    I was out of town and had a water line burst coming from the street meter to my house, and that presents quite a predicament, not to mention a pond in my front yard. I reached out to USA Plumbing at noon and the repairs were made by 4:00 PM the same day. The technician was prompt, professional, and efficient. He called me with all the details, made the repairs and called back to give me the results along with pictures of the entire process. USA Plumbing is the definition of customer service and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

    Yesterday afternoon a neighbor knocked on my door telling me there was water flowing into the street from my water line. I called USA plumbing & Mike answered & I told him my situation. It was 2pm. He said I was certainly a priority & he would see if he could get someone here today, if not 1st thing in the morning. Mike arrived about 330. Had the problem fixed & was back this morning before 8am to turn my water back on. The glue had to set for 8 hours. They were were wonderful. Thank you Mike & Mike!!

    From the front office ( Maggie ) that took my initial call to the responding techs ( Mike & Coy ) everyone was courteous and professional. Needed a new dishwasher installed, doing so required some minor plumbing work. Of all the area plumbers I called USA Plumbing was able to get me on the schedule first thing tomorrow. However, Maggie called me back approx 30mins later saying they could have a tech come right out. That was a pleasant surprise. Mike & Coy were able to install the new unit in a short period of time. Another pleasant surprise was when they loaded up all the old packaging and hauled it away for me. With the exception of seeing the new dishwasher, youd never know theyd even been in the house, grabbing every loose bit of trash and disposing of it as they worked. This is a great, customer service oriented company. As Mike said, I install it as if it was in my own home. Im definitely saving their phone number in my Contacts and will be sure to use them for all my future plumbing needs. Many Thanks to Maggie, Mike and Coy.

    Initially called at 8:30am and left message. Received a call back within 10 minutes! Nick stated that he would come out at noon. He arrived at about 11:50am , right on time! Nick was extremely polite, easy to understand and it was obvious that he was skilled and had abundant experience. He checked our non-operating garbage disposal, installed a new one and kept us informed of the status. Nick and USA PLUMBING, Calabash, NC did an excellent job. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing, kitchen remodeling, or bathroom remodeling job that we might need. We also feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone needing a plumber.

    Extremely professional and punctual. We called Nick on Friday for an estimate. He came over within 20 minutes. Told us what we needed which was more than the other estimator bothered to do. Told us we were in dire need of a replacement. We scheduled for Monday morning. Nick arrived promptly when expected and the job was done neatly and professionally in five hours (hot water tank plus booster installation). Nick gave us good advice for the future as well. We were very pleased with his service and demeanor. We will definitely call USA Plumbing in Calabash for our next job! The price was also $900 less than the Wilmington company quoted us.Robin Ware

    We had Nick install three hot water heaters in three rental units we own in Crow Creek in Calabash. I was so very happy with his professionalism and timeliness in getting the jobs done quickly and efficiently. I actually contacted USA Plumbing because of the wonderful google reviews and am very pleased to add ANOTHER 5 STAR rating for this company. Nick was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend his company for all of your plumbing needs.

    I recently needed a plumber for a issue we were having with our garbage disposal unit.I called USA Plumbing . Explained what the problem was . They immediately sent a repairman over within the hour.When Nick got here. Unfortunately the time he said he needed to fix it .Wasnt going to work for us. . I asked if they could return the next day. Was told that that was not a problem.Nick was here on time the next day. He did the job in the time He estimated for us. Was professional , knowledgeable and extremely friendly.I will use them in the future.Highly recommend them !!

    USA Plumbing came on the same day I called, saving me from having to cancel a remodel project scheduled for the next day. Nick and his assistant Ronnie were professional, friendly, and did a great job. They have been at my house a second time since then, and I will be scheduling them for 2 more jobs.

    Nick was a true professional and worked hard to correct a tub drain that was under the slab concrete flooring at condo on Sunset Beach NC. He did the job the right way and had to remove previous plumbing work to open drain and installed the shower and all works perfect now. Good job Nick and I would definitely use USA plumbing again because they are a professional company that cares about this work and this clients

    Mike came out to fix what I thought was a leak and thoroughly troubleshot everything in my house, including disassembling and reassembling my Backflow Preventer, before discovering the problem was county-wide and that all his hard work was unnecessary! It even decided to pour down rain on him as he worked in my yard diligently. Poor Mike! I cannot give this company enough recommendation; he was extremely professional, did a lot of hard work for and we had a good laugh over the whole thing. These people are great; call them.
