    This was our second time working with M P Caroll. The first time we purchased flooring through M P Caroll, we had a small and straightforward space to work with. We were young and the light was still in our eyes. So we joined Mikes excellent class and learned how to d.i.y. the installation. We did a dang fine job, if we do say so ourselves. However, for our second project, we had a much larger installation area with complex curves. We are also older, wiser, and more tired now. We knew we needed to leave this one to the pros. They did a smashing job and completed the work in about two days. The new hickory engineered hardwood floors look stunning and it was worth every penny to have their fantastic team do the work!

    M P Caroll did a great job installing hardwood in our new home. We liked it so much we removed carpet in the bedrooms and had them install hardwood there also. They were on time fast and great cleaning up after. We would highly recommend them.

    MP Carroll did an excellent job of removing our damaged floor, and replacing it with a new floor. The workmanship is second to none. The process was lengthy but well worth it.     My wife and I decided to replace the carpet in our family room with hardwood and did our due diligence in terms of seeing what was available in terms of services and products. After doing our homework, we decided upon M. P. Caroll Hardwood. Their associate, Amanda, was very product savvy and guided us through making our decisions on our final choice of wood flooring and installation procedures. The product lines that they represent are outstanding compared to the other companies and big box stores we visited. After a few weeks wait for our wood floor to be delivered, the installation went smoothly and quickly. Yes, we are very happy with our new floor and how it enhances the look and feel of the room. I would encourage anyone considering the purchase/installation of a wood floor to visit M. P. Caroll Hardwood. Their product lines and knowledgeable associates are outstanding and will make your decision making an enjoyable process.

    We just had a hardwood floor installed in our living room and dining room and experienced nothing but positives from selecting our wood to installation. Taylor was our client servicer who has a wide knowledge of every kind of wood they carry (coloring, durability, etc.) Our installers were Chris and Al, along with their assistants of Gavin and Steve, were the best crew we have ever had in our home for an installation project. They were extremely careful in moving furniture around, very accommodating for special requests and even helped us putting felt pads on furniture legs. They left the rooms clean with everything in place. We were so pleased that we have already made plans to have another two rooms installed and have requested the same installers. All in all, a very positive experience.

    Sometimes issues come up & always a good sign of how a business is run is how they respond. We had an issue with the Manufacture quality (who they have since dropped) on the flooring & MP Caroll went above & beyond to make sure it was replaced & we were looked after. Even finishing parts of the install they should not have been responsible for. Highly recommend Mike & his crew, very professional, patient & cleaned up after every day. I cant recommend them enough.

    From the moment we entered MP Carolls showroom, we were impressed. Randy greeted us warmly and took care of our every concern.We had decided to remodel our fireplace and replace our carpeted floor with hardwood. Randy guided us in the decision making. Originally, I thought I would like a non- grain wood floor, however, Randy asked me a very pointed question, Does it bother you more to see scratches on the wood or the grain of the wood? The answer for me was obvious. Scratches would bother me. Therefore, we chose a hickory floor with grain and color variations. We ordered the flooring and set a date for installation. Sean came out to measure. He was timely, very kind and polite. Unfortunately, our stone mason was not as reliable. Due to personal reasons, he was unable to do our work. We ended up calling Randy at least three times to change the date of installation due to the fireplace not getting completed as planned. He was gracious and understanding. He kindly rescheduled every time, assuring us that our satisfaction with MP Caroll was of most importance to them. They bent over backwards to accommodate us. The installers were also timely and very professional. The job was recently completed and we are very pleased. I love the grain in the wood and the color variations.I highly recommend MP Caroll for all your flooring needs.Roy & Kathleen

    MP Caroll completely exceeded our expectations. They show up the day that they were supposed to and finished within the four days that were scheduled. The floor looks AMAZING! Our house was built in 1950 and still the installer was able to make the lines in the wood floor line up perfectly everywhere. The dips and tough areas around the fireplace came out looking great. I highly recommend MP Caroll.

    After only a few years of getting my kitchen floor redone, my dogs wore it down in the high traffic areas, Mike came to take a look and said they would come and do a courtesy touch up. They came and re-stained the whole floor! It looks wonderful! A big thank you to Taylor, Randy and all those that worked on this yesterday! I know it wasnt a big job but it still took time, effort and was done as a courtesy. It is truly appreciated and proof that you take care of your customers!

    Todd spent 3 weeks at our home refinishing many, many square feet of hardwood, both Brazilian cherry and American oak. Some of the oak dated to 1970 and the cherry approximately 15 years old. He did a fabulous job. Very professional and also a perfectionist! I recommend highly.

    I just purchased the hardwood for a den floor. The process was made easy due to the great staff at M P Caroll. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They have hundreds, probably thousands, of variations of type of wood, textures, colors, solid or mfg. etc. and can guide you through the process. With plenty of large samples to take home and review. Technical advice and schooling is available for do it yourselfers. If you cant find what you want there, you probably dont want a wood floor. I cant wait for it to arrive and start putting it down.Ron...........
