    The team at Elias is without a doubt the best contractors we have ever worked with! We are simply thrilled with our spaces and they made the remodeling process feel seamless and stress-free from first contact to the final walkthrough. You can tell that they take great pride in their work and the attention to detail is impeccable. Two things that set them apart for us:1. Communication was always prompt and professional. We so appreciated daily updates from our project manager, Anton, as well as any updates from Bill and Jessica. We always felt like we were in the loop. Any upgrades, changes, or selections were discussed with us prior to implementation.2. Willingness to go above and beyond. We unfortunately had an issue with our roof a few weeks before our remodel was slated to begin - and a week after the birth of our second child! After some unsuccessful repair attempts, we reached out to Mickey to see if he had any recommendations for a second roofing company to come take a look. Not only did Mickey give us a recommendation, but he also included himself on email communications which helped facilitate an unbelievably fast and successful repair. It made a huge difference for our family during a stressful time. This level of customer service is something I have never experienced and I am so grateful that we chose Elias for our home remodel!

    We worked with Elias Construction to renovate our 1950s kitchen and are SO GLAD we did. Their attention to detail, extremely high quality, and reliable process exceeded our expectations. The whole team is fantastic to work with.     Mickey and his crew at Elias Construction was a great company to work with. From the first meeting with Bill, who was completely amazing and made our vision a reality! He was prepared and knew exactly what he was working with from the moment he walked in the door, we were so impressed that we chose to go with Elias instantly. They went above and beyond!! They were personable, kind, and extremely professional! I can’t emphasize enough that they are truly the best company to work with! Mickey, Anton and Nate who were also all amazing had open communication with us the whole time and Mickey’s attention to detail is right on, from the moment we met him to our final walkthrough. Jessica for going through all the fine details of the design, you were awesome! Our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room is exquisite and I wouldn’t change a thing about it.     Elias Construction is an excellent renovation company. Pretty sure it is the BEST IN TOWN. It is full of knowledgable professionals and honest, hardworking individuals. Their contractors are carefully chosen. And they want to please their customers.We have had two projects* completed by them, in two separate years, and in both situations we were satisfied... no, we were very very happy with the completed work.*kitchen, pantry, bathroom, laundry room, dining room, living room, second bathroom.Then a year or so later the next project was 35 replacement windows.For each of our projects we came to the table with ideas. They really listened. They gave us design components, more ideas and wise suggestions. Their estimates for costs were spot on.Communication is standard for them- You are never surprised. They are excellent at estimating the timing of each project. They also value your time.They anticipate your questions and give you straight answers. If you have a question they did not anticipate, they take time to answer.Then they give you a schedule ahead of the project and they stick to it.They care for your existing property. And the people who live there. They entered my house when they said they would with their own key. They always locked it up. They make good if there is a problem. You can trust them.Elias Construction truly does excellent work. They finished the projects on time. And they came back, once it is was basically, over to do the little things on the punch list to make you a really satisfied, no really really happy customer.Their work is guaranteed. (Who does that these days???)NEGATIVESYou might have to wait in line to get your project done.And it is not free.

    Overall, I was pleased with the professionalism of the company. Everyone is nice and very respectful. They answer questions promptly. The cabinets installed were good. Some of the doors don’t line up perfectly, but they’re small imperfections.I wasn’t too pleased with the painters they are contracted with. The work was done hastily and they painted dust particles into the wall. When I hire someone to do something, I expect perfection or else I would do it myself. There were several attempts to paint this wall and I still don’t think it looks professionally done.

    The Elias team updated our main floor area, including our kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room and extending hardwood floors throughout main floor. We chose Elias based on their reviews and also their detailed schedule and guaranteed finish date. The entire team was great to work with, NO remodel surprises or headaches. Every step along the way was professional with attention to detail. One of our goals was to open the left wall in before photo, to the dining room to allow more light into the kitchen. Elias Construction made it work. The home we built 29 years ago feels new and updated. We love our remodel. They stand by their work, you are never not their client. Highly recommend.

    Elias was absolutely the right choice for my husband and me as we were looking to have our basement finished. They earned our trust early on with their excellent communication as well as their transparency throughout the project. Bill, Anton, Jess, Manny, and the rest of the crew were always quick to address any concerns or questions we might have, as well as work through any challenge that arose (which fortunately were very few!). Our lower level (basement glow-up) turned out so beautifully — what a difference! It’s such a lovely place to spend time in now.We really appreciated being able to follow along with the work schedule in the app they had us use. It was so helpful to be able to check on our documents, selections, total, etc.We felt like we were in the best hands, and would definitely call Elias again for future work on our home.

    Mickey Elias and his team as well all of his subcontractors worked incredibly well together to bring our dream into reality. Mickey was very professional throughout the entire process. Once we had decided to perform the basement finish, he provided a very detailed schedule that was adhered to almost perfectly over the course of the project. The daily emails listing what activities would take place were beneficial and provided peace of mind. Due to the endeavor taking place during the pandemic, there were many challenges, but everyone who worked in the house followed the guidelines which allowed the project to remain on schedule.     There service was excellent. They accomplished everything we asked for and more. There was a delay in our construction for about 3 weeks because of the COVID-19 pandemic but Mickey and his crew kept us informed of what they were doing to get back on site as soon as they safely could. When they returned they Mickey and Anton discussed with us in advance of the safety procedures that were being put into place and if we were uncomfortable at anytime to let them know our concerns and they would make alterations to ensure ours and there staffs safety. This is our second project that Mickey had done for us and again completely satisfied with the work. I did not mark on time but they did get back on and keep to schedule once they figured out all the required work arounds .

    Elias Construction did a remodel for us this summer, and we are SO pleased with the result! They went above and beyond with every detail making sure things were the way we wanted.     We are very pleased with our Master Bathroom Remodeling Project. Beginning with our initial meeting with Bill, where we discussed our vision to update the bathroom, Elias made it all happen.     We interviewed several contractors for our home addition project and found Mickey to be the most responsive and professional of the group. He was very flexible in helping us work through a variety of options to come up with a plan that met our overall goals while remaining within our budget. Communication from the Elias team was excellent throughout the project and although some unexpected things did come up, they were right on top of them and took care of everything to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to explain options and do things right were admirable. I think this is what separates awesome builders from the rest.     I could not be any happier with the work that was done by the Elias team on our kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Elias completely redid our kitchen, hall bathroom, master bathroom, and family room fireplace. The workmanship is outstanding- we literally have nothing but praise for how the job turned out. Our rooms are beautiful and I have so much confidence with all the finishes. The team at Elias is just fantastic- from Mickey- the owner, Bill who we met with initially and designed all of the cabinetry, Jen and Jess- the wonderful interior designers and Anton- the terrific project manager who communicated with us on a daily basis.     I cant say enough great things about Elias Construction! They just finished my kitchen remodel and it is gorgeous! I cant believe the transformation.Mickey and his team were so amazing to work with, starting with the first meeting with Bill to discuss the plans. Bill did computer drawings of what my kitchen would look like when completed, so I knew what to expect even before they started I got a calendar prior to starting the project of what will be happening every day to the end. With the Covid 19 pandemic, Mickey made sure everyone was up to his standards of masking when needed. It was a very safe environment daily.     We had moved into our new home in Rochester in December and we started a remodeling process with a recommended contractor who left in the middle of the project and never came back. We then contacted Elias Construction, who had remodeled our kitchen (from previous owners) and they immediately came over to help us with our disaster! We are so happy with the result and ended up remodeling more areas of the house. They are responsible, attentive to detail and most important responsive! We will continue to have Elias Construction work in our home.

    I have a 100 year old house that has had some sub-optimal work done on it in the past. There were structural as well as functional and aesthetic issues to be addressed. I wanted a contractor that could handle everything from design to execution without me having to be involved. Elias did that. Covid made the situation more difficult because I was living in the upstairs of the house during construction, but whatever came up was handled professionally and ultimately to my satisfaction. The work included re-design of the main floor bath, kitchen, dining room, and entry hall. Its not a large house and the design they provided makes the spaces feel larger and they are certainly more functional. The kitchen is now a joy to work in. My wife became quite ill during the design phase and did not live to see the completion. Elias was very sensitive to our situation. I feel that when they say their clients are part of their family, they mean it and it shows in the way we were treated.Construction included moving doors, replacing supporting foundation structure, new walls and a very specific wall texture, lighting, plumbing, matching old woodwork, flooring, siding, etc. The designers provided invaluable guidance that resulted in spaces that are really beautiful and work well for function and storage. It really helped that I could get the digital files for the cabinet and overall design and look at them at home before approval. (I was already familiar with the software they use.)Most important is that I never felt that there was any kind of adversarial relationship. Ive had that happen before and it is quite unpleasant. With Elias, we are all on the same team and the goal is my happiness. What else could anyone ask for?

    Elias Construction is the epitome of excellence in home design and construction. Mickeys unprecedented thoroughness, knowledge, schedule management, and concern for our concerns made our remodel exceed our expectations and meet the schedule. This was a huge accomplishment given the remodel project included all new siding, windows, doors, roof, an addition, and interior reconfigurations and remodel. I trust Mickey which makes his Lifetime Warranty actually mean something valuable to me. The entire crew is great. Anton keeps things moving. Bill is very creative on the quality cabinets. Jessica searches high and low to find just the right hardware, fixtures, and other design aspects. Nate is a master in construction. All the team is very friendly and attentive. With a project of the size we had, there were some challenges along the way. But, Mickey and Anton quickly took responsibility for them and resolved them to our satisfaction. They also accommodated me doing some of the work myself. You wont regret going with Elias Construction.

They communicated each day and were very accessible if needed. The subcontractors are professional and all of the work was high quality.     Last summer/fall we had a remodeling project in our townhome that required removal of two walls, replacement of some ceramic floor and wood flooring. Also included in the project was re-routing of electrical wiring, installation of several ceiling fans, removal of a dropped ceiling and installation of lights. We chose Elias because they had done a finishing of our sons basement complete with two bedrooms, wet bar and theater. We were impressed with the results.From the beginning meeting with Micky and Anton we knew we had chosen wisely. After visiting with us and going through our plans, they presented a timeline and schedule for the sub-contractors and we began. We had some minor inconvenience but the mess was always cleaned up at the end of the day. We were kept informed of the progress and the one delay (due to product shipping late).Friends and family and we were very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend their company to others.

    From the start of our project to completion, Mickey and his entire team were on the ball. Our project was extensive, remodeling almost our entire main floor. It was easy to visualize our project because of the comprehensive detail of the design plans – we were comfortable knowing the end product was exactly what we wanted. The team provided a calendar up front, daily emails of progress, and left our home neat and orderly at the end of every day. We received a calendar letting us know what day everyone would be there and when we had to have our decisions such as carpet, tile, granite, and fixtures made by. We received an email from Elias everyday letting us know what to expect that day. Mickey or Nate were always answering their phone to discuss any concerns or questions. Their electrical, framing and lighting experts helped us make decision and provided great ideas. We did a basement finish and love it.     We selected Elias Construction to remodel our kitchen based on projects they completed for other members of our family. From the initial schedule to the completion everything was completed on time and on budget. We were guided through the design process after discussing our style and having choices suggested to us. Every day workers cleaned up and left our house in good order. The daily communication about events for that day and/or coming days was most appreciated. We are very pleased with the outcome of our project.I am reviewing our second project that Elias Construction completed for us - a four season upgrade. As stated above we understood the ‘Elias way’ from our first project. However, this time around it was an outside project instead of an inside project. The design and scheduling happened in the fall of 2019, with our wants being heard and incorporated into the project, with a start date of May 2020. Even thru the COVID issues the project started as scheduled with the CDC guidelines being posted and followed. All of the staff we came in contact with were very informative, very capable, while at the same time being flexible. We were always kept informed of the daily activities via early morning emails. Our project involved adding a structure to our house and even the detail of lining up the lines of the siding was planned for and completed. At this point you can’t tell anything was added on. We love our new space and would recommend Elias Construction for your remodeling projects.

    We remodeled our basement this summer/fall and we love it. Elias construction is awesome! Everybody is great to work with and so nice. I loved how much they communicated with us. Everyday of the project you get an email letting you know what is going on, who will be there and what to expect. When we had a question or issue they were on top of it and listened to us and put in in laymans terms. They take care of absolutley everything. From permits to a final cleaning. Our road was also being redone at the same time but that did not stop elias. They communicated with the road crew and got us taking care of. Even if that ment walking to our house for most of the project. Durning the basement project we noticed our roof was leaking. So I asked mickey if he knew of anybody. Thinking he would just give me a name. Nope he looked at the spot and called in a guy and took care of it for us. We highly recommend elias and are looking forward to our next project. The becks 😊

    Its a bit daunting to try to pick a general contractor for a large project such as finishing a basement. We hired Elias based on meeting them at a home show and talking to some of their current customers as they walked away from the Elias booth - getting their inside scoop (sneaky, yes, but luckily for Elias, it was all good). I am glad we did because they took all of the burden on to ensure that we had a well planned project. Elias did a great job of managing all of the individual components and scheduling subcontractors to ensure a streamlined schedule for project completion. They provided continuous communication and navigated pandemic-related delays in a professional and diligent manner. Their flexibility and willingness to work with us on impromptu decisions and changes to the plans was key in getting our space how we wanted it. While they may not be the least expensive option, you are paying for the quality work, communication, and peace of mind that you wont have to deal with all of day to day issues that arise in these types of projects. Not once did they tell me something couldnt be fixed or look at me like I had lost my mind when I would completely change my decision on something. That is unparalleled customer service. I would definitely use Elias again for other projects and recommend them to friends and family. Special shout out to Anton for putting up with me through the whole project.
