    My experience with Titus was wonderful. I had never worked with a contractor before and I appreciated their hands on approach; working closely with me on the design of my laundry room, suggesting materials, etc. and adjusting costs as we went forward. We had a schedule, of course, but I dont remember ever feeling rushed to make a decision. Everyone involved in my project - whether they were employees or subcontractors - made it very clear they wanted me to be happy with their work. In fact, I was awed by it! In a couple of instances, workers returned weeks after the completion of the project to make minor tweaks; additional examples of Tituss attention to detail. It is a testament to the quality of the work and the experience that I missed not seeing the Titus crew come in on a near-daily basis.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Titus!

    I was fortunate enough to hire Titus to remodel 150-year-old carriage house I bought by the Cathedral in St. Paul. They literally couldnt have been more amazing (on every level) and I couldnt be more satisfied with the work as well as the experience.Their bid was less than half of what other companies were trying to charge me and it was not an easy job - everything about it was unique and different (from a standard home).It can be really difficult to know who to trust these days and I - quite literally - couldnt trust them more. I recommend them whole heartily and couldnt be more grateful for their time and help.

    Titus has an invaluable employee in Steph Morris, Sales & Interior Designer. After we initially contacted Titus regarding a kitchen remodel, Steph reached out to set a time that worked for us, even suggesting a 730am visit to our home which was perfect for our busy schedule - what flexibility! She took the time to both listen, and provide thoughtful insight toward our renovation project. She is passionate about her craft, knowledgeable, a joy to work with, and is a true asset to Titus. Through no fault of Steph or Titus, we did not move forward with this particular project, however my wife and I would be glad to have the opportunity to collaborate with Steph in the future.

    We have had the pleasure of working with Titus on two occasions, our kitchen remodel and then a water damage restoration project.     Titus remodeled our entire house and made it our home! During the 10-month project, all staff and crew members were onsite when promised and the project was completed on budget. Our project included a lot of work from all the trades, and they were on time, respectful, and always left a clean jobsite. With a project of this size there were bound to be a few challenges and surprises, and Titus staff always handled them with the utmost professionalism, patience, and trustworthiness. We even had many laughs along the way!Thank you to Greg and Brian as our site managers who listened to our direction and ideas when we gave them, and they gave us direction and ideas when we needed them. Greg was our lead project manager, and he was great at coordinating all the crazy pieces to this remodel puzzle! Thank you to the onsite crew, Gabe, Mike, Matt, and Brad, who helped put all the puzzle pieces together over the 10 months! Kudos to the four of them who kept everything going every day that they were here. A shout out to Steph for her appreciation and understanding of the history of my childhood home during our first meeting with her and the importance of blending the old character of the house while updating it and making it our own.We have already recommended Titus to others and will continue to do so.     We would like to write a rave review for Titus Construction. The kitchen in our home was in waiting for another construction company to install our appliances, cupboards, and countertops. The appliances and cupboards had been delivered and sat in our garage for most of the winter. Our daughter was just as frustrated and called Titus Construction on our behalf. We are so grateful. Scott, from Titus Construction, called in a timely fashion and we met with him to see if he could start and complete our kitchen. Titus Construction was able to start construction within days. All the employees we worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful.We love our new kitchen!     We changed our old tub to a new walk-in shower and replaced the vanity and we are delighted! From the first day, everything was written down and explained with calendar pages marking what was going to happen when. Any questions were handled to our satisfaction. The employees were neat and kind. Great cleaning crew. Will definitely use this company again! We have other projects in mind!

    We have had Titus do three major re-modelings to our townhome in Edina, beginning with the whole main floor when we bought the unit, then the lower level, and finally the master bath. We continued to use them because of the incredible quality of their work, the professional managing of the details, and the talent and integrity of all of their employees.Over the years we have done several major remodeling projects to our homes and vacation properties; and as a result have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of do-it-yourself, handymen, and professional re-modelers. As a result, we can say without exception that Titus is the top of the line. From the start of the project to the final walk through, they are professional but personal, always available to answer questions, ready to make changes (or advise not to do so), and truly caring about our results.From the beginning of a project, Tituss crew is exceptional. At our first meeting, their designers met with us to walk through our home to get a feel for our style and needs. Then at our first planning meeting, they had several choices all laid out ( all within our price range!). Not only did that process save us driving from supplier to supplier to look at a myriad of possibilities, their samples had hit our style on the head.Throughout the process, all the workers - from the project manager, to site manager, to sub-contractors, to Titus crew members - were exceptionally accessible, responsible, professional, and skilled. They were a pleasure to work with. It is clear that Titus cared about our project, and cared about the quality of the people on their team.

    I have worked with many contractors through the years, including designing and building a home and doing many major remodeling projects. We hired Titus Contracting to do a total remodel of our new home. Without reservation, Titus Contracting stands well above the rest. Lee, a co-owner, was responsive, knowledgeable, and good humored. He patiently responded to my countless change orders and took good care of us. Loren, our project supervisor, did a superb job managing the many parts of this big project. All of the workmen were friendly and respectful. The quality of workmanship was exceptional as Titus completely transformed our house. Titus saw my vision and exceeded it.     In the fall of 2017 we had a major kitchen remodel underway with a contractor that either couldn’t or wouldn’t perform. Through my cabinet provider I received a reference to Titus and they swooped in and did an amazing job on every aspect, including putting in overtime up to the last minute, to make the kitchen functional on Christmas eve, which saved the day as we had out of town company visiting. Scott communicated well with us throughout the project, and our lead carpenter Greg couldn’t have been nicer to work with.     I had started a kitchen renovation Nov. 2018 with another contractor that I fired and thankfully Titus Contracting agreed to take over the job (Scott, Loren, Kerrick and crew). The communication, weekly progress reports, and ease of making payments through Builder Trend application made everything flow so smoothly. Ive recommended Titus Contraxting to my entire Townhome Association and cannot say enough about the professionalism, work ethic, friendly, trustworthiness, and excellent sub-contractors they brought on to the job. The end results are beautiful and attention to detail was evident in everything that Titus does. My main level floor, laundry area, and kitchen were completely transformed and Im so greatful Titus was recommended to me by All, Inc. Thank you, for being such an ethical contractor!     Titus completed a full kitchen and entry way remodel. The firm and all of its subs did an outstanding job from demo to finish. The project schedule and estimates were very, very close to what was quoted. Their project managers were onsite frequently and kept us informed of all progress. Their use of the Buildertrend online tool made it easy to ask questions and get updates on anything.

    Titus completed the renovation of my homes basement and installed a new deck on the exterior. The work was done in a timely manner, within the cost estimate, and in a high quality manner! As a home owner it was great to work with knowledgeable people who asked the right questions from an interior design/decoration standpoint who could take idea X, Y, Z that I had and meld it into a great looking place! I cant wait until they are back to complete the exterior of my home in a few years.

    The sense of dread that can accompany major home improvement projects can be a deterrent. Who do you trust? Will they complete the project within a reasonable proximity to the original time estimate? Will the contractor listen to what you have to say? And most importantly, will the result be of the quality and realize the vision that you want?In my experience with Titus Contracting...and specifically, Scott Rajavouri...all those things were realized in the most positive sense. The projects we contracted were spread over a three year period (from 2007 thru 2011 with a year off in the middle) and the continuity and communication always met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Rajavouri is not only personable, his expertise in the field is comprehensive. He knows how to attain the result you are aiming for. He is a problem solver...and thats very important. For the creatively inclined, who tend to think outside of the box, this is an additional asset. He gets it...and can then make it happen.In the time period involved, the subcontractors that Mr. Rajavouri employed were not only highly skilled in their specific field, there seemed to be a mutual professional respect between them. That is one of those ineffable things that you cant always define but you know it when you see it...and the results are first rate.So...as you can already tell...I would recommend Titus Contracting for your residential home improvement/remodeling projects...particular if Scott Rajavouri is heading the team.

    I am very happy with the work they did on my basement bath. They were able to work through several issues; low ceiling, heating and air conditioning vents, drain location change and electrical. They made everything work perfectly and look great at the same time. They kept to their schedule even with the COVID-19 shut down and social distancing. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a good contractor.

    We just wrapped up our remodeling project that touched over half of our home, and are extremely happy. We reached out to Titus after almost signing a contract with another company that had a lower price tag, but provided no plans or design, and knew would be a much larger cost than the contracted quote amount. We are very happy with the decision, and are looking forward to completing our lower level with Titus. Our team of project managers, designers and even sub contractors was great...professional, friendly, informative, etc. It means a lot in this current state of things (we work from home full time) to have people that you trust to share space with to be respectful and personable, and we are very grateful for the experience. On to phase 2!
