    Very responsive and professional, I highly recommend. AllDrains 70 works well with our home warranty that we had at that time.Bens does very clean work and the plumbing looks like art work in my walls. I thank you for doing such good work, also AllDrains 70 cleaned up after the job was done.     Greg with All Drains 70 was phenomenal. He showed me all the issues and how he would fix them in addition to being polite and responsive when an unforeseen issue occurred (new toilet was broken). I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues. I will definitely be calling them again!

    Their Technicians are always on the point, friendly yet professional. The agent, Angela is very responsive and she is quick on processing things correctly. Josh, the technician, came by to replace the water heater. Diagnose and the replacement of the unit was done within few hours. I would definitely recommend Alldrains 70 over any other companies in Arkansas. They are simply the BEST!

    I have nothing but good to say about y the plumbers! But I would like an itemized statement on what they charged me .$500 for in addition to the $100 service fee. My warranty covered the hot water heater.

    Trustful honest very reasonable price for the work being done. I been a good family friend over 16 years so I know from experience Greg is an excellent master plumber hes always given me advice when I needed it. He gets the job done hes very prideful in the work he does, he has saved us thousands of dollars helping out with a remodel it was still pretty pricey but nothing like what any other company would charge. Very professional and dependable!!

    All Drains 70 has provided me excellent service over several years. During an extreme cold weather snap, on the morning of Christmas Eve 2022 I had no water flow from hot water taps throughout the house. Angela promptly answered my phone call that Saturday morning. I didnt have to leave a voicemail or be put on hold. She offered advice to identify a location of a probable frozen pipe, which was happening city-wide that morning, and try that first; and maybe save a service call, but they would gladly come to the house if needed. I placed a space heater in a crawl space section of the basement and corrected the problem. Yay! Angela saved the day and my family gathering planned for later that day.This company has always been prompt, professional, and courteous. I recommend them to everyone who asks.

    I was very pleased with Ben of All Drains 70 Plumbing. He took out old water heater, took it back to Home Depot, and exchanged it for new one, and installed new one at a very affordable price. Highly recommend this company. And Angela, with All Drains was a very big help to me. She helped me with getting a new one from my warranty. Great company.

    We had the pleasure of working with Mike, who came out and diagnosed our problem within minutes, got our part ordered, and then came back as soon as the part was delivered to install it!The whole process was done within 15-20 minutes! This is after our last contractor, Minton Plumbing, came out and was trying to charge us an additional $500 for Not Covered expenses!100% would recommend giving All Drains a call to get you taken care of - honest company and truly cares for their customers! Great customer service throughout!

    We have been without water for two days. The plumbing issue was my fault but Ben did not take offense to that ! It was pouring down rain today so he told me he would at least come and cap off the pipes so we could have water over the weekend because he did not want to be tracking mud in my house. That is so impressive !!!! He came and quickly capped off the pipes and made sure we had water before he left. He is coming back next week when it is dry to finish the job ! I cannot say enough good about this young man !!! What integrity !!! They really do care about their clients !!! It is so very rare to have a repairman that cares more about their clients than money !!!! Highly recommend this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Update: What awesome people to work with !!! Job is now complete and I am so happy with their work and the price !!! Have him coming back in a couple weeks to do an upgrade ! Cannot say enough good about them !!!
