    Sean, Corey and their team were excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure that my wet basement was taken care of.Sean met with me during the estimation time and explained everything in great detail what would be done.Corey and his team were great, in just 3 days I had a dry and useable basement. They were effective and efficient. Corey talked me through every step and made sure all my needs were met.The system and sump pump they use are excellent. I love having all the information to my pump on my phone so I can view it at all times.If you’re living with a wet basement and want it alleviated, S & C is the company you should be calling. I highly recommend them to anyone.

    We were extremely pleased with the work done on our basement to waterproof it. The workers were extremely hard workers, very careful to protect our floors as they went in and out, very attentive to any concern we had and most willing to give meaningful, acceptable answers. They were most willing to use their employees to do any electrical work or moving of water heater work that needed to be done. They had the folks right within the company to do this extra as needed. We were Most pleased with the fine quality of workmanship and materials done on our property. Thanks to all. Were happy customers.

    They did the work that was needed with good communication and explanations. They were also able to complete the work by the agreed upon time (in mid-Dec no less). The system they installed seems to be doing its job - no more sopping up water in the basement.

    S&C Waterproofing is a true life saver! We just bought a new house where we found about 2 feet of water in a hidden crawl space. With endless searching and calling This company grabbed my wife and Is attention with there A+ BBB rating but also when we got in touch with the owners wife who answers calls for the business (my wife and I were so sick of talking with robots or big companies trying to pull fast ones on us). The next night Sean came over to my house to take a look and came up with a game plan. From there we hired S&C to encapsulate the crawl space with French drains, replace wooden beams and install a new sump pump with new piping to the outside. These guys came within a couple of days of hiring them and got to work, the crawl space was nasty with old carpet ,trash and tons of water. The owner and his two employees got extremely dirty and worked with urgency to clean the mess by bucketing everything out and cutting up the old rotten wood and throwing it out( about a dumpster filled with trash). They then installed the encapsulation and new beams. The workers were often times in my house without anybody else there, they kept everything extremely clean( cleaner than it was before) and are a super trustworthy company! The encapsulation has worked wonderfully so far as well and there urgency with the project helped us get into our new house asap! I would recommend anyone looking to get a basement or crawl space water proofed to give S&C a call first!Attached I put the picture of before and after of the crawl space I believe that picture tells 1000 words!

    Well I cant say enough positive points about this company. From the phone call I made for an estimate until they shook my hand at the end of the job, nothing but professionalism, courtesy,due diligence and an ease of understanding what exactly they were doing. This was not a easy job and worked under a Mobile home with about 2 of clearance thy dug 3 holes 2x2 deep and filled them with cement to hold new supports in mud and with SPIDERS I might add.     I was referred to S&C by another contractor to have some cracks in my foundation evaluated and patched. Sean was straightforward and friendly, and he even checked out the support columns in my basement while he was here. The estimates he provided were reasonable for the work needed, and due to a tight timeframe, he made time to come back the next day to get the cracks patched. I will use S&C again when it comes time to replace the columns or handle any other basement issues.

    Great Lakes Waterproofing fixed 22 cracks in my basement walls, at least 3 of which were leaking water. I sought estimates from 3 companies and chose Great Lakes because of their Better Business Bureau rating and co-owner Sean Fleming’s presentation of their process. Corey and the team spent 4 days performing the work. They were punctual, professional and respectful of my property. (I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house while I ran errands). Sean and Corey were a pleasure to deal with. They take pride in their work and in their family business. I would highly recommend them for basement waterproofing.

    Could not recommend Great Lakes enough. Corey, Sean and their team are very professional and did an amazing job. Our basement was not the easiest job to tackle and a lot of trial and error was needed but Sean and Corey never gave up on us. As soon as we call one of them is on the way, even if it’s in the middle of the night. Sean stayed at our house until 5am when our basement started taking on water and had no intensions on leaving until the water was maintained. It has not been easy but our basement is finally dry! Look no further for your waterproofing needs!

    I am very pleased with the work that Corey and crew recently completed on my cottage crawl space. It turned out to be a bit more difficult than anticipated. Steven and his crew had to do a lot of extra excavating by hand during some really hot days. Corey did an excellent job on moving some plumbing as well. And the company stuck to their original estimate despite the extra time the project took.

    Thanks guys! My basement flooded and I had no idea what to do Sean came in pretty soon and placed a temporary pump and after a few hrs water was gone..helped me through one scary moment since Im a new home owner and have no idea what to do..he also put me in contact with the right people to dry out my basement. I also wanna thank Corey for coming in and get me a backup battery system up and running, he even helped me set up the app to my phone which sends notifications in case of any failures.

    I highly recommend these guys! Sean & Corey are great! Both very professional! Other companies wanted to do a full rip out & replace of our existing water drainage system totalling $20K+, but these guys came up with a solution that utilized my existing system saving us thousands of dollars! The system they put in gets the job done and we didnt have to go into more debt to keep our basement dry. If you have basement moisture issues I cant stress enough to call these guys!     I am so happy with the work they did with my basement! I was impressed how well they did, and how quickly they had it done. I liked that they kept me up to date on progress each day, and how well they explained everything. I know construction projects can be messy, but they were very considerate of my house and yard. Even with the drain going out to the road, they were very careful of my flower garden. Overall, this project turned out even better than I expected!

    We can’t say enough about the work Great Lakes did for us. Our basement had flooded and we were sure it would do so again soon as a storm was headed our way.
