    Jose Guillen was the expert that came out to my parentsā€™ home when we had no airflow from our AC, this was right before the freeze. He attentively assessed and let us know the blower motor needs replacement. The great thing is he was able to scan and find out the unit was still under warranty and that saved us half of the would-have cost. We went ahead and get the membership for even extra savings, but moreover for the peace-of-mind. They will always notify you prior to arrival, and send you photos of your parts that went out. Great service overall, thank you!

    Champion did a great job of replacing my AC/furnace. Roy inspected and quickly found the problem. I appreciated the photos and videos. Scheduling was prompt. Joe and Jacob did an expert install.     Daniel and another very nice fellow, his name escapes me šŸ¤” came to my home today for a split AC unit electrical hook up plan and estimate. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish. The estimate was below my expectations, their honesty was very evident in their plan and proposal. Very happy with my experience so far, looking forward to the work be completed.I will add to this review after the work is completed with photos.Ok!! The work is done āœ… I canā€™t tell you each persons name who did the installation today, 2 AC men and 1 electrician.Everything was completed and looks very professional.     Michael was so kind and thoroughly went through all of the steps of his diagnosis. After he replaced our water heater, he double checked that our water softening system was working. But the best of all services, he took my recycling bin up to the curb for me! What a guy!

    My tech Brandon was able to make our appointment time earlier than scheduled. When he arrived he started the maintenance work on our 2 units. Found one unit not working correctly. Went ahead and performed the maintenance on the working unit- everything was working properly. On the unit not functioning correctly he diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. Once part is received he will return to install the part. Brandon explained the work performed today and the part replacement process. All under 2 hours. Great service and communication. I would recommend Brandon and Champion Home Services to anyone needing maintenance service at their home. Plumbing, electrical or AC - Champion Home Services is the company yo call.

    Joe Adames recently installed a new water heater. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Took the time to make sure we knew how to flush it properly. I am so happy with his work and the valves he installed to make water shut off easier for us. The warranty that comes with the water heater is very generous. Always a good experience with Champion!

    Joshua Ashcraft is amazing. He fixed us up with a tankless water heater, an awesome water softener, replaced toilet handles, installed water filter. He was exceptional. Answered all our questions thoroughly. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I definitely recommend him & will ask for him if I ever need plumbing service.     This company earns its 5 star ratings! Based on experience, cost and skepticism, i called several companies before selecting Champion Home Services. From the first call to the final inspection, I was impressed with everyones courtesy, patience, knowledge of the products, and ease of responding to questions.1. Roy was charismatic, organized, and straightforward-- no BS.2. The team, Roque and Anthony called in advance, were on time, had the correct items and equipment, and were ready to work. No breaks, no joking around wasting time...they were on it!! I appreciated all the drop cloths and care not to hit walls with the equipment. They picked up as they worked, leaving everything tidy.Professional, from start to finish.

    Mr Nickel did an excellent job on fixing the pipe that came loose from the garbage disposal to the wall underneath the kitchen sink. He was very courteous. He explained in detail what needed to be done. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. We are very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.

    I paid top dollar for help with a plumbing issue in my bathroom and in return I got exceptionally high quality service. Jose was not only knowledgeable, but an excellent teacher where he was able to break down his process into simple terms. What took me hours only took him 2. I definitely will reach out to Champion Home Services again should I need further assistance.

    Joe was very professional and very pleasant. He was able to resolve the issues that my situation presented in a most satisfactory fashion. I would highly recommend him and his partner Gerardo to others needing repairs. They both took the time and were very patient in answering my questions and making sure I understood the operation of the new thermostat. In addition they cleaned up their work area. I definitely will ask for them if further work is necessary.

    I needed a water heater installed. I called a few places, and either they had a wait time or they were outrageously high. I contacted Champion Home services. In no time at all Samuel arrived. He looked it over and gave me a price. That young man got to work. He ran across a few problems, but that didnt matter. I was very impressed. Water heater was installed and heating up water just before 5:00. For such a young man, to take pride in his work, and boy he worked, made my day. Sam, thank you for an awesome job.

    Starting with scheduling, through the initial inspection/estimate, and then the job itself was smooth and highly professional.James took my concerns serious and was able to provide a comprehensive overview for the service, it made the decision to go with them over the other estimates I got easy.I highly appreciated the information I received on the day of the duct replacement providing me a clear picture for who would be in my house working that day. Joe and the team were so considerate of my space and the fact I work from home. The job itself was well managed and I could tell an immediate difference in my home when completed.I would highly recommend them to others and will use Champion in the future as needed.

    I will NOT let a bad experience or bad tech determine all the business that Ive had with this company. Champion has been servicing my home for almost 10 years. They have ALWAYS done great service and a great job helping me maintain my home. Im grateful for that.I will state that my most recent issue did not get resolved due to the tech that they kept sending out. Even after requesting that a different tech be sent out, they still sent the same tech. The tech, Michael Sanchez Sr. continuously said that our a/c was fine....3 days in a row. Every visit, he said that its ok. But we just knew that wasnt true. He would come but was on his phone most of the visit, come back and state that everything is fine. Again, we just knew that wasnt true. We knew we had an issue but we are not the experts so we didnt know what it was. 3 days in a roll, he told us that nothing is wrong. We kept calling back because we just knew that we had an issue.Finally, we decided to call another company. The other company verified what we already knew. Sure enough, we had an issue. Michael Sanchez Sr. was not correct when he said that everything was ok. We had to endure things that couldve been fixed had he did a thorough job.Attached are pictures of what he failed to tell us about. But let him tell it....everything was fine. You can see the corrosion, deteriorating, the growth, and the freeon that had been there for I dont know how long. We have been inhaling all this, going back and forth to the doctors because of non-stop health issues because none of this was brought to our attention a long time ago.

    Michael and his assistant were the most professional team that has ever done work for me. Mike described everything to be done and answered all my questions. He was punctual, kept me informed with his progress, kept drywall holes to a minimum, called a renovation team that came out that same day to estimate drywall repairs and check for other possible water damage. Everything was cleaned afterwards. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I want Mikes team.

    Buying any home new construction or old and there are irregularities you are going to find. Every day you discover something about your home, your partner, the previous owners, and yourself. Whoever said there was no more lands left to discover never bought a house. What I can speak to is that Champion has stepped forward as an advocate to my family on two occasions where home warranty and others have obfuscated. I am still determining if Champion will work the present issue, but few organizations so well represent the needs of a customer. I strongly recommend they be considered in the service of the next exploration into your domicile.

    The Champion Representatives from sales to on site staff did a great job! It seemed so quick., before we knew it cool air was blowing. They protected my floors, worked diligently, it was like they were not even here, and they were pet friendly with both my dogs and cats. They cleaned up and left it better than before.     Michael Benkelmann, Chad Lee, and Joshua Johnson all did an amazing job! I had my AC and hot water heater go out at the same time. They got everything fixed quickly and even rerouted my water heater to a new location so that I could fit a bigger tank! This company is awesome, and I highly recommend them to everyone! Update: just had Leon and Jose out to work on two issues with my AC. They both handled it quickly, and it was completely covered by my service contract!

    Juan was very professional and courteous . He thoroughly explained the process and did an excellent job . I would highly recommend Champions , and be sure to ask for Juan! But , I must say I was not happy with the dispatch crew . I had called them to send a tech back to check on a problem at 830 am and at 2 pm I called to check on the status and was told the tech was 45 minutes from finishing his job and should be by soon . No calls so at 5 I called again and was told he was wrapping up and would be by and no one showed so at 630 I called again and was told he was on his way . At 730 he finally showed. Very frustrated on how this transpired.

    So far having a positive experience with this company, I can see why our landlord has been a member for over 30 years. Leon March was assigned as our service technician. I was informed on when he was arriving, was even offered a link to track him! He arrived exactly when stated in the initial phone call and text message. Due to his professionalism and informative style, we have absolutely no plans on changing AC companies.

    I dealt with Alex, the technician, who came out to declare our previous unit legally dead. He was very kind, very knowledgeable and was also very understanding when I had to loop my husband in prior to dropping $14,000+. I have not always had that experience about technicians understanding the husband/wife dynamic that we are a team and we will make the decision together. My husband was home for the install and spoke very highly of the installation team. Im sorry I dont know their names to give them due praise.

The technician came out evaluated the situation and gave me step by step breakdown of what needs to be fixed, how much it will cost, how long it will take and ensured he will be the one taking care of it when the parts came it. When the parts came in I was notified and app was set up. The same technician came out just as he said and fixed the issue. There were two parts that needed to be replaced. When the first part was replaced he me that the problem was fixed just by replacing that part and the second part was not needed after all. Now I know nothing about HVAC and he could have easily installed both parts and charged me for it but he didnā€™t. He was extremely professional, honest, kind and amazing to work with. I have used Champion AC for many needs in the past and I honestly think they made a customer for life with this last interaction. I would highly recommend.

    Jake and his team member installed a new Trane AC unit for our upstairs living area today. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They took great care not to damage anything by covering the carpet and hardwood floor before they started the install. Additionally they left the work area spotless. They even vacuumed the carpet! I am going to request Jake and his teammate in December when I replace one of my other units. They certainly deserve a 5 star rating!

    AC stopped cooling at my elderly parents residence. I called Champion Home Services on Sunday and they advised they can be out to inspect the unit the next day, Monday between 8 AM and 5 PM.Champion did provide updates during the day updating the time frame so as we can stay someplace cool and coordinate the service call. Jose forward a text that he was on his way, inspected the AC system for the issue and remedied the issue shortly thereafter. He was friendly, professional and performed the work in a timely manner.I will request Jose when and if we need AC or heating services again.

    Paul Rocha was awesome. Very helpful and informative. Had to get a static test for my foundation and needed to camera the line to find the buried clean out in the front yard. Decided since I was paying for the camera lets check the whole lateral. Found two bellies and got a quote for the work that will need to be done. Paul wasnt pushy just straight forward with letting me know it needs to get done, but to be careful with flushing until we get it done.

    Leon explained all of the steps he was performing very professionally. He showed me a great procedure to insert a new filter. He had to work the mitigation of change in breakers from city inspection requirement.
