    I had a thermocouple go out on my water heater, Chad and team responded with 2-3 hours and had someone there to fix it. it was a small job, but without the fix, no hot water. I really appreciated the communication and quick response. I also routinely use Rasmussens for my fall maintenance on my in-floor heat. The techs are great and have always kept my system working to its potential.

    Amazing company to work with! We recently had a mound system installed. They took care of everything without any issues. The final cost was exactly what the bid was too. The guys that installed were considerate, informative and did an outstanding job. I would definitely hire them again.

    In the middle of the night, one of my copper pipes solder connectors broke lose. I was only up for the weekend and had guests at my cabin. The water being off was not an option. I called Andry Rasmussens emergency plumbing line and left a message. The call was returned by 7:00am and they came out and fixed the issue before noon. Very polite people that do good work and are very responsive. Thank you!

    Plumber came on weekend, preformed necessary services and even an extra non-emergency task with a smile and sense of humor!Septic service on a second date was completed quickly and efficiently. He showed us the camera video, answered all our questions with a sense of humor and found a solution to our issue!

    It is difficult to find great service in this area. Rasmussen is the exception. They are responsive and reliable to do what they say. We had a new well pump, pressure tank and hot water heater installed. They actually came in on time and UNDER budget. Very professional and courteous crew. I highly recommend them.

    They are Awesome! We are so thankful that they answered the emergency number when our heating when out late at night on a Saturday. Andrew came right out and helped get the system working again. He and the whole team at Rasmussen were so easy to work with and we are very thankful for their help fixing the system on a cold winter night.

    We had an emergency with our well when we arrived at our cabin--no water. Rasmussens came out promptly, diagnosed the proble, replaced the well motor and we had water running on the second day. The workers were prompt, professional, and did a good job, and cleaned up after their job. Reliability is everything with these kind of services. We always choose Rasmussens.

    I called Andy Rasmussen & Sons for a plumbing issue at our cabin in Minong and they were super responsive, which I very much appreciate as a vacation rental owner who cant make the drive every time an issue comes up. Jason, the plumber, was out there the next day, kept me apprised of what was going on, and was friendly, courteous, and professional. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing and/or HVAC needs.

    Great company to work with! We have used this company for work on our rental unit and have had great service with fair pricing. Just recently we had an issue with a plugged septic. We got a call late on a Saturday night and were put in an awful situation at the worse possible time.They called us back quickly and got out there in a timely manner to save the day. Thank you for your great customer service!

    I came home to a bad smell and discovered water all over my basement and raining down from the ceiling. Called in a panic and had to leave a message because the place was closed. I got a call back within ten minutes, told to turn the water off and help would arrive soon. I had a plumber within 20 minutes, his name was Kevin. He calmed me right away and said it wasnt serious and he could fix it quickly. He did, it was the hose from the refrigerator ice maker. I vacuumed over 100 gallons of water from the floor! We hadnt shut the water off because we couldnt figure out how, instead of being condescending as some would be, he showed us how to shut the water off and even used a marker to write on the wood so we would remember. He also showed us how to turn the fuse off. He was fantastic.

    I cant say enough positive comments about the service quality and responsiveness Ive experienced from Rasmussen on two major projects at my cabin on Lower Eau Claire Lake in Douglas County. A septic holding tank was installed several years ago along with two new water-conserving toilets - with the project completed on-time and without any subsequent failures. More recently, as of last week, my 40+ year old water pump died just as one guest group was finishing their stay - and only a week before another set of guests was set to visit. Lisa scheduled an emergency assessment visit from Lee who was able to install a new pump/pressure tank system within two days of his assessment and with two days to spare ahead of our guests arrival.     All of andry’s staff and technicians have always been and continue to be very knowledgeable and so helpful. They always complete the job well, and even clean up so well. They explain what we need to know about further care and maintenance. So trustworthy and also so nice. We only call Andre for all our plumbing, heating, etc. they’re experts.

    Had a whole house remodel recently. Everything was excellent. Hydronic heating all new, gourmet kitchen master bath everything was perfect. Couldn’t recommend a better team.Call Dale, or Todd for their expertise.

    I would give Rasmssen’s 10 stars if I could. My family has used them for 2 generations because like most locals we know the quality of their service is incomparable. In addition to being highly skilled, they’re also fairly priced and they get the job done without wasting time. They also stand behind their work and are so friendly and professional to deal with. My latest job involved installing a full size micro-bathroom into a closet which was even harder than it sounds. It’s up and running and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. Thanks for another great job Rasmussens!

    I have worked with Andry Rasmussen a number of times over the past 6 years. They have performed plumbing, heating and major septic repairs for me both on my own home as well as real estate sales I have worked on in the Hayward area. They are a very well organized team and their service is always prompt and professional. I have worked closely with Tim and Jeff on a number of projects and they are both excellent to deal with. The last two projects they did for us came in below their time and materials bid which is almost unheard of today. I consider Andry Rasmussen to be as good as there is in the trades today. Highly Recommended!

    Chase was the tech that came over to fix AC . My 81 yo father was coming home from hospital and we had no air conditioning. It was hot and humid. I called at 8:00 a.m. and Chase was here before noon. Andry Rasmussen always has taken care of us. LOVE THEM !!!!!

    Called Rasmussen when air conditioner failed during the hottest part of the summer. Serviceman was dispatched the same day; was thorough and knowledgeable - found problem was actually with the furnace. Because furnace was old and repair would have been expensive, we elected to replace the furnace. Furnace installation was done promptly and works great. Technicians explained everything as they worked; cleaned up after their work (they swept the floor and left it in better shape than when they arrived). We have had Rasmussen do multiple major HVAC and plumbing projects for us over the years and have always had excellent service and immediate responses to our calls.
