Stan was excellent. He diagnosed the problem right away. Gave me various options explaining the procedure clearly He fixed everything in a timely manner. Very polite and respectful. Would use him again for any electrical issues in the future

Great service. Responsive, on time respectful. I’d Give them a 5 but it’s just that the service was so expensive. Maybe going rates but honestly so expensive.

We called into Thomas Edison Electric for an issue at 11pm on a Friday night and had an electrician first thing the next morning - Saturday! In our rush and panic to resolve the electrical issue we were so pleasantly surprised by the customer service level of the 2 individuals we spoke with including a certified electrician who called us back within 5 minutes of our initial contact. The electrician who arrived was clearly skilled and professional. We were resolved and back in business within an hour. Great customer service, fair and certified work. No hesitations to use them again.

We called Thomas Edison Electric on a Sunday and they were here in 2 houses. Vasyl, the electrician who came, found the problem in 10 minutes and had it fixed in 30. We are very pleased with the service.

I had vasyl he was fantastic. He came on time he did the job. He was very knowledgeable. I had three different jobs for him to do and he finished everything the same evening. He is very professional and personable . One of the jobs was installing a Tesla. Charge station in my garage everything is perfect .
