We have old hanging (20 feet from ground) 8 foot florescent lights in the space that we use to practice. When they went out, we could not continue practicing. Trademark had someone there within a day to replace our lights. The technician also noticed that the motion light outside of our building was out and he changed it for us. He was friendly, on-time and very professional. -
