I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe when our heater broke and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend SJH mechanical services! Before he left, he thoroughly explained how to operate the system and provided helpful maintenance tips to ensure it’s longevity. When leaving my home, he not only fixed our heater, but cleaned up afterwards leaving the area immaculate.

Our AC stopped working on an extremely hot, humid day, so we quickly called to make an appointment with one of the big name, well known, HVAC companies to have it repaired. After dealing with the worst customer service and being rescheduled by them multiple times, we finally called it quits and decided it was time to call somebody else. We called a friend who recommended SJH Mechanical, so we gave them a call. We spoke to a kind man name Joe, who sounded extremely knowledgeable and understanding of the issue we were having. When he arrived, he was able to quickly determine the cause of the issue and made the repair. Not only was he professional, he was also respectful to our home by keeping his work area neat and leaving no mess behind. Before he left, he broke down the issue to us in a manner so clear, we as mechanically challenged people understood exactly what the issue was and how the repair was made . We could not recommend SJH more! You can’t beat the customer service, and wealth of knowledge that their team provides, all while staying within a fair price. I would highly recommend this company! From beginning to end, absolute professionals. My options & pricing were explained in laymens terms with no hidden fees. SJH was able to diagnose the issue, present the available options and complete the heat pump replacement.
