    I highly recommend Accent Carpet & Tile. They have a large showroom with lots of selections. I chose a beautiful porcelain tile for the floors in three rooms (living room, dining room, and office area.) The sales staff was very professional and nice. They had a lot of patience while I took my time deciding on which floor (wood or tile) to install. And when I chose tile, they were very patient while I took my time deciding on the best tile for my home. Mike came out to my home twice to answer my questions about my project. He was very helpful. The installers were very professional, careful, friendly, and respectful. They moved my heavy furniture for me. Then they ripped out my old carpet and within three days, I had beautiful new tile floors. I found the project to be affordable and after it was finished, I couldnt understand why I didnt make the change a few years ago. I am glad I chose Accent Carpet & Tile.

    We are absolutely delighted with the flooring that Accent installed. I chose Accent after a Google search and noted their perfect ratings, a large quantity of ratings and reviews, I was hesitant, as we had an installer we had used previously had suddenly passed. I am not a handy guy, and wary of contractors, so I relied on these ratings, and am very happy I did. From my very first call, they answered the phone, no need to leave a message and wait for a callback. In no time, they came to our house and provided an estimate that I was very happy with. In a matter of minutes, we picked the vinyl from the samples provided, the rooms were measured, and an estimate provided. The promises they made regarding when they could do it, when the materials would come in were adhered to. The installers came with decades of experience, wonderful people, really busted their humps and we couldnt be more pleased with the results. AAA+++. Thank you all so much!

    I had a transition strip between my laminate and tile floor that came up due to a water leak from my A/C. I had bought from Accent Carpet and Tile before and was always pleased with the quality of work and the cost of the flooring we purchased from them. I talked to Joe the owner and hearing my need, he told me he could come by the next day and fix it for me. He showed up at the time he told me and fixed it. He did not charge me for the service call or the fix to the transition strip.I can only say that my faith in Accent Carpet and Tile was confirmed by the owners demonstration of commitment to customer service. If I need carpet or tile in the future, it will definitely be with Accent Carpet and Tile.

    Love this place! They helped us pick out the right flooring. They came in on one day and a couple days later they came back and laid our floors. 3 rooms. They took out the old carpet. Moved the big furniture out of the way. Laid the new tiles and moved the furniture back. All in less than 6 hours.

    This flooring store is absolutely fantastic! The prices are reasonable, the customer service is unparalleled, the product quality is outstanding, and the installation was quick. Weve had our new carpet for more than 2 years now, and it still appears as if it was just installed. If youre in the area, theres no need to go anywhere else. And if youre not local, its definitely worth the drive.

    We had a great experience from start to finish with Accent Carpet & Tile. We met with Mike back in the fall and he helped us with picking out carpeting and vinyl. We were planning on updating 6 rooms. He was prompt with coming out to our place for measurements and quick to provide the quote. We also had seen the reviews and were confident they were a great place to do business with. They were very patient with our scheduling and had to come out 3 different times to complete the job given our requirements for room preparations (painting, floor repair, moulding, etc...). I believe it was Pam that we worked with on the scheduling. We had requested Matt & Ryan for the last 2 visits and she made that happen. Matt & Ryan did all 3 visits (the last 2 per our request). They were very good at their job and were also very respectful. If we ever need to do any other flooring now or in the future we know we will call on Accent Carpet & Tile.

    I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Accent flooring. The service in store was outstanding in finding what the right products would be for my needs. All staff was very helpful and Mike was a true gem! He was spot on answering and returning calls helping me find what would work best for me, very very accommodating!The floor installers were unbelievable, when removing some of the old flooring they noticed the wood below had been rotted and he recommended that we replace that. My son and I ran to the store and got the wood and they helped us remove the rotted wooden replace it with the new. They worked very quickly and they were extremely efficient..I also had some carpeting installed. The installers did a beautiful job, they worked quickly and got everything back into place. It looks amazing!All around I give an A+ to Accent Carpet Tile and Flooring!

    Wow. Where do we start …from Mike coming out and giving us our estimate to Hunter coming out and finishing the job in 2 days. We had luxury vinyl installed throughout the house and love it.     We have had carpet and LPV installed in two homes. Both times the product was outstanding, and the prices were great. The last install needed to happen in two days, they were able to get the carpet and have it installed. They went above and beyond to get the job completed. We will not by any flooring from anybody except Accent Carpet and tile.

    A home we purchased last summer began to have issues with the carpet buckling in the entry way and dining room areas. The developer of our neighborhood recommended that we reach out to Accent Carpet and Tile who he uses for his flooring installations. They were very friendly and went to work right away to determine if the carpet had been installed by them and was still under warranty, since the home is 4 years old. Unfortunately, the carpet was new and had not been installed by them however they gave us an estimate to stretch the carpet and their next earliest available date. Matt and his helper arrived within a reasonable period of the designated time frame. They were friendly, professional and did a very thorough job. They made sure we were satisfied with their work before they left. We will definitely reach out to Accent Carpet and Tile if we have any future flooring needs.

    These guys are amazing from the staff to the owner to the professional installers. There prices are unbeatable and they don’t have a two to three week wait for install. I am so in love with my new carpet. I will always recommend them they are a hidden treasure in Hernando County right off Springhill drive just after you pass the Airport flea market on the same side. They have a beautiful showroom and tons of flooring tile, hardwood, carpet and tons of selections you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for my next day install. You guys made my day.

    My husband and I were doing a small project around our fireplace and we checked a few places out around us . A few others we went into acted like we were bothering them but Accent was very friendly and helpful . They went above and beyond to help us out and shipping was going to be as much as the tile and they worked with us. We were very appreciative of them. I will never buy any where else.     I purchased a carpet remnant from them a couple of weeks ago. They had the right color in stock at their local warehouse and cut it to the exact size. They even gave me an extra piece at no cost. The price was reasonable and the service was prompt. For a little extra they could have bound it for me. They have a wide selection of laminate flooring and tile also which they can install.

    I tried to order a specific carpet for my home theater from Joy Carpets through Lowes, but they kept having an error when trying to order. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they recommended Accent Carpet and Tile and I could not have been happier going through them for installation. The quotes were better than Lowes for the same carpet, and Mike did a great job with communicating through the entire order.     Accent installed luxury vinyl in our house from wall to wall. Robert was always very patient with us and never pressured us.
