I had an outstanding experience with NY Pavers, specifically Ahmed, for my hardscape project which consisted of a herringbone brick pathway + brick/stone bench in our backyard, and front courtyard rip and replace with stonework. Ahmed also collaborated well with my soft scape contractor, Spike from Passionate Produce (who I also highly recommend).From start to finish, Ahmed excelled in every aspect of the job:+ Communication was superb throughout the entire process - something that is really hard to come by in this business. He kept me informed at every stage, promptly answering any questions I had and addressing any concerns.+ Their flexibility was impressive. They were accommodating with schedule changes and adjustments to the project scope, which made the whole experience stress-free.+ The quality of their workmanship is top-notch. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the hardscaping. I am thoroughly impressed with the final result—they exceeded my expectations!+ The pace of work was also remarkable. Excellent work. Ahmed helped us through the entire process of deciding on the pitch and drainage solutions so we have less water flowing into our city drain, the types of pavers (beautiful) and then fixed an issue with water pooling in the sandy soil by grading the lawn and adding a dry well. We are very happy with the work and the way it was done. Completely professional business and easy to work with. We’re so happy with our backyard.

We worked with NY Pavers to put pavers in our patio and also level the ground so puddles wouldnt form. We asked for quotes from two other companies, and Ahmeds quote was right on par with the other two. We chose NY Pavers because the scope of work was very thorough and Ahmed had great communication about what the project would entail. And it went well!Overall it was a great experience, because Ahmed and team:- Responded quickly during the process of getting approvals from my co-op building- Scheduled us in same-week once we got approval! Also called our super to help make sure we could proceed- Accurately estimated how long the project would take- Gave us realistic heads up on what the work would be like and communicated well about one surprise (concrete) that came up during the projectOur patio now drains well and looks so nice! Were grateful to NY Pavers and Ahmed for making this happen, especially on a tight timeline before we had family visit!
