    Jesse was the installer. Very respectful very smart was able to answer any question that we had. The entire experience we had with the company was the best experience we every had. From giving me a discount for being a veteran and getting me 6 years no interest on my payments and the best is the 10 year bumber to bumper on parts and labor shows me this a company that believes in their products. I would recommend Grand Comfort to anyone and everyone that needs your services. I feel on a scale of 1 to 10 your company rates an 11. I cant tell you how pleased we are.     My central air and furnace needed to be replaced. I solicited bids from several suppliers. From the get go, I had a very positive experience with Grand Comfort Plumbing. It was seamless in scheduling a free estimate, to scheduling an install date and, finally the execution of the installation. Jesse the estimate and install guy was very thorough in his explanation and was very knowledgeable! Jesse did a terrific job in installing the units! Nicole the office contact was very helpful and professional. I am very happy in choosing Grand Comfort. I have no hesitation in referring my friends and family to use Grand Comfort Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning! Five stars!

    We called Grand Comfort in for a second opinion on a furnace inspection that we had the day before. The previous company told us that we had a crack in our heat exchanger. They also told us that we needed other items added to the furnace. Their quote was over $3,500.00 for the repairs. The technician that came in from Comfort said there was nothing wrong with our furnace. I am so glad we called, the technician was honest and very professional. We are changing companies for our heating and air conditioning needs.

    I recently booked an appointment with this company for replacing the gas furnace in my home and they could not have been any better to work with. The installation was very smooth and the best thing is that the technicians called me up after some days to know whether everything is working fine or not. Their services are completely reliable and I would definitely call them again in future. 5 stars from my side.

    Sewer backups are very stressful, however, Randy and his team went above and beyond to ease that from my family and I. Whenever we had questions, they were available; they communicated arrival times perfectly and were professional throughout the process. While I hope I never see them again for the same issue (ha), I would absolutely recommend them to everyone that has plumbing / sewer issues in their home or business.

    Tech (Gary) came out to the site and diagnosed the issue with the AC, but due to needing to cut holes in the drywall (homeowner responsibility) they could not. The tech carefully outlined all the steps in how to go about correcting the issue with me. I followed his steps and the materials to obtain and was able to complete the job successfully. Thanks again for being so detailed and accommodating.

    Service was astounding by our technician Gary. Very friendly and knowledgeable and got our furnace warmed back up in no time. I was already expecting good service from the other reviews but Gary and his team blew my expectations away. Absolutely hire this company if you can!

    Called in the morning because my furnace was not turning on. Got a technician to arrive a few hours later. Jesus was very professional and great about showing me what he was doing and offering suggestions and tips for the future. It was a quick fix but something I would have never thought to check.     I saw fantastic review about TempCare on Yelp and reached out through Yelp to contact them about getting the estimate. They contacted me within minutes and were able to fit me into their schedule within 24 hours.I needed to repair a gas line for a natural gas grill. They came, provided an estimate and were able to put me on the schedule for the same day. The actual repair took less than ten minutes. All professionals that visited my home were courteous, professional, and respectful. They will be my first call in the future if I ever have any heating or air conditioning needs.

    Had a great experience with Steve from Grand Comfort. Our furnace wasnt working and he was able to come the same day (on a Saturday) to take a look. He was on time, professional, and pleasant to speak with throughout the job. Our issue was partially due to previous technicians who didnt wire our furnace correctly. I was particularly impressed with Steve because he identified that previous work wasnt done correctly and addressed those issues first before diving deeper into troubleshooting other problems. It turns out the incorrect wiring was the core issue, and fixing this got our furnace back up and running. The service cost was extremely reasonable. I absolutely will call Grand Comfort again (and ask for Steve) for all future HVAC jobs. Thanks Steve!

    We are going through the sale of our home and the inspector noted that he was unsure about potential water intrusions in the basement. Rafael came out and was able to do a complete inspection. He was very professional and was able to talk through what he saw versus the inspectors noted issues. This helped us to show that waterproofing was not required, saving us that expense.     Grand Comfort was responsive, sending a project estimator out the day I called in the midst of a heat wave. His pricing was excellent, nearly $1000 less than my current HVAC company. They installed the system within 5 days, two of which were over a weekend. The technicians arrived when promised, were very knowlegeable, communicated well, and finished the project within half a day. They removed the old system, installed the new system, tested and retested what they installed and left both the inside and outside work areas immaculate. Nice job!
