    Our experience with Advanced Builders for our recent deck build was very good. Charlie was very responsive to phone/text, provided great input and recommendations to our plans and completed the work in a timely manner. He quickly grasped our requirements and was very friendly and reasonable throughout the project. When we did notice a minor issue a few weeks after the project had completed, Charlie made us a priority and promptly handled the concern the very next day. Overall we are 100% satisfied and recommend Advanced Builders without hesitation.

    Charlie and his team did a great job. When we bought our house we had a lot of work to do and having Charlie as our contractor we were in luck. He was always on time, did top notch work, and exceeded our expectations on everything. Whether it was the cabinets he hung, windows he put in, molding work, master bathroom, master bedroom that he remodeled, our expectations were exceeded on every aspect. Highly recommend

    We had all new replacement windows installed in our home. Ten years later the dining room windows leaked and became frosty. Charlie was called and he got new windows from the manufacturer in quick time and he installed them. The glass was under warranty and his price for labor was very reasonable. Charlie and his assistant worked well and even made sure the glass was cleaned before he left. We were very happy with Charlies work.

    Estimate was competitively priced & the work was completed before the original date we were quoted (always a plus!). Job finished in one day, and the workers at our home were super courteous and professional. Craftsmanship was great as well, no issues!One aspect of the job was not how I originally envisioned it, and Advanced Builders was more than willing to help accommodate any changes we wanted. In the end, we decided we liked the look of how it turned out even better, but we appreciated the willingness to ensure we were 100% pleased with the final project.Highly recommend! They do deck remodels as well.

    We needed to replace our windows.Charlie gave us a reasonable estimate, ordered the windows and installed them. Advanced also took the time to fabricate custom window flashing for the exterior of our stucco house.The supplier shorted me a few pieces ofInterior trim. Charlie followed up and had the supplier provide more than enough trim for meto finish the interior. They did a thoroughcleanup after all the work was done as well.

    These guys are absolutely amazing! They recently added a second floor to my home and it was extremely fast And it came out beautiful! Charlie is friendly and honest. He uses great materials and takes the time to show and explain his work to the homeowner. I Would do business with them again and so should you!

    I’m real glad I hired Charlie and his crew to take on redoing both of my back yard decks. He gave me different options and really helped me understand exactly what each step would be. He gave me a really good price, and was responsive every time I had a question, and now my decks look immaculate. He even fixed a leaking hose drain I had outside. If you need someone in the area who knows exactly what they’re doing, Charlie is your guy.

    Charlie and team are great to work with. We recently had a full bathroom gutted and remodeled but Advanced builders & remodeling has done work for us in the past including a second level addition on our home. Charlie is fair, responsive and creative. All projects encounter unexpected hiccups, what’s great about Charlie is that he is communicative , creative and an excellent problem solver. Our bathroom is now fully renovated within our budget and has a fresh updated look! Thank you Charlie and team we love it!
