The lady, Leslie that took our emergency call, and the plumbers, Phil and Spencer that came were the nicest people! The plumbers fixed our broken pipes right away, and explained what they were doing throughout the process so well. They were so knowledgeable and patient, and we are SO grateful to have chosen them to help us. Their prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely be using Osbornes from here on out. Thank you so very much Osbornes! You guys are life-savers!

Good company to deal with. Installed our washer quickly, he had to run the pipes as we relocated it, and has been good for about a year.Had a bill that I did not agree with for a more recent service and spoke with the office. After explaining what I felt was incorrect the invoice was corrected beyond what I expected. Very appreciative of honest business practices and going above and beyond.

Woke up to having no water- Osborne was able to come out the same day and within a couple of hours they replaced a new submersible pump! Very professional!

We have been without a working shower for almost two years. The first plumber we tried, said we needed a part and never called back. The other plumbing company I called didn’t return my call. When the tech from Osborne came I didn’t really believe it would be fixed; the young man assured me it would be fixed that day. He was true to his word. He was neat, efficient, pleasant and positive. I was very pleased with the work: we have a shower that works!! I will definitely return to Osborne for any future plumbing and maybe heating needs. Very positive experience.

Osborne’s Plumbing in Bucksport is by far the very best in honesty, attention to detail, knowledge, promptness, and professionalism. We have used them for over two years to repair various plumbing problems in an apartment building. Absolutely no complaints from us or the tenants! (Office staff are always pleasant and prompt.)

My well pump burned out and I had no water. Osbornes was in my driveway within two hours. The plumbers they sent were very friendly and knowledgeable. The total for the bill was about a third of what the other company quoted me on the phone. I couldnt have asked for better service.

I like Ozzys of Ellsworth. My old plumber stopped returning my calls. Osbornes agreed to look at the job, then scheduled a good time to do it. Gas furnace inspection and A/C commissioning. Not fast, not cheap, but careful conscientious and fair. Had a later problem with outside piping here, and a well pump at another house, as well as annual burner cleaning. All handled professionally. Very happy.

Called after having no heat and no hot water, tech Phil and his partner came out within 20 minutes and were very helpful, also recommended a furnace cleaning which is already scheduled and on the books. Glad I called them! Thankful they could fit me in this morning!!
