    All Pro Services (Bill & the whole team) are very professional and reliable. They have recommended new products that I like, including an energy efficient water heater and an improved filtration system that removes more pollen from the air.They have also come promptly when there is a leak or repair needed. The front office is polite and cheerful. I find that with All Pro that you do get what you pay for: high quality.

    I called All Pro Services to have our water heater, furnace, and AC replaced with new high efficiency models as part of our home remodel. All of the team was extremely friendly and professional. This was a large job and they completed it in a very timely manner. I am extremely happy with all of the new items and the work that they did.     The air conditioner went out On a very hot day- these guys spent the whole day installing a new one Great job. Then some time later they found a large whole for the furnace, spent another day installing a new furnace and water heater. Always polite and efficient!

    Called for furnace issues. Wound up needing 2 parts. Its supposed to snow tomorrow and they said it might be a couple days before the parts are in, so I asked them to try an expedite the process. My service guy Nick passed that message along and made sure I had the parts within the hour even though it was later in the day. He was very professional and knowledgeable he had the job done quickly and even cleaned up . This guy deserves a raise. The customer service line was very kind and helpful to highly recommend.

    Emergency sump pump issue. Responded that same day and got it fixed with a new pump within an hour. Came w/5yr warranty, so that’s awesome. Great responsive company.

    I can not say enough about the quality of service that I received from All Pro. I was stood up by another plumber and needed my new sinks in the kitchen and bathroom connected so I would have water. They were able to come out with relatively short notice. They had to come out twice, my fault for having the wrong toilet tank, and they were on time both visits. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves. They plumber explained everything, including all costs, before they started working. Very happy with the service I received and I would highly recommend All Pro Services for your plumbing needs.

    I dont know where some of the reviews here say that they are too expensive, I just had my furnace replaced, with a more efficient unit, one day, removal of old unit, permit pulled, new unit delivered and installed and house was warm by bedtime. To top it off, I inspected the work and was floored by the level of detail that this team put into their work. The blew way past my expectations, I was more than willing to pay the price that they asked. With having the service performed the same day they have gained a new customer. for all the work that they did was well worth the price. You pay for quality, and these folks delivered!

    Great experience with them.Had a backup in my main drain and sewage intermittently backing up into the basement. They were able to get out quickly and bring a 100 foot snake (Its 80+ feet from my cleanout to the cities drain). They cleaned it out, used a camera and found that the issue was on the cities side. They called the city and told them right where the issue was and even volunteered to wait around till the city showed up.Extremely professional, put on booties, cleaned up after themselves, wore masks. Just classy in every way. Thank you John for the great service.

    I was looking to replace our aging electric (tank) water heater that was showing signs that it was reaching the end of its service life (about 9 years after installation). I reached out to Lowes to try and order and install a replacement, either tankless or heat-pump assisted tank water heater. I became disenfrachised when their contractor would only give me a quote by phone for a tankless, but not any other type of water heater. They cautioned that the final cost might be higher depending on the situation when they came to install it. The water heater brand was also one with which I was not familiar. I reached out to All Pro and they provided a no-obligation quote for a Rinnai (near top of the line model from a well-known high-quality brand) and sent an experienced installer to our house to give a firm estimate. They came in cheaper by 10% than the Lowes contractor. All Pro also included a 15-year heat exchanger warranty, 12-year parts, 12-year annual flush (de-scaling service) and 5-year comfort club membership (free service calls). When I had concerns or questions during the installation where it seemed to deviate from what my expectations were, they made it right before they left. I anticipate this tankless water heater will definitely save money in the long run as it is cheaper to run than electric heaters and with the easier (and complimentary for the first 12 years) flushing service should last 2.5x to 3x the life of a tank water heater. It was excellent and professional service with good value over the long run!

    We have used All Pro Services for many years and have had excellent results with them. When we first bought our house, there were lots of plumbing problems on the first floor, and then there were roots in our line going out to the city sewer system as well. Anytime a service tech came out, they quoted their estimate to do the job, and they stuck with it until the job was done right. We have never had to call them back after they fixed our pipes or cleared our drain line. The work is always done right and they dont rush through the work and make mistakes that costs us extra later. My wife especially likes the fact that when we call, the service techs always wear little booties that keeps our floors clean and they never hurt our walls or floor when working in our home. They are worth every penny and we highly recommend them!

    I recently moved to Buchanan and want to recommend All Pro Services for plumbing repairs and drain cleaning services. What’s good about All Pro is that when they give you a price quote, they guarantee the work with no additional charges if anything is not right after the work is completed. While there is a modest fee for them to come out and assess the work, their quote is firm and they really know what they are doing. Hope this is helpful to someone.

As well, their scheduling and technical staff are extremely communicative. 2. They do work same day as the advertise. They are always quick to respond and resolve immediate issues that arise.

    Professional work but quite expensive. They wanted to charge me over $500 to install a faucet + sink!!!! The job they end up doing for me was done correctly, but again, I feel was too pricey! I would be afraid of getting a cheap plumber but there must be something in between!

    Had All Pro come out because we had some pressure issues. From the start, they were wonderful! They called and asked if it would be okay to show up early, and when they got here, they were polite, friendly, and communicative. They quickly assessed the issue, fixed one of our faucets, and provided a fantastically priced estimate for fixing the water service.We had to have them come back out the same day because our hot water didn’t work. Again they came out quickly, fixed the issue and didn’t assess us any charges (though we were more than happy to pay).We’ll be using them for our HVAC as well. Very pleased and highly recommend!!!
