    We called Mike on a Saturday evening to come out and fix a roof truss in our attic. We were moving out of state and received the buyers home inspection addendum that evening requesting that the truss be fixed, so we needed someone to come out right away. Mike and his wife were able to come to our house a couple of hours after we contacted them and fixed the truss, so their initial response time is quick. As far as we could tell, he did a quality job.They were supposed to send us the pictures and invoice, so that we could send those to our realtor as proof that the job was complete, but it took them several days of my husband, myself and our realtor contacting them before we received the pictures and invoice.

    I don’t normally leave feedback on services and purchases but I wanted to strongly recommend this company and contacting them for a consultation and estimate. Price was reasonable and they were extremely reliable. There everyday - even in 40 degree weather...if they couldn’t work outside...they repaired support beams in the attic. We now have a great looking black metal roof— looks amazing! We will now contract with them to replace the roof on the barn and repair the structure. Great company to work with! Quality work!

    Mike and Traci are a dynamic duo that do quality work in difficult circumstances. Both are on the roof doing all the necessary tasks to complete the job. They had one additional worker who was also skilled. Got here on Friday around 11 am in 30 degree temperature and worked to about 5 pm. Returned the next day around noon ( it was 20 degrees at 8 am) to complete the job by 6 pm. Everything was done with excellent quality. You can’t go wrong with Simons metal Roofing.very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend. This an update. A week after installation we had rain that leaked in two l places. Got hold of Mike. He came out in two days and worked on the roof. Today we had 1.5 inches of rain and no leaks. Mike stood behind his workmanship.

    Simon did a great job. Mike came over here and his wife. And they did a quality job. They found things that were wrong done on the roof and corrected him. Fix my gutters and I said.     Simon’s roofing replaced my parents roof. Mike showed up the day that my sister and I contacted him. We received the estimate the next day. He started repairs as soon as the parts arrived. Him and his crew was always on time and very professional. They got the job done right away! I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for our needs!!!!     Great experience. I called Michael and he was very courteous and responsive to our needs. I had noticed a small discoloration on the ceiling and discovered that there was a small drip coming in from around one of the vents. I was going to try to repair it myself, but read that its better to get a professional for repairs on metal roofs. I am very glad that I called Simons Metal Roofing because not only did Michael come in short order, he fixed the problem, also sealed around the other vents, inspected the roof, screwed in nails that had backed out, and explained to me what he was doing and why. His professional service was a great value, and I will definitely call him for any future roof problems. I highly recommend Simons Metal Roofing.

The roof installation was completed beautifully but done slowly, so if you want quality, workmanship, thorough, and reasonably priced, then this is your man (just be patient cause hes on Mike time).Besides this, he & his team are a pleasure to work with & very friendly.He & his team got the work done and decent quality and were super kind to us.     After a severe late day thunder storm, I discovered water running down a wall of my bedroom which appeared to be from faulty sealant and/or a cracked window sill in the above roofing area and contacted Simons Metal Roofing at approximately 7pm. Mike came over immediately and assessed the situation. As the rains had, for the moment, let up, he returned the next morning and went up on the roof and resealed the area between the metal roof and the brick of the original house, as well as an older window sill which he felt might also be the issue. While he did explain I needed some new parts for the metal roof and should get those as soon as I could, he did not try and sell me a new roof but instead did what he could to fix the situation at the moment. He was professional and polite and when I asked him what I owed him, he honest told me gas money. I happily remitted a bit more than gas money. I expect that this company will be our go to roofing company from now on. My husband and I are truly appreciative of his kindness and professionalism and will recommend him and his company with enthusiasm. As we are new to the area, it is such a great feeling when we find honest contractors willing to help when someone finds themselves in a crisis and not just out to see how much money they make from said crisis.
