I had three outlets that did not work in the same area of the house. I called numerous places, and no one could come out right away. I called you guys today, and you literally came out within the hour, and Josh Phillips had me fixed in less than an hour. Yes, many companies could have gotten it fixed, but you guys appreciated my time and concern, and I wont forget that. I will recommend it to everyone.

I had a great experience working with this company.They came to my house to complete a punchlist of electrical items that I needed done. It was full day of service work. My technican Dennis, was courteous and explained to me what he was doing and what needed done. He did a great job!I will be using them again for additional work I need done.

We lost power in our entire family room. I called several electricians and Chase was the first to respond. Today they sent Dennis out to fix our problem. He was right on time, got right to work, and faster than I expected, figured out the problem. He quickly made the repair and we had light, internet, TV, music, and power to the recliners again. Dennis explained everything in terms this laymen could understand. When I told my wife what the total was, she said, Thats all?. This was the first time weve used Chase, but were already planning on them coming back to perform some upgrades we want to have done. And Ill definitely request Dennis!

Called at 7 A.M and they were here within the hour. Had my furnace back on within the same hour, changed a breaker, found an electrical short in the wall, and was patient, courteous and more than helpful in solving the problem. Jim had excellent customer service and would highly recommend them over any other electrician in the area. They are also very affordable. I will never call another electrician again. -Dawn Jenkins
