    Thank goodness for this company. I recently sold my home. The buyers had the pipes inspected because the pipes were cast iron and the home was older. The company they hired for the scope was exceptionally unprofessional and told the buyers that every pipe needed to be replaced. They sent a copy of a video that showed no damage. I called in Acadiana Rooter for a second opinion. Very fast work, very efficient and professional. Ben diagnosed some scaling and some issues with pipes in the front yard where tree roots had impacted the pipes. They were able to complete the work in about 3 days so that the sale wouldnt be impacted. Ben even went above and beyond to bring me a copy of the video of the scope so that I could provide it to the buyers. Great people to work with, very professional and courteous.

    As a real estate agent, timely service is incredibly important when it comes to repairs on homes under contract. Ben was able to fit me in the same day I called him for service.     Woke up on a Saturday morning to an unpleasant surprise. Tankless water heater was leaking due to a broken in-line filter. Since water had to be cut off at the road, a repair was emergent. Called Acadiana Rooter and Ben was quick to respond and very courteous. Issue was resolved quickly and professionally.     Probably one of the most professional companies I ever dealt with.     Great service from beginning to end! Had an urgent need and within of an hour of the call, Ben arrived. He replaced the broken bath tub faucet that I had called about, repaired my broken shut off valve into the house and even replaced my old garbage disposal while he was here too! Very professional service and he even cleaned up before he left. All of that, and a very reasonable price as well! 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

    Acadiana Rooter is an excellent plumbing service! Our appointment to have 2 appliances installed was scheduled first thing the next morning when we called.     Just call Acadiana Rooter first. Do not bother with any other plumbers. We’ve tried a couple and Acadiana Rooter is the best.     My garbage disposal started backing up and after so many different options to fix on my own, the problem was still there.I have never contacted a plumber before and was skeptical at first. But when my home warranty insurance company informed me that their plumber was on back order for about 7-8 weeks, I had no choice but to contact a plumber on my own.I Googled plumbers near me and Acadiana Rooter popped up. I went straight to the reviews and I was very happy to see so many satisfied customers. I gave them a call immediately. I was informed they could come out later today or first thing in the morning. 20 minutes later Ben called back and stated he was on the way.When he arrived I explained the issue to him and he looked at me with a smile and said No problem!Thirty minutes later my sink and garbage disposal was working like new. To top it off he also assisted me with getting my insurance company to reimburse me. I could not be more happy with the professional, friendly, lightning fast, awesome service!!     Had a busted pipe in my front yard and started calling around for plumbers.     Licensed master plumber Ben Tucker Arrived at my home roughly an hour after I called him on August 12, 2024. I had complained that my toilets were clogged (even after I had poured sulfuric acid down both of them). Well, He got busy only to discover The sewer pipe outside of my home Had been destroyed by an auger my neighbors contractor had used to install a new fence. As soon as the contractor removed the cemented posts he was able to quickly replace the segment of pvc pipe and things were running great again. Thank you Mr. Tucker!
