All I can say is WOW! True professionals. From the front office, continuing on to the job site and following up for the electrical inspector call-in (and of course passed) finished our garage in days with stunning results. You can tell Hein Electric cares about their clients. The surface mount EMT job was 1st rate, something not every electrical contractor can do. Do yourself a favor and make Hein Electric your contractor you will not be disappointed. -

Highly recommend using Hein! We had brown outs for half our house and after calling and speaking with Emily, she was able to get Ron out to our house right away. He assessed the issue and was able to run and get two new breakers and fixed everything within an hour! Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly - we will definitely use Hein again. -

We had a tree branch fall on our power line and needed someone to come out on the weekend to help restore the power. Ron was so helpful with figuring out what needed to be done, from setting up the electrician visit, putting in the work order for the city to restore the power, and the inspection. Then Dan the electrician came out the same day and made the necessary repairs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions even after he had already left my property. Their professionalism, the quality of work, and their kindness really helped me through a frustrating experience. I highly recommend them and will call them first if we ever need any electrical repair in the future! -

Had and electric box malfunction, some of the breakers melted and smoked. Heins came out the next day when I called them and replaced the box the next day after that. . They recognized the breaker box problem as a serious issue and treated it as such. They did a great job and cleaned up the work area when they were done. Even took the throw rugs outside and shook them out. Class A service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. -

Both Steve and Jim were great as they completed the installation--quick, efficient and with expert know-how. I will use them again for any home electrical needs. -

Log home electrical projects are very different from standard drywall construction projects. We wanted to add 2 additional ceiling boxes where only one existed. We didnt know how complicated this would be. Ron, a Master Electrician, was able to inspect the area and came up with a few ideas dependent on what he might encounter when he started the work. His knowledge was invaluable to our project! Everything went perfectly and the end result was as we had hoped it would be. From setting up the original appointment to completion of the project, we couldnt be happier with the quality of their customer service and work! We will definitely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them! -

Had an traditional doorbell set up installed for a new security doorbell. Ronnie was as always, amazing, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I just moved to the area and the receptionist Jess is so sweet and made sure to get me into a appointment in a timely manner and gave a warm welcome to the neighborhood!
