Rooter to come in their place as there machine had broken the day before. They aslo said if Rotor-Rooter could not get us in they would rent the necessary equipment and be there. The only reason for a 4 star review is I did not actually receive any service from them, but referring a competitor and offering to rent equipment if necessary is a good indication of their customer service.

They replaced our water softener. The gentleman was on time and did a great job. The cost by ordering the softener online and having them install was significantly less than water softener companies in the area. Also they did not try to sell me on other items that I was not interested in such as a maintenance plan.
