    I had a set of stairs with landing built for my kitchen sliding glass doors. They arrived on time, got the job started, and called me to make sure they were doing the job exactly how I wanted it done. They were done in a few hours, leaving a masterpiece for me to see when I got home from work, and even cleaned up after they were done! I street that, because other contractors cant seem to do that for the homeowner. Near Me Remodel is different, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor, with the homeowners best interests in mind.

    Had an upper deck restoration and they did a great job. They communicated very well throughout the entire job, as some optional things arose, and they wanted to do what we felt was best for our home. Everyone from bidding the job to all the workers on the job were very professional and polite. We have had a few very heavy rains since completion and no leaks. We definitely recommend this company.

    Cannot express our satisfaction with Near Me Remodel enough. Brian was excellent through the whole process. From estimate through completion he was there for the whole ride... total commitment. The crew are amazing skilled craftsman. They cared about their work and our home taking care of things on a daily basis. Always on time anf they often stayed late into the evening to finish on time.On a job this big issues and unknowns were bound to come up. Brian and the crew offered solutions, pricing up front, and fixed them when approved.If you are thinking of home improvement these guys were great and we highly recommend them.

    Project was to remove existing unsafe stairs between elevated porch and new patio and install new stairs with handrails to match existing porch handrails. Contractor found matching handrails, constructed new stairs of treated lumber, Trex steps and finished with Azek trim for a very attractive and safe stairway in one day with excellent cleanup and waste removal. The stairway met building inspection requirements and we are thrilled with the finished steps. Thank you Near Me Remodel.

    Brian K at Near Me and his crew were terrific! Loved his honest, simple, low key but direct approach. He was able to answer any questions we had, both confidently and quickly. He and his crew were professionals and they made the job seem effortless. They replaced our roof, addressed damage that they found (and explained why there was damage and what was being done to fix it). They also wrapped 3 carport posts for us in pvc like material. Everything he communicated to us was followed through on. Hard to find that whole package in this day and ageWe would highly recommend Brian. He will also be our 1st call for any upcoming home projects.On top of all of this, the price was very fair. Their cleanup was so good, you wouldn’t have even known thru were hereBrian, Thank You!     I had a deck and roof installed over the entrance way of my kitchen door and the guys did a great job. The craftsmanship was excellent, they were very professional and highly skilled. They were respectful and cleaned everything up when they were done and said if we had any questions or concerns to call. Its hard to find good people to do the quality of work that they did.     I have a 120+ year old home.I needed a 3 layer roof tearoff (including cedar shakes) with all new decking and all new gutters plus obsolete brick chimney deletion.Once I accepted the quote and signed the contract work began swiftly and even despite unfavorable weather the roof crew kept working.Im happy with the work done, and they also did a very good job cleaning up the yard. Everyone I talked to with the company was friendly and helpful.

    I hired Near Me to replace the siding on my house and build a new wood deck and porch steps. After they started, they discovered extreme water damage to the wood window frames, resulting from a leaking roof left by the previous owner. It turned into a bigger task than any of us anticipated, but Brian and his team were thorough, friendly, and did high-quality work. Brian communicated every step of the process and the reason each repair was needed, and was transparent about the cost. Even with the unexpected repairs, their total price was just about what I was quoted by another company for the original job. They were also able to start quickly, not 8-10 months out as I was told by other companies. Overall great value and a great crew that Ill be hiring again for my next renovation.

    Near Me Remodel was incredible for their services as well as the price. Brian came out and quoted a price about 3% lower than other competitors. In addition, and without extra charge, cleaned up my yard and it looked great.The extra charge was required as my roof was six months before a full new replacement would have been needed. Brian was courteous as he presented the second estimate without any pressure. In my mind, I knew it was needing to be completed, and suggested maybe later, perhaps August. Brian was able to give reassurance it would be completed now and done correctly. He reminded me the risks of waiting and made the decision easier without anxiety.The work was efficient and top notch. The safe team of 4 was able to place efforts with focus and pride. In less than 48 hours, the work was completed. Read that again, work was done when they said and surpassing my expectations.     They were recommended to us by a friend when we found water leaking in between our gutter and the roof. We called Brian on Monday, he came out on Wednesday. Long story short we decided to put on a new roof. There was no pressure and not once did we feel that we were being forced into anything. He had a price for us almost instantly and due to a cancelation they started the very next day. We had a million questions and we called and texted Brian many many times... he answered each time and reassured us every step of the way. The crew was great... clean, efficient, respectful, and just a great group of guys. Joe was even helpful and very understanding when we had a bit of an electrical issue... this project came on us very fast and unexpected, but we felt like we were in the best hands possible. We very very much appreciated the personal touch and care that we were shown. The roof looks awesome and now we can rest assured that our water issue was solved and done right. They just finished today but Brian assured us that he would be there in a heartbeat if there was any issue what so ever... bottom line - I would definitely recommend this company and I give huge props to Brian and the guys. I would also not even hesitate to use them again for other projects because they offer so many services. They go the extra mile and I just cant say enough good things...
