    Super great people and service. our wires and box was ripped out by Hurricane Helene. As soon as we called they were there next day to help us. Had power the same day.     Big Frog Electric came to my mothers rescue after Hurricane Helene. A tree came down and ripped the wiring out from yhe breaker box to the pole. My mother lives alone and at 91 yrs old she was unprepared to live with out power for 3 weeks. James at Big Frog not only made sure her home was rewired and ready for power when it came back on. But, he also made sure to check on my mother when he or his crew were in the area. They brought her water, they brought her a hot meal. For a daughter living out of the area, James and Big Frog eased my worries. And, their prices were more than reasonable. Remember BIG FROG ELECTRIC company if you ever need electrical service.

    After one electrician botched a job, causing two months of inconvenience for our customers, and another just gave up trying to figure out the problem, Big Frog came in, discovered the poor wiring job the first guys did, found the component the first guys broke, and got our sauna up and running. They made four trips within ten days and charged us reasonably. Looking forward to the next project with them.

    Thanks for the great job on the recent transfer switch install. A very professional job by the entire crew. They were on time and completed the job in minimal time with very little interruption to our power. They left the area cleaner than when they started.     We purchased a home that was supposed to have a 200-amp service. This was a lie. We had James and his crew come out for a couple of junction boxes etc. Found out the electric panel was so screwed up that we had no choice but to update to the service that we thought we had as well as fixing a few things. I do not like doing reviews, but this crew is worth it! I will not use anyone else and would not recommend anyone else! Good work is hard to find, and James takes his craft seriously!

    My very elderly mother was having some issues with her electric panel. Come to find out it was one of those that is a super fire hazard and should’ve been outlaw years ago. Anyway, long story short I called my man James and got a price and get set a date and next thing I know I get mom out of the house for the day and by 6 o’clock that evening we had a whole new panel with all upgraded switch things😂. And got a 50 AMP camper hookup!! Great guy, super punctual, fair and neat!

    Today we had a major upgrade to our farm. Our cabin and tool shed had electricity but our new feed shed didnt. We also only had a few outlets just to run basic things.We had looked for over a year for someone local and had gotten several estimates, but a few people we wanted to go with were not licensed.We just happened to see a rave/review about Big Frog Electric South. We called them they came right out listened to what we wanted to do and gave suggestions along with the cost.We decided to go with them and they did not disappoint. They put in all new sub-panels, and outdoor outlets all of our buildings have a ton of outlets and light switches 😂😂😂.Our heating and cooling for the cabin is finally done.This was big for us.We highly recommend them, everyone was nice and friendly, and they didnt leave a mess at all.     Alan was the first person I spoke with. He was very knowledgeable &helpful. Because I had a safety concern, he had someone come out the same day.That was John, who quickly determined what was causing the problem & promptly took care of it. I could tell he really knew what he was doing & he took steps to verify that the issue was solved before leaving.Prior to this, another electrician, Robert, had been out to take a look at the aging breaker box They had advised me it needed replacing. At a later date, Robert came back to do the work . It took most of the day. He worked steadily straight through. After installing the new panel, he made sure all the breakers were properly labeled & everything was in working order. He took time to explain the surge protector & mentioned something else hed noticed that should be modified for safety reasons. He got everything thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, knowledgeable, & professional. I could tell they take pride in their work. They didnt push anything. They did give reasonable suggestions.To sum up, I believe anyone will have a positive experience with this company & highly recommend them.

    Big Frog electric did a great job on my projects; I needed a kitchen light, a ceiling fan light kit and an outdoor flood light installed. The technicians, Marco and Jared, arrived promptly, were very nice and courteous, worked quickly and did a terrific job all at a reasonable price.I also want to praise their manager, Alan Aboshamaa. He was my initial contact and freely offered his assistance and advice in selecting the correct devices to purchase. Alan was extremely nice and courteous.     This company is awesome!! I had called several different people to help me run cat8 cables through out the house and the plans and prices they came up with was outrageous and was told that it would take them at least 2 days to complete and would need to dry walls all over the house etc. Big frog electric did them in an hr and only charged me less than half of what I was quoted and they did not have to cut any drywall. They were clean and professional. They even cleaned up the mess they made. I would call them again for sure for other projects around the house.

    I had an new outlet installed by a company I found on Thumbtack a year ago. The price was reasonable, but the results were not. The plug ended up melting and almost caused a house fire.To replace that melted plug, I called Big Frog Electric. I knew I didnt want a repeat of the first time. Big Frog was professional and friendly and were willing to explain the situation before they even came out. Alan was very helpful on the phone. He got a crew scheduled and when they came out, they were on time and were just as friendly and helpful. Marco and Jarred got to work and knocked out the replacement in no time. I was extremely satsified, so asked for some estimates on some other electrcal work I wanted done, namely replacing a couple ceiling lights in the dining room and kitchen, and having recessed lights installed. They gave me a price and I got the work scheduled for the same week. They took down the old lighting and installed a total of 9 recessed lights, 4 in the dining room and 5 in kitchen. Work was completely rather quickly and executed flawlesly. Will definitely use them again in the future, for any of my electrical needs.As far as price, there may some out there that may be cheaper, but dont take a risk on your electrical work, or you could end up in a situation like I had with the electrician hired last year, or WORSE. We are lucky we didnt have a complete house fire.I need a electrical panel replaced, as it is at the end of its current life span, so will have Big Frog Electric replace that in the near future.I recommend Big Frog Electric for all. Friendly, prompt, professional, and just overall, are a pleasure to work with.

    Hired Big frog to install and replace some of my recess lighting, they did a great job. Only thing is that they dont cover the additional dry wall holes made to pass wires, so had to pay an extra 150 dollars to get those wholes repairs by our painters, so make sure you take into consideration the extra cost in case holes need to be made to accommodate the installation.Also just as a tip to the company, please make sure to talk to your employees about correctly fixing Live wires, there were 2 areas my painters found live wires when they were patching the holes on the dry wall.

When I moved the third time, they were nice enough to come once again and install another outlet and this time because I was a repeat customer they drove outside their normal boundaries to do this for me.     We have used Big Frog several times, and they never fail to come through. This time, it was upgrading a circuit and plug for a new range, with limited access through walls and ceiling. They showed up when they said that they would, and kept the disruption to a minimum. Their price was lower than most any other estimate that I received, and when we ran into an issue with a drainpipe being in the way, they had a plumber out in 2 hours to fix it. Fantastic work, great price, and very professional.

    I called a few electrical organizations to get quotes for the work we needed done. One company wanted to charge 4 times what we paid using Big Frog. I had a couple lengthy calls with the scheduling person about the work and how they schedule their techs. He was super informative and provided a lot of useful details.     I worked with Allen, Derek, Robert, and Marco. I needed a tv mounted to a stone fireplace while keeping all of the wires hidden and three Ring Floodlights installed. Not only did they have one of the most reasonable prices, but their attention to detail really pushed me into working with Big Frog. They listened to all of my concerns and provided solutions that were non invasive while giving me exactly what I wanted. Other electricians said they would have to cut holes everywhere and some didnt even show up for estimates, not the case with Big Frog.     It’s refreshing to find a company that, not only does what they promise, but is also willing to go above and beyond when needed.     Big Frog changed out many of my fans and lighting fixtures in my new home. Additionally they rewired and installed new lights on my dock. They were exceptional from start to finish. Even when there was a glitch in ladder size and they had to come back they thouroughly explained and apologized. They never tried to make excuses. the electrician working inside (Robbie) was so helpful about the different technology he could install. I didnt even know these things existed to ask about them but Big Frog made sure I knew all my options. As for the dock- I didnt even know what to ask but they gave great suggestions and it looks fabulous. They went way above and beyond in testing the lake water around my dock and noticed a problem. This problem had nothing to do with their install but they (Derrick and Robbie- and I am sorry I forgot the other techs name)went above and beyond and tracked down the source and repaired it. This could have potentially saved lives!!! I highly recommend Big Frog and will definitely use them again.

    We had the best experience with Big Green Frog. After messaging them on Facebook, they came out promptly and gave us a quote the same day as the walk through for the two jobs that we needed. They were able to start very quickly and got the job done in just a few days. They were quick, professional, and did a wonderful job communicating with me along the way since I was not at the job site. Inspection with the city passed quickly and now waiting on GA Power to hook us up.
