    My wife and I called Post Electric to get a quote for an electrical panel replacement. I also asked about options for connecting a generator for backup power. Slav explained our options and we ended up taking his recommendation to install a generator interlock for connecting a portable generator. He quickly provided a quote and scheduled our installation. His team was very thorough and did quality work. The entire swap was done in one day and everything was tested and properly labeled.     Post was great. They were able to get to me the day after I called. They fit me in after 6, but I didn’t mind. Slav quickly explained what he thought the problem was and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He cleaned everything up and I was extremely happy.     Writing to commend electrician, Slav, of Post Electric. I had a tricky job involving two ceiling lights. One was replacing an older fixture, no problem. The other light was a new location, basically, a hole in my ceiling, and some fishing line that my ceiling installers left through to first light. It wasnt easy, and required a long day and a ton of effort on Slavs part to get his line in. He didnt want to let me down because I have guests coming. Truthfully, I wouldnt have blamed him if he had run from this job! Instead, his skills, knowledge, (+ legendary Ukrainian tenacity!) prevailed! The lights are lovely; precisely placed on a tongue-and-groove ceiling where any inconsistency would be glaring.He gave me the dimmer switch I wanted, also. I could not be more impressed with this electrician.In addition, he installed a lighted vanity mirror in master bath, plus a USB electric receptacle on the wall. The lighted mirror came with a plug on the back and he was able to put a recessed box into the wall behind the mirror, so everything is flush.I felt the prices are fair, too.Im VERY happy with the work by Slav and will request him if i ever need electric work again!Thank you, Post Electric, for having such an excellent electrician on my job!

    Slav is a sharp, industrious, young man with integrity! He wired my entire 6300 SF shop with 100 amps of power for HVAC, electrical, and lighting. He is an excellent electrician. I tried to get him to do some short cuts for me - and he wouldnt do it.... youre gonna get it done right by the book and to code every time. The electrical work in my shop is SAFE. He very expertly and efficiently identified the problems, including the primary outlets that, if tripped, caused all the downstream outlets to fail.     We own seven rental units in the Vancouver area, and when a tenant has a non-functioning heater, we want to fix it immediately. We called Post Electric and they came out the same day, fixed the issue, and charged a very fair price! We also appreciated the communication around time of arrival, the conscientiousness upon entering the unit (he put on foot booties to protect the floors), and thoughtfulness in explaining the issue to us.     We had Post Electric come out for several projects including wiring a new minisplit air conditioner, electrifying/lighting the interior/exterior of our barn, and installing a lighting controller and lights for our shop.     Half of the outlets in our kitchen went out over the weekend, including the one our fridge was using, and Post Electric was one of the only companies available on the weekend. They immediately answered the phone and had the lowest “emergency” work pricing. Luckily, we were able to plug our fridge into another outlet and wait until regular hours to schedule work. Post Electric was our first pick! Slav called and said they would be able to come out same day AND well after I thought electricians would come out. I was thrilled! Slav was quick, efficient, and had our problem fixed in a jiffy! Post Electric will definitely be on our short list of companies to call when we have future work!
