    Pacific Energy Electric replaced several lights for me recently. We had planned on more work, but Doug and his team found a problem with the previous wiring that prevented them from the project. Doug explained the problem and gave me the options, none of which I wanted to do. He revised his bill for the work done. The team was professional, quickly got the work done, and cleaned everything up, all at a reasonable cost. I plan to use them for more projects. Highly recommend them.

    I have used Pacific Energy for over 6 years for lots of projects around my home. From installing new LED lighting to putting in a Tesla Charger, there isn’t a project they can’t do. Doug and his team are the best of the best. Their attention to detail is impressive and I love how they always leave my home cleaner than when they arrived. Simply the best electrician team around.

    Doug is a great electrician!! I needed all of my outside lights replaced as well as a light post. Not only was everything done well, but everything was cleaned up when they were finished. Very reliable for a good price. I definitely would recommend him.

    I highly recommend Pacific Energy Electric. We had been having some trouble with a fuse blowing in our kitchen for some time and when my husband finally couldnt reset it we called Pacific Energy Electric. I checked reviews here and other places but when I saw a rave review from someone I know and trust I called Doug. Luke came out and did a fantastic job. Not only did he replace the fuse but he put in new gfi outlets in our older kitchen and checked the outlets in our family room (on the same fuse as kitchen). The best part was he explained EVERYTHING he was doing. I trust him and would absolutely call again if/when I have another problem.

    These guys are great! Doug was very communicative and made sure I was happy with the work when it was completed. Luke and Brayden showed up when he said they would.     Doug and Pacific Energy Electric is the absolute best. Doug takes the time to explain things and answer questions, and he is truly an expert. I hired Doug to update the 45 year old circuits in my electrical panel. The pricing for my job was very fair. He worked fast to minimize the time without power, but always took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. Doug is the only person I will call for electrical issues. I high recommend him. My neighbor hired him for the same job (we had the work done the same day), and shes very happy, too!

    Thorough, careful, and very helpful! Explained to us what was going on, and what needed to happen. Went above and beyond in making sure our home was safe and could run both our window a/c and other large appliances from same circuit. Doug and Nick were awesome - highly recommend!

    I dont normally write reviews, but this time acknowledgment of great work is given when its well deserved. I contacted Doug and setup an appointment for a new 50amp circuit to be run for my upcoming new outdoor kitchen. Doug and his team arrived half hour early to setup and get to work, big plus in my book. SECOND, thing that was an eye opener, was the way Dougs service trucks are setup. His service units are very clean and professionally organized. During the installation, Doug noticed my panel had a couple of breakers that were not compatible with the existing system that i would have never known. Doug removed the breakers and had the correct ones stocked in his service truck. The installation was clean and professional to the point where everything was left marked and labeled for future reference. Doug and his team are professional and overall good hearted people. I highly recommend Doug and his Pacific Energy Team for any electrical issues.

    Doug came with great reviews from MOC Facebook. He responded quickly to my text and had my project on his calender quickly. His guys came out and did a great job, we’re super courteous and friendly. They installed our pergola lights after pulling power from our master bedroom above and installed a new light fixture in our loft. Everything is great and we’ll be having them back soon for more work. Most definitely recommend Doug and his team at Pacific Energy Electric 😃

    The power for half our house went out on Friday night July 5th. I called Pacific Energy Electric. There was an emergency line to call. Doug responded right away. He showed up at our home at 9:06pm. He replaced a few bad breakers and was done within 30 mins.We scheduled him to come back next week to complete more electrical repairs that need to be done at our home. So relieved we found someone honest!!!

    Doug and his team are top notch! We recently hired them for a kitchen add-on and remodel and couldnt be happier with their work. We worked with several contractors in the different trades during the process and Pacific Energy was the most professional and reliable by far. They are easy to communicate with, do top quality work, leave the work area clean when theyre finished, and are all-around nice people. Hire these guys...youll be glad you did!

    We used Pacific Energy when we first moved to Hueneme Bay 3 years ago, and were so impressed with Doug and Mike that we never called anyone else. They are extremely good at what they do, explain what they’re doing and why along the way, and their work is impeccable. I recently had to replace a down-spot in the main bathroom that had started flickering. Doug had Mike come out and he checked the breakers and wiring, upgraded the double dimmer switch, and fixed the issue. I also asked him to install a Ring doorbell, and he went out of his way to show me how to set it up on my phone. I love these guys! 👍

    We are or were new to Camarillo. Our condo needed help with the electric panel. I contacted the HOA and they said they couldnt recommend anyone but only use Pacific Energy Electric. Good enough. Doug came out looked at our electric panel and asked if we knew about the small fire in the box? No, I think the broker must have forgotten. We had the breakers all replaced and brought up to code. Recently we had a charger put into our garage for an EV and Doug installed a new lamp and exhaust fan in our bathroom. He and Mike are clean, neat and extremely professional. The bath fix involved tearing into dry wall and all was clean when they left. We feel lucky to have found them.

    Just want to say this guy is the real deal. Talk about honest!!!!!!!Found him by referral on the Next Door App. I asked for a recommendation for an electrician and several people recommended Doug at Pacific Energy Electric in Camarillo. My husband called Doug and he told my husband to first call SCE and have them come out to access the situation. It ended up SCE was here all day and fixed the problem. This guy is so honest he could have set up an appointment with us but told us to check SCE out first. If we ever need an electrician again we will be calling him. Also we will refer him. We were very impressed because nowadays its hard to trust anyone. Thank you Pacific Energy Electric.

    5 STARS We just moved in to a new house and our electric was, well…sketchy, to say the least. Doug and his employee Luke came, diagnosed, and solved our issues. Aside from doing excellent quality work, they cleaned as they went and actually left the work areas cleaner than when they came. I also got a few tips on changing some light bulbs in our lamps and how to save some money with Edison- who doesn’t wish for that? Both Doug and Luke were extremely professional and knowledgeable. You can tell there is real pride in this company and rightfully so. In addition to that, Doug and Luke are both just real nice guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Doug and his crew did a GREAT job replacing our Electrical Panel with one that we can use for Solar installation. In addition, he and the crew also installed a charging unit for our new Tesla EV as well. Prior to those installations, he had replaced an old 2 plug outlet in our garage with a 4 plug one.He and his crew are very professional and really knew what they were doing when it came to knowledge and such and worked very well with the city inspectors also.     Doug is the only electrician I will ever use. He does a couple of things that make him and his company stand out that go above and beyond almost everyone in his industry. He is on time, keeps the work area clean, and is very trustworthy and committed to his trade. Doug and his crew work have worked on my two of my different houses along with my parents house, and he always provides exceptional service. He is currently working on our newest house and doing all of the electrical and inspections for an ADU being built in the backyard.Whenever Doug works on a project for us, he will think of ideas that never crossed our minds, and the end product is always great! He has worked on our outlets, kitchen lights, hallway lights, bathroom lights, ceiling fans, outdoor lighting, spa connections, bathroom exhaust fans, car chargers, and ADU from the ground up. If you want outstanding work done, then look no further! I cannot emphasize enough just how great the service provided by Doug is.

    Called on Tuesday, Doug came out on Wednesday quoted a very reasonable price, came on Thursday did all of the work! The guys that did the work were super nice and made sure that any mess (very little) was cleaned up. We had several things done, adding GFIs, connecting a porch light, replacing the 50 year old washing machine outlet, splicing wires and more. It was such a pleasant experience and again all of the guys were awesome. If I could give 100 stars I would, dont think twice about using them for your electrical needs.

    I cant say enough good things about the service that Doug Chiapuzio (owner) provided my business. We had some equipment and outlets that were not working so I assumed that a breaker that was not functioning properly. After spending too long looking for it, I called Doug to take a look. He responded quickly and agreed to swing by my business the same day. He arrived on time and started looking at what was not working then tracking down the rouge breaker. He found the culprit (which had inadvertently been turned off), turned it back on and provided me with an extremely fair price for the work.     We had quite a bit of electrical work needed in a 60 year old house we recently purchased. Doug and his crew were very knowledgeable and efficient. Doug was very clear in his communications with us, giving us different alternatives to our various jobs. He and his crew were very polite and respectful. They followed all the necessary infection control protocols for the COVID epidemic. What impressed us the most was Dougs communication, how clean they left the jobsite, and how on-time they were.     I now have Pacific Energy Electric on speed dial. They came highly recommended, for good reason. I initially reached out to Doug about installing a new chandelier (I have a 13 ceiling), and fixing a faulty light switch. He was lightning quick in returning my call (within 30 minutes), immediately committed to the job, and sent Mike and Luke to replace/hang said chandelier. Mike and Luke were both knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and tidy (bonus for tolerating my chatty toddler). They recommended a dimmer switch (excellent call), and hauled away the packaging/trash -- which went above and beyond my requested install.     I’m visiting my mom from out of town and was looking for an electrician to help her with a loose outlet in her garage that her washer and dryer plug into. I called Pacific Energy Electric after searching for an electrician in Camarillo. They answered, were courteous and professional and said they could come by same day - sometime this afternoon. Mike got here about 45 minutes ago and replaced the outlet in about 10 minutes. He was super nice, prompt and they were reasonably priced. I’ve used several contractors back home in Colorado and have had some terrible, some decent and very few excellent experiences with them. I’d consider my experience today excellent and would recommend anyone looking for an electrician to give these guys a call. My mom will be having them come back for a couple more jobs.     We moved into a house with some weird electrical problems. There were issues in almost every room, the garage was a mess, and we also wanted to get a few fans installed. We received probably 5 quotes from other electricians but decided to go with Doug because he seemed really knowledgeable and stood by his work. We weren’t disappointed! Doug and his team were always on time, friendly, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They repaired everything and took no shortcuts. We will absolutely use them again in the future… great contractors are hard to find and these guys are gems!

    I really wished I could give this company 6 stars. What an amazing team of professional electricians! I dont live in Ventura County but I commute for work. I didnt know any electricians in the area since Im not from this VC. I looked online and found all of these amazing reviews for Pacific Energy Electric. I was sold on using them, after reading one amazing review after another. I am the facilities manager for a large industrial machine shop and we had lost power to one of our main CNC machines. When I first called, Doug (the owner) answered. I asked him what his availability was and how much he would charge. He told me that he really needed to see the job before he could give me a price but that if he could not fix it, he would not charge anything. I was very impressed with that confidence. Doug and his amazing crew showed up the next morning and they werent just on time, they were about 10 minutes early. They are all so nice, they did beautiful work and my machine was back up and running in 3 hours. Doug explained everything in detail to me, and showed me all of the damaged parts before they went in the trash. I am so impressed with this company and I couldnt be happier. I almost forgot to mention. They clean up after themselves unlike any construction company Ive ever seen in my life. My shop was honestly cleaner in the area that they worked, than before they showed up. Use Pacific Energy Electric and you will be smiling when they leave, as I was.
