    Lewis with Flagg Electric LLC did an excellent job restoring my service in a very tough and urgent situation. I was experiencing flickering lights along with other voltage issues that turned out to be a bad neutral. He was able to diagnose the problem accurately, tighten up all connections, and also fixed my outlets that were showing a bad ground.Ameren also had to come out and perform repairs on their side. Lewis stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and helped communicate with the lineman what was going on. His professional demeanor with both the lineman and myself helped restore service in a hurry before bad winter weather was supposed to hit.I’d highly recommend him and his team for any electric project or repairs. He does great work for a great price, and is very fair and honest.

    Louis Flagg is very customer focused. He wants you to be happy. He came and upgraded our electrical on our dock. Passed inspection on first try. He knows his stuff. Understands what the requirements are for dock electrical work and is fast. Very nice guy.Im very happy and would recommend Louis to anyone that asks.

    Flagg electric just completed our new dock installation. From start to finish these guys are first class. They returned all calls quickly, arrived on time, did more than they quoted and were friendly and kind the entire time while working in 100 degree temps. Highly recommend these guys to anyone.     Had Louis rewire our dock and in addition to being prompt, clean, responsive, he was competitive and we were very pleased with the outcome. Had a situation arise about a month later with service panel and house feed, he made it a priority and once again overdelivered, what a difference and i feel much better knowing all is done and much safer.     Louis is very knowledgable and affordable. We bought a brand new dock (from Richs Docks) that needed all electrical work done. He was thorough in his work. He is very personable and I would definitely recommend him and will use him again if needed in the future.
