After losing my well company to the owners well-deserved retirement, i was doing my due diligence securing someone new. I tend to be particular with who I hire; I only hire companies where the principal does the work. After cycling through a couple, I reached out to Sheffields. I am delighted that I did. Ken came out with his son, did a maintenance service, and spoke at length to me about my system. They were punctual, communicated well, and were very personable. Though they are in Bronson and Alachua is a bit out of the way for them, they will be my company going forward. Highly recommended

Mr. Sheffield installed an iron filtration system on our well and it works great. They showed up on time and did a great job on installation in a very timely manner. Service was excellent. I highly recommend he an his company.

Ken has done work at my home twice now in the last year. Some time ago he installed our water softener and today he installed a filter to our system. Both times he has come and done the work THE NEXT DAY! Hours after calling him he’s come and given estimates and has been back to complete the work the next day. I’m so impressed by how prompt he is and how great he does! Thanks for giving me some advice on caring for my softener and being the best guy to call for any of our well needs!!! I highly recommend him and wouldn’t ask anyone else to work on our system!

I recommend Sheffields. Ken was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I was expecting a hard sell for a new water softener system but instead he took the time to listen and answer my questions thoroughly. He fixed what was broken and got on about his day. His kind of service is refreshing in a world of planned obsolescence.

My father just had a generator installed which was an all day affair. The electricity was off for many hours. When the electricity was turned back on, the water tank sprang a leak . My call to Mr Sheffield was answered promptly and he arrived quicker than I could have imagined . My dad is almost 90’yrs old and lives in the country, and clearly I could not leave him with no water. Mr Sheffield arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and with incredible efficiency replaced the faulty equipment. In addition , he removed the faulty equipment. I am not sure what to say other than Awesome about my experience with this gentleman.

Called and left a message and received a phone call back within 15 minutes. Ken was at our home within an hour and had water back in service in a matter of minutes. Great service and very professional. I will recommend Sheffield’s to everyone!

Had a Well Pump installed, was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to come out so quickly & showed up at the exact time of the appt. Found them to be Very Knowledgeable, Professional & Experienced!!! And as far as the Pricing, I found a BIG difference in the Price they charged me VS other company quotes that I got.😊 I was VERY HAPPY with the job that they did & would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone!!!!!!!!
