    Chad was amazing! We needed a service upgrade from an old 50amp service and wanted a 200 amp service. He was able to complete the job in 1 day and let me just say it was a ton of work upgrading the panel, weather head, meterbase, mast, landing all of the wires, and labeling them. He was so efficient and within price, I have since hired him for another job, to legally run electric to the garage ( previous homeowner ran it illegally) and that review will be coming next week.

    Excellent service! A week ago the storms took out my electrical service. I called Chill Electric out of Louisville, the owner immediately came and looked at the job. A quote was sent immediately in which I accepted and work was completed the next day. I highly recommend this service for all of your electrical needs.

    Highly recommend Chill Electric! Chad recently installed new lights in a bathroom, basement stairwell, garage and kitchen. He did a fabulous job.     Chad and his team are a professional crew. I have used their services twice and both times Chill has met all expectations. They always clean up any mess, make clear and understandable recommendations, and provide no pressure. Chill has installed new recessed lighting, dimmer switches and also troubleshooted some old wiring.Would recommend to anyone.

    After a few scheduling complications (not within Chads control), he & his assistant arrived and installed a new electric breaker box, meter & all the extra necessary fixins. Chad had the whole thing knocked-out in a days work. His wife was also very supportive in her contacting myself, about any & all updates to the completion of the work. Chill Electrics pricing for said work, was very competitive and in fact, lower than several other companies I had received quotes from. My wife & I are very relieved, to have this completed and off of our check-list. Overall, I am pleased.

    I had some ceiling fans that were as old as the house and wanted new ones installed. They showed up on time, actually a little early and were very professional. The owner Chad installed the new fans with no problems. He was fast as showed up with everything needed. One of the two fans had to have a new electrical box installed because it was plastic. They installed a new metal box. I wish them well and would recommend them to anyone. Great company

    We went with Chill Electric in Brooks and I must say it was one of the best experiences Ive had with a company. I called them yesterday and they were able to send someone out this morning. I had six electrical issues that were taken care of within an hour and a half. The electrician, Henry, was very personable and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. And the price was VERY affordable...much less than I thought it would be. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future when needed.

    Totally pleased with the work and the time it was completed. Putting new lights and plugs and switches in a 1963 house is tough but Chill handled it like the professionals they are.     I cant say enough nice things about Chill Electric!!! During the recent storms we had a tree take down our power lines in such a way that it required an electrician to come out and do some rewiring before KU could connect us back to power. We knew that due to the storms that everyone would be very busy with repairs. We called every electrician in our area and no one could come out until after Thanksgiving or even into the middle of December. We were in desperate need of help. We contacted Chill Electric after their closing hours and they responded back immediately! They requested photos of the damage that night as to give us an estimate on the repairs and we recieved it the very next afternoon! They scheduled to come out Sunday morning all the way in Radcliff, on their off day!!! They showed up ready to get our lines fixed but as they started to examine the damage up close they found that I would need a new breaker box. They personally called all over Radcliff, Elizabethtown, and their own supplier to see if they could get a box for us that day, they were unfortunately unable to get one. I felt so bad since they had driven all the way out here on their day off to help us out only to hit a stalemate, but they were even more apologetic that they couldnt help us that day and it would have to wait until the next day. They let us know the new quote for all the work we needed and said they would be back in the morning with our box. The very next morning, the Chill Electric saviors came! They were genuinely great guys and explained everything they were doing and how it worked throughout the whole process. So very friendly and easy to talk to, like talking to old friends!!! Their price was fantastic! Customer service was outstanding! Work was done extremely well! I just wish I had had hot coffee for them!! I would highly recommend Chill Electric to anyone looking for electricians!!! You guys are so awesome and again, we thank you so much for coming out and helping us!!
