    JB was phenomenal, very nice and professional from start to finish. We had a bad clog that was backing up into our 1st floor toilet and tub, and he was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue. He answered whatever questions we had and resolved our issue. Very nice and friendly guy and I know who I’ll be calling if I have any issues in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Sand mound jetting, Big Bass LakeCompetitors price caused us to get an alternative vendor. Google search brought up Bills company, they had a great rate. Responded to message within minutes. Great communication with him and his team. Service performed the next day. They were excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, fast and reasonably priced. Explained the needed service and suggested addition product.Telling all our neighbors about Patriot!!!

    AMAZING!!!!!! 5 stars are not enough to explain how my experience with Patriot was, if I could I would give 50 stars!! I called on a Sunday and received a return call just 4 minutes later. I explained that I needed my drain unclogged and let BJ know it was the line to my septic and under a concrete slab. He let me know the base price and came shortly after our call to see what the issue was. Not only did he take care of the clog, but he took the time to clean the line as well. It was one of the worst build ups he had ever seen, my drain even broke a piece of his equipment. He was a pleasure to deal with, super friendly, totally professional and courteous. He was here longer than expected since it was such a bad clog and the price didn’t change, he kept the flat rate he quoted and didn’t increase the price. He also recommended products for me to buy to help continue cleaning the drain going forward, not products from Patriot, things I can purchase at Ace, Home Depot and Amazon. He even took the time to bring the products up on his phone to show me which came with his recommendation. I highly, highly, highly recommend Patriot!!!

    Patriot Sewer and Drain Service is hands down the best in the area. They approach and fix complex problems other local companies just could not fix at my house. They were out to my house within the hour of a major septic line backup. I was provided with well-priced options and fast solutions.     Arrived immediately after emergency phone call. Very professional and knowledgeable, with all hi-tech tools needed to troubleshoot and repair sewage pipes. Went above and beyond providing help in unusual and difficult situation. Weve used other companies before but this one surpassed our expectations. Id highly recommend Patriot.

    Had an issue with my septic backing up and called Patriot. Lou and his partner made themselves available before I was even available! Fantastic response! Cleaned everything out in no time, van was in and out of the driveway in under an hour! Couldnt ask for better service!

    BJ the owner of Patriot is absolutely amazing. Had a similar issue 11 months ago , with my clean out overflowing. BJ spent a meticulous amount of time cleaning and explaining every step of the way. The second occurrence required a deeper dive and with BJ expertise and a camera found that my septic pipe is disconnected causing the backup. He explained in detail what needed to be done and how he would fix the problem . He also gave me some tips to avoid a backup until he can get out to fix the problem. Note this was an emergency service on a Sunday to which Patriot responded within an hour. They are reasonably priced, extremely thorough and very informative. I would always recommend Patriot Sewer for their consummate reliability , expertise, professionalism and prompt response.

    What a great group of guys from Bj taking initial call to Jobi showing up within 24 hours. I could not have ask for a better service and experience then I got with Patriot Sewer. I believe in the (4) referability habits:1. Always be on time ( Patriot Sewer was on the job when promised and ready to tackle/fix the problem)2. Do what you say your going to do. (Patriot Sewer said this would be fixed and explained in detail what they needed to do to fix it, job well done.)3. Finish what you start (Patriot Sewer came fixed my sewer/grinder pump issue and left with no other issues, thanks guys)4. Always say Please and Thank you.     After calling multiple plumbers on a Saturday afternoon, Patriot was the only one who called us back, and he committed to helping us the following morning. He communicated well and showed up in a timely manner. He is a very friendly and understanding businessman who really knows what he is doing. He took the time to explain everything to us, since what at first appeared to be just a clogged drain turned out to be a bit more extensive issue. We were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. This company is the one to call when you have a plumbing problem! We would highly recommend and will keep in mind if we ever have any plumbing issues at all in the future!
