You couldnt do better than Farryn Electric. Over several years they have done some substantial work at my home, including installing a whole-house generator but lots more. The work is simply excellent--and Ive seen a number of electricians work over the years. The guys are simply great to have around, actually fun, and they are neat, courteous, and efficient. They also really hustle. Ive needed some things done yesterday and they have always accommodated us. They are also completely trustworthy; I have no hesitation about their working in my house when I am not home--in fact, they have worked in my home when Ive been in another country! I cant say enough about them.

Farryn Electric is amazing! They are experienced, knowledgeable, and do the job right the first time. I first had them do an electrical safety inspection to identify any electrical hazards or concerns. Then I hired them to install a whole house surge protector since my area looses power so often. Now they’re my go to guys for anything electrical and they’ve done other electrical work for me and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! From the initial phone call to the actual service, everything went better than expected. I had a small job where I needed an outlet which was not working checked. I called and was told Rob could be there in 20 minutes. Rob arrived and was professional and personable the whole time he was in my home. He explained everything he needed to do and even took the time to provide information to me about other possible electrical work I needed done in my home. He fixed my broken outlet within 20 minutes! Very pleased with the advice and availability of customer service prior to my appointment. Eric arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and prepared, communicated well and thoroughly cleaned up when finished. Replaced 6 light fixtures, fixed a seventh fixture (unexpectedly tricky but he had everything needed on his truck), and replaced an outlet cover.

Gus arrived on time and worked efficiently to replace our hardwired smoke detectors in our new home and run an Ethernet line for a home office. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions before leaving and made sure to clean up after each installation since he worked in multiple rooms throughout the house. Post Update: I posted a review of Farryn Electric about 7 months ago and we just used them again last week to do some installation work in my house. I was again blown away by their responsiveness and high quality of work. I spoke with John at Farryn in the middle of the week to schedule the work and was very pleasantly surprised that he was able to get Gus Zarelli out to my house by that same Friday.Gus was again the epitome of professionalism. He walked me through all of his work and took the time to explain (non-condescendingly) all of the work he did. Gus is a family man and was once again very patient with my nosey dog and six year old son.I wish all contractors were as responsive, professional and thorough as Farryn Electric. Theyre organized, their billing is accurate and detailed and they dont cut any corners. I cant recommend them enough! Great local company.We recently used Farryn Electric to have several Ring Flood Light cameras installed at our house along with an exterior outlet and several interior outlets. Farryn’s responsiveness to my request for a quote was very quick and their pricing was excellent.The technician that completed the work (Gus Zarelli) was fantastic! Gus was an absolute professional. He completed the job quickly, was patient in taking the time to answer all of our questions in layman’s terms and was great with our five year old and dog. I would strongly recommend using Farryn and be sure to ask for Gus. You won’t regret it.

Farryn came over to install an last minute outlet. We had just gotten a new stove and converted to gas the day before when we realized we needed a new outlet for the kitchen. They came over the very next day and got us hooked up. They provided excellent service and great communication. We would recommend them for any project and we will be calling them for any of our future electrical work.

Farryn is not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but weve gone with the low bidder before and lived to regret it every time -- and who needs to spend more than you have to when you can get top -quality work without paying through the nose?A neighbor recommended Farryn, and when Matt came to give us an estimate we were convinced. He came back and did the work -- installing two very large LED ceiling fixtures in the kitchen --- quickly and neatly. I specifically asked to have Matt do the work, based on the great impression he made when he came for the estimate.Weve got an electrician for any work we need from now on. Now if we can only find a plumber thats this good... :-)

My lights were flickering/surging in my kitchen but not the rest of my house. A electrician came out last year and told me unfortunately its probably just the LED light bulbs. A year later my lights start flickering again on that same circuit. After a miscommunication with the call center, the owner personally reached out to me and offered to send an electrician out to take a look a second time. The electrician they sent was patient with all my questions and took time to explain what is likely happening and how it relates to the way my house is wired. The owner clearly cares about customer satisfaction which is rare and appreciated.

Matt arrived exactly when John said he would. He saw what he needed to get since originally he was just going to install a ceiling fan and light fixture and change a wall receptacle. He left to purchase the light fixture we decided for the kitchen. Immediately upon returning he got to work spreading a cloth and wearing booties, which we were so appreciative of. Matt saw that the junction box was not in good shape, which we surmised when we removed the fan. He checked in the attic (and it was so hot that day) and determined the box was wobbly and it really wasnt safe. He replaced the box, put up the fan and the light fixture and showed us how to operate it. It is beautiful, uses a remote and has a nice sleek look to it. He then proceeded to change the outlets in the bedroom which were not grounded. Upon finishing that he came downstairs and began to remove the light fixture from the kitchen. This fixture was up there about 35 years and I think my husband made sure it would never fall down, move, or otherwise. He anchored it in so well that Matt wound up cutting the screws. He worked continuously and effortlessly and replaced an old fluorescent light fixture with a beautiful new bright LED one. I love the amount of light this gives off. Matt cleaned up and was cordial and professional every step of the way. I recommend them highly. You know they are following all proper electrical codes and regulations.Thank you.

Electrian arrives on time and puts on his covers for his shoes. Then begins to explain how he is going to fix the problem he came to fix. He then walks to his van which holds his equipment and returns with large drop cloths and unfurls the over the rugs. Next he brings in his tool kit, takes out the testers and begins to test the circuits to determine why the circuits are not working.. Within a short amount of time and testing he determines why the outlets stopped working, resets the ground faults and explains the problem and his fix and he is done. He then gathers his tools, picks up the drop clothes, makes his good byes, and genis gone. What an experience and a happy customer.
