Were new to working with Alta Equipment but couldnt be happier with our first rental experience. We rented a Volvo excavator for a time sensitive job and ran into a service issue just as the job was getting started. The service technicians response time was excellent even though we were heading into the weekend. They had the machine back online quickly and kept us on track to complete the job on time! We also were visited at the job site by the rental manager - he stopped by to introduce himself, thank us for the business and make sure things were going well with the machine. Weve rented a lot of equipment over the years, but this was by far the best customer service weve ever experienced.

As a township we are new to the forklift world but the staff at Alta Equipment were very supportive in helpings us, from Jim in sales to Eric our service technician, we were extremely pleased with the service and product. Would definitively recommend this company to others in the market for sales/service of forklifts.

Bought a loader and skid steer from Alta. Had an emergency and was rescued by the Alta Service Team! First snow fall and back up within a couple hours!!! Thanks Tyler!!
