    I was very pleased w the work. They bid me 1/2 of what my current contractor was wanting to charge. Did the work quickly. And it came out well.I had a possible issue a few months later, the employee returned and checked out the work that was done and there was not a problem at all, turned out to be something else.     All Climate Roofing owner, Charles Petri, was very thorough from beginning to end in performing maintenance on the roof or our 24-year-old, 2-story home. He walked all over the roof looking for existing issues and the potential for future problems. He took “before” photos for us (and his crew). We quickly agreed to his very fair price and the next day his crew fixed everything. At day’s end, Charles took “after” photos showing the work that had been done. Now, Linda and I are confident going forward that our roof is in good repair.

    We got a few bids for roof repairs we needed due to a leak in our ceiling. We went with All Climate Roofing after talking with Charles during his assessment and estimation. Really appreciated the time he took for the estimate and in explaining his recommendations, using what we could see during the visit from the ground, pictures he took while on the roof, and, his knowledge in projecting for future problems that we could address before they became problems - things that had been neglected or gone unseen for a while. He took time to explain risks, recommendations, and provided the how and why.His team did a great job when completing the project. They were timely, friendly, and neat throughout the process. No mess. Really appreciate Charles and his team and would use them again when it is time to replace the roof in its entirety.

    Charles inspected the roof himself and gave us an estimate for the cost of the roof repair/replacement and the possible charges that were not included in the original estimate. Those charges won’t be known until after the roof is opened up. The roof work won’t take place until hopefully in May .Lucy was also helpful in answering the follow up questions regarding clarification for the different types of roof. Will give a review after the work is completed.I highly recommend this company.

    The final cost of the work came in way higher than we expected. Once the old asphalt shingles were removed, Charles showed me that the old plywood was improperly aligned, and that there was termite damage, which required additional materials and labor. It didnt help that lumber prices skyrocketed after we arranged for the work. But its better to do a job right than fast and cheap. The crew did a great job with the work and were very happy with our new roof and with the various repairs they made. They also cleaned up every day when they were done, and even more thoroughly when the job was finished, which we very much appreciated. Thanks guys!Edit: Im taking a star off of my review for a lack of support. I called about a shingle lifting up and was told that someone would come look at it. Nobody ever did, and I received no follow up contact.

    We had a roof leaking in the garage. Charles did an inspection and found the problem. At the first break in the rain he had his crew do the needed repairs, and this was done on time and cost.     We used All Climate Roofing to replace our tile roof. We could not be more satisfied with their work. The crew are very experienced and professional. Charles, the owner, was on the job personally monitoring the progress and quality. Our roof has complicated structure with turrets and many roof facets. When the roof was removed, they also found a good amount of badly damaged wood in the areas where were leaking previously. Charles gave us a very reasonable price to fix all the damaged wood and we went ahead with it. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. We can tell that both Charles and the workers really take pride in their work. The other thing we noticed is they kept the job site organized and cleaned up of all the trash, debris and nails at the end of each day. Overall a very well done and managed project. We highly recommend All Climate Roofing to others.

    I needed some major roof repair after a leak was noted coming into the front foyer. Charles was notified and expeditiously provided a quote for repair. He provided numerous photos so I could understand the scope of the work which was needed.     We had to have our roof completely redone due to this past Januarys wind storms. All Climate Roofing (ACR) had other jobs ahead of us and they were will worth the wait (we waited 3 months). Work was completed within 2 weeks. In addition, their was structural damage from terminates and dry rot.Charles and his crew did a great job. Both Charles and Lucy are wonderful to work with, flexible, down to earth people. His crew arrived on time everyday, worked late (6pm) and most impressive of all: cleaned the job site daily. Charles provides and recommends high end materials and his greatest strength is designing custom fit parts for the house and he visits the job site daily. Probably one of the best roofers in Ventura County.

    My former neighbor is a very careful lady. She had done lots of research and used All Climate Roofing. She recommended Charles and All climate Roofing to me last Winter. I feel very grateful to my neighbor and Charles and his team. Last Dec there were lots of rains in TO and my roof was leaked. I had hired a handy man, who checked and repaired my roof before that. Charles reacted to my call very fast, checked my roof very carefully and gave a very detailed list of things to be done. Charles is very knowledgeable and patient. I also got quotes from other roofers and checked reviews on roofers then I decided to use Charles and his team. Although the price is not cheap, but their excellent is well worth the price.     I have a condo on the top floor of the Santa Barbara Polo and Racket Club. We found leak and dry rot issues on my deck. After interviewing 6 professionals I liked Augustin the best.     I highly recommend All Climate Roofing for any roofing project. Charles is thoroughly knowledgeable, explained his recommendations before doing any work, and made us feel confident he was not only fixing past problems but preventing future ones.We received five quotes for repairs, all based on a physical examination of our roof. Charles quote was the most thorough as well as the most expensive, but he was the only one who proposed getting to the root of our roofing problems, rather than covering them up. All other vendors gave me a quote and warned they could find more problems later. Charles had a pretty good idea what he would find, based on his knowledge of roofs, so when he did find wood rot, neither of us were surprised. He also included some preventive maintenance in his recommendations which will help the roof last longer.He did not start work until he was confident all work could be done in dry weather, and as an absentee landlord, kept me informed by emailing pictures of his progress. He provided written quotes for all work performed and cleaned up the worksite at completion. He saved us money by carefully removing loose roofing tiles and reinstalling them, rather than using new ones, and he repaired previous installations that were not done correctly.I trusted Charles from the beginning of the project and was very pleased that I did.

    When our tile roof and fireplace chimney needed attention, we received a favorable recommendation for All Climate Roofing (Charles and Lucy Petri) by a trusted neighbor and friend who had recently contracted for rehab of their damaged roofing tiles, with excellent project communication and results. Charles inspected our roofing tiles and attic spaces where visible leaks had been occurring, and he also detected and fully explained the cause of storm water that had been dripping into our fireplace during heavy rains and high winds for many years. As specified in our contract, all leaks have been repaired by very professional and courteous work crews under Charles’ direction, and All Climate also fabricated and installed a new custom made fireplace chimney cap to replace our old poorly designed and damaged chimney cap installed by the original developer of our home. All work was explained completely by Charles, photographed extensively and well documented before, during and after all phases, and we are very satisfied that we received good value for the total costs of all materials used and professional labor provided. We are prepared to recommend All Climate to friends and family members who may need help to repair or replace damaged roofing.

    7 years ago. A little minor repair and fact finding; turned into an entire need for a whole new roof. (shoddy workmanship uncovered by another large roofing company that was suppose to be have put on a 25 year roof) Shock at first, but relieved that it was corrected completely and has stayed the test of time. Fortunate we were in a drought. We have had no issues with our roof and it has been 7 years since our new roof was done. It still looks great! The quality and throughness of the workmanship was excellent. Everything was brought up to code and more.     All Climate Roofing: Excellent Experience and totally satisfied with the workmanship and service.I contracted with All Climate Roofing in July of 2015 for a roofing inspection and routine maintenance check up. As trying to select a contractor for a roofing job, can be cumbersome and very stressful, I had meetings with several roofing contractors to determine the scope and pricing of the work, as this was the first time, I actually had the roof looked at, since purchasing the home 12 yrs ago. I scheduled a home meeting with All Climate Roofing’s Owner, Mr. Charles Petri. Upon greeting Charles at my home, I was really impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of roofing requirements, codes, and overall savvy roofing expertise. I originally thought, I needed an entire new roof, which would have probably cost me around $30K+, but that was not the case, as Charles actually advised me that the roof only needed a good maintenance and some TLC. There were a few reasons that I selected All Climate Roofing, as my contractor of choice, over many others that were available.1. Charles was raised and has lived in the Conejo Valley for many years and is a former Thousand Oaks Lancer.2. His honesty and integrity about the scope of the required work needed with his 20+ years of roofing proficiency.3. Charles takes the extra time with his customers to sit down and explain every detail about the job. (If you don’t know jack about roofing, you will after working with Charles Petri)4. His ability to provide a good pre-inspection ( when talking about roofing, you have to remember and be pre-pared for the worst, as you don’t know what’s under the tiles, until you pull them up)5. Has the best “A” working crew around and always on time for the job start.The Job:Again, originally the scope of the work, was just to be some routine maintenance and TLC, but as Charles and his crew started to pick up the tiles on the roof, they had discovered worn out felt paper, rotten plywood with water damage, un serviceable facial boards, cracks, missing wood, misaligned rain gutters and on and on….My TLC job turned out to be more that a 1-day project, but Charles took the time to show me, in person, everything that was wrong with my roof. The reality was, the roof needed extra repairs from rain, wind, and sun damage, which we could not see, until the tiles were removed, but Charles was there to help and take care of the situation for me. He properly explained his work orders, managed his crew, and executed all facets of the job from beginning to end. The City of Thousand Oaks building inspector agreed with Charles work scope and approved the final inspection for sign off and building code compliancy.I can go on, and on, but let me say, I have a new roof (75% total replaced), with a 10-year guarantee and a City of Thousand Oaks building code sign off, and the satisfaction that All Climate Roofing put my family first, and made us a priority, in helping repair our damaged roof, for less than half the cost of a total new roof replacement.All Climate Roofing is a family operated local business, and is highly recommend for your roofing needsDS

    All Climate just finished a major roof repair on our house, and we are very pleased with the results. The quality of the work is fantastic. After having this project hanging over our heads (literally :)) for some time, it feels great to finally have the work done. It feels like we have a new house!Our concrete roof was about 20 years old and was built as part of a remodel before we purchased the home. The previous work was poorly done, and there was extensive wood repair that was needed due to the original poor workmanship.Knowing this would be a big project, we pulled in 6 or 8 quotes. The scope of work was very wide, including a bid to bondo over most of the damaged wood. However, Charles impressed us with his expertise, care, and the agreement that we wanted to do things right and not cut corners with the quality.Charles provided a quote for the work we could see, along with pricing for any extra woodwork we required. The final cost was more than double the base quotation... but this was expected due to extensive wood damage beneath the tiles, which couldnt be predicted. There was a little sticker shock when we saw what the final price would be, but when I looked back at other quotations we received, Charless costs were in the same range or lower than our other quotations. So...Bottom line: Fair price for outstanding workmanship.The project took about 2 weeks. Robert and his team (5 people total) were extremely pleasant and professional. They started at 7:30 every day (get ready for hammers pounding!) and worked steadily all day, including Saturday. (Ive read some complaints about early start times, but hey, thats construction). Their work was very high quality, with obvious care and attention to detail. When I pointed out a couple of very small issues, they were taken care of perfectly and without argument or attitude.Lucy was great to work with on scheduling, permits, and billing. Charles showed up nearly every day to review the progress and discuss any open issues or decisions that needed to be made.They started a few days later than originally expected, but it was not an issue - Lucy always kept us informed. From the first day we started, the entire crew was there every day until the job was complete.Also, the crew cleaned up nicely at the end of every day. At the end of the job, it looked cleaner than when they started. Nice!We are REALLY happy that we chose All Climate. When I look back at other quotations, it could have been a stressful disaster. But now, we feel like we have a brand new roof that is going to last a generation. We keep walking outside to marvel at how modern and great it looks - with all the tile edges perfectly straight along the edges of the roof.Thanks to Charles, Lucy, Robert and the All Climate team!

    They did a great job on fixing our roof and really took the time to explain why we had problems and what they were going to do to fix it. They were courteous and prompt. They were also exceptional good about cleaning up the job site - we did not find a single nail or debris of any kind. They also did many of our neighbors houses (after seeing ours) and our in-laws. They do a great job at a fair price AND do the job correctly!

    Ok I had to wait a year before posting my review. I had a deck over 2 bedrooms that needed to be ripped off and redone so I called All Climate to help. As with everything else in my house, this was not an easy fix. Not only were the rafters rotted and leaking into the bedrooms, but some of the previous woodwork was not up to code and needed to be redone. Not an easy job. They were meticulous and explained everything that needed to be done, and took their time to make sure things were done right. It’s been a year and a ton of rain, and my house is dry indoors.They know what they’re doing. Spot on. Experts.
