    I just had the works installed. New furnace, air conditioning and humidifier. It was a 2 day job in a snow storm. The installers were Ryan and Ryan. Both guys were very clean cut, polite and respectful. They went about their business efficiently and professionally. They were knowledgeable and thorough when I asked any questions. Initially I had Lenny to clean and inspect my furnace. It was my first time using Broadview Heating. I was given a glowing review by a co-worker so I gave them a chance. I have been, so far, more than happy with the new equipment and with all three guys that have been to my house. Since I have remodeled the entire house, I only wish the workers on all the other jobs were half as good as these guys. I would recommend your company to everyone

    Roger was absolutely great. Young man that really takes his time helping and educating. He stayed to help answer clarifying questions, and maintenance questions for how I am supposed to address future issues. Our furnace was just getting a check up but now we have a pulse on what to look/listen for and different time frames in which we will need to address other problems in the future. When working with Broadview heating and air, we will always request Roger in the future.

    Our experience with Broadview Heating and Cooling was great. From the initial call back, follow up, explanation of options to the install.     Could not be more pleased and thrilled to have entered a contest for vets and Won a new boiler for our home.My husband is the one that won it.And his health is not super,he cant fix things like he used to, and parts for the boiler are not available any more,soooo,we are so lucky to have been chosen to be the winner.We are greatful for that. My hubby was in the hospital when I got the call.There are no way that I can thank them enough.They installed it in one day,the guys were wonderful. They did not make a mess,they were polite,and really just good guys.The work is beyond great,and I really cant say enough about how sweet they were to my husband and myself .Thank you Thank you Thank you very very much !!

    My first engagement of Broadview Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent. I received a notification by phone with a photo ID when Kyle the technician was on his way which I very much appreciated. Kyle performed a thorough inspection of my furnace, explaining step by step what was.being done and patiently answering my questions. He also changed my furnace filter, adjusted the settings on the thermostat and tested the furnace to make sure it was working properly. I had also requested that my dryer vent be cleaned which was done to my complete satisfaction. I was pleased to be able to purchase two digital Carbon Monoxide Alarms from Broadview Heating which Kyle installed. After completing all scheduled tasks Kyle provided written information on various maintenance agreements available to customers. Kyle’s positive personality, skill and knowledge of his trade made for a great service appointment. I will be calling upon Broadview Heating and Cooling for my future furnace, air conditioning and electrical needs.

    We woke up to no heat. We had seen many recommendations for this company on our community Facebook page recently so we decided to give them a try. We were so grateful that they were able to send someone out the same day. The tech, Matt H., called to let us know when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he was going to. He was very polite. He listen to all the information I had to provide about our issue(s) and was able to diagnose and fix our furnace very quickly. He made sure to run it for a while before leaving to ensure it was running properly. He was very knowledgeable and informative about all the issues we were having. They were very reasonable with pricing. I think we finally found our go to, honest, reliable HVAC company!

    I am so glad we have Broadview HVAC in the neighbor. Our heating quit right before Christmas. Broadview HVAC was honest and reasonable priced. They got the part ready and technician came on time, got it replaced and our heating is back! Everything was within the quote range they gave. There’s no bullshit no pushing you into buying a new unit or anything like that. They were even able to move us up into the regular working hours since we had to schedule for after hours initially. There’s a reason their schedule is always full. We were able to have a warm Christmas eventually. I’ll always trust them for any HVAC issues.

    We used Broadview Heating for their electrical services. Specifically their electrician, Austin, installed a chandelier and 4 light fixtures. He provided excellent work - professional and clearly skilled /experienced. In addition, he cleaned up the area and removed all the packaging from the new fixtures, including the old fixtures themselves. Will definitely use this company for future electrical work!

    Kirk was extremely efficient and did a great job. My AC went down during the hottest 5 days in July. He arrived within the stated time. He explained everything to me in plain English. Stated the estimated cost and fixed what needed to be fixed. Replaced parts that needed replacement. Ive been doing business with Broadview Heating for many years and have never been disappointed in their service or products.

    Ryan McKenty and Ryan Sullivan did a great job removing the old furnace and installing the new furnace. They were prompt, professional, and efficient, but equally important, they were courteous and careful to keep the house clean in spite of snowy, muddy weather.     Broadview Heating and Cooling (Gas and Electrical specialists) came out 1/30/2023 and finished 2/7/2023 installing a whole house generator which involved lots of labor time and they did an excellent job. What sticks in my mind is that one of the installers came up with a creative way to install the wiring from the Transfer Switch station to the generator inside the house without running the wiring around the outside of the house from the Transfer Switch station using conduit, more aesthetically pleasing. It took about a week to complete the job because weather that time of year slowed down the work that needed to be done outdoors. I was surprised how much they did when the weather was snowy and cold, however. They cleaned up well both inside and outside of the house and worked well together even though each of the men had their own area of expertise when it came to doing the install of a Briggs and Stratton Generator. When others in our neighborhood have lost power, we have not lost any within our house, not even resets of clocks, microwaves, refrigerators, AC, spoilage of food with shutdown of freezer, etc. All set up in sequence of importance and we even added a whole house surge protector just for extra protection. (See 5 photos.) 6/19/23 - Relocation of Generator ground wire. Fellow service person, former military, John out to do the work, I don’t fault him for being a squid with me being a grunt. Lol personable and professional. First 3 photos show how ground wire was installed to allow for planting of perennials (blue marking with spray paint). I have now posted a 4th photo of the new plants that we planted in front of the grounding wire so that the grounding wire does not impact the plants growth, not splitting up the plants like it did with the Hostas that were previously planted in that area. (4 photos in all.) The one plant that is larger than the rest I kept when I redid the bed because it is behind the grounding wire but now has reached full maturity for the growing season. I am pleased with the end result and BVH&AC willingness to work with me so that I could redo the entire beds design. On 8/16 - 8/17/2023 Ryan and Joel came out to install a new AC and High efficiency Furnace along with turning our 3 season room into a 4 season room by adding heating/AC. (See 1 photos of Rheem 98.7% efficiency furnace and 2 photos of AC unit.) They were excellent, cleaned up well and made sure I understood how to use the new high tech thermostat that even provides weather reports. On 9/13/2023 Ryan and Joel came out again and vented the bathroom/shower fans through the roof. Even though our home is grandfathered with fans allowed to be vented into the attic, an Energy audit by Dominion recommended we have the vents extended through the roof, now code for new homes for the past several years, so there werent issues, even if we sold our house as is, with venting of those fans. I decided that I didnt want anything to impede a sale/dickering with a buyer, so I followed the recommendation to remove that potential obstacle to a sale should we sell in our lifetime or the house is sold after our passing. (See 2 photos - a 3rd fan was also vented but it is in a darker portion of the attic and I couldnt get a clear picture.) Again, Ryan and Joel did a great job with the project including cleanup, etc. I have absolutely no complaints and am pleased with everything Broadview Heating and Cooling and their team has done to improve our property. I will use them again should I come up with other projects that can be performed by their company and their professional and yet personable office and field personnel.

    I just had my entire system replaced by Broadview Heating. I was very, VERY impressed on how great of a job that Ryan & Joel did on the installation. If I could give 6 stars I would. I had a gas line installed, new A/C, and gas furnace. They explained their ideas for running the lines and asked me if I was okay with that. The professionalism was top notch. If any mess was made, they cleaned up. If they ran into any issues, they brought it to my attention and corrected whatever issue arose. They wanted to make sure the client was happy and impressed with the work. Which I was very impressed from beginning to end! I was fortunate enough to find a Diamond in the rough, for HVAC & electrical work. From the moment I called, till the completion of the job - Customer service was outstanding! It is great to see that there are still some companies that put focus on customer service. You definitely earned another life long client.

    Drew was very thorough and knowledgeable. Great service, took his time, addressed any issues, and explained things. We had an issue with one of our units Drew was great at figuring out what was wrong. The unit was under warranty since it was only a few years old. We had to pay a warranty processing fee which I have never heard of before so warranty did not cover entire price. I would have rather paid whole price and processed the warranty myself

    You can certainly find a lot of good ratings posted for this company, so we decided we would give them a call. Its very impressive to be in business over 60 years, but now I know why. My wife and I have had periodic problems with temporary brief outages. Problems like these, are often difficult to reslove. Our technician Nick, did a through examination and tested possibilities. After testing, he found several issues that needed to be addressed. There were also safety concerns from the original instalation. He made a good recommendation on resolving the problem, and answered all our questions. He provided a quote, before doing the work. After completion, I am happy to say, we are completely satisfied with the results. Nick explained the parts a labor guarantee, provided by Broadview and we found them quite satisfactory. Overall a 5 star rating is what they deserve.

    We bought our home recently, and our HVAC system was cycling on and off with error messages. Broadview Heating sent Matt H. out due to our furnace not cycling/working properly. Matt H. was on time- pleasant, and very polite. We appreciated the shoe covers that he wore to keep our new floors clean. He was meticulous; took his time and explained all of the components of our furnace, while thoroughly checking each part. In addition our thermostat software was outdated and causing problems with the heating cycle, so he took the time to update it; downloaded the app on my phone and showed us how to use it properly.     Justin, Matt, & Albert were our technicians for our new A/C and heating units. They were timely, clean and got the job done in a day and a half. After having a bad experience with window installation I was nervous of a repeat of bad service; to the contrary it was a stress free installation and I would recommend Broadview Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone in need of those services. Our a/c didnt work at all and was over 20 years old, same age as our furnace, so we bought both and saved. They offered my husband a military discount as well.     Had you guys come out and quote us for a new furnace and a/c. Kevin noticed a major problem with our electrical. He even said he would hold off on the new furnace and a/c until we addressed the electrical. He didnt try to sell us on everything and said even if we hold off on those two new items for the future it would be wise. So we had Austin and Brandon come out yesterday and they did a great job reworking everything that was needed with the electrical. Both very nice and professional hardworking guys. They put in a very long day but didnt complain or seem to be rushed to get it done. Thoroughly completed the job and we couldnt be happier. Now in the spring we will definitely have Broadview Heating install the new a/c and furnace.

    Trent did a great job! He arrived on time, then replaced a failing TXV valve in my A/C. He briefed me on repair progress and notified me of likely future repairs for my aging unit. Highly recommended!Matt also did a great job! He arrived on time to perform yearly preventive maintenance on my furnace and water heater. The furnace had developed an annoying rattle which Matt tracked to a loose boiler plate; he easily fixed it by tightening screws. He also identified and fixed a loose union on the water heater that had developed a slow gas leak. Highly recommend!

    The customer experience was outstanding throughout the process. Initial call was met with positive people who scheduled my service call the same morning. Service Tech, Dale, was prompt, polite and positive too. Even when he told us that we needed a new AC system. Explained why and payment options. Including, same day replacement if we decided by 12:30. We decided to go ahead with Broadview and the team of Ryan and Joel showed up within an hour or so. They worked into the mid evening, even in pouring rain! They came back early the following morning to finish up the install. Looks great with the new cement pad they installed. The work inside looks great, too. They left everything picked up and clean. Throughout the install, Ryan and Joel were polite and positive - always greeting my nosiness with a smile. Highly recommend Broadview Heating & Air Conditioning! One final comment - this was a pricey project, but that’s the post-COVID world we live in: everything cost much more.

    Updated review. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. They’ve serviced my tankless water heater and my furnace several times. The techs are very good and very friendly. They always take extra time to explain things. Also very responsive. The tech came out same day on a Saturday to help with an emergency situation. I love the communication, getting text messages and calls when they’re on their way, with a picture of the tech who’s been dispatched. It doesn’t get any better in terms of service, price and quality. Broadview Heating and AC is an excellent company. They are highly qualified and professional. They have done a lot of work in my house including installing furnace and AC with the previous owner, but I wanted to continue to use them since they were the ones that designed and installed the systems. Our house is 125 years old, and we have a complex multi-zone system. We recently had a challenging situation to get a new duct run for a bathroom remodel, and they were able to figure it out and solve my problem in a very cost effective manner. I’ve worked with about 6 different people at this company and they are all highly skilled and professional.

    By having Brecksville H/C company doing annual service checks for over Matt did great. Our boiler/hot water unit gets crazy at times.     We were having heat issues. Google Nest and ignitor. Sequoyah came out and not only did he fix everything, he explained the issues and how to prevent them in the future. Along with sharing with us the option to always have maintenance done every year for our A/C unit. Really appreciate everything he did and will recommend Broadview Heating to anyone. Will be a returning customer.

    Highly recommended! Our heat went out on a cold January day and they came out same day and had everything fixed up within about an hour. Sequoyahdo was our technician and he was fantastic! Very friendly and offered many suggestions and advice on maintenace, upgrades when it came time for it, etc… Hope we don’t need to call them again but if we do we will be going with Broadview Heating & Air Conditioning and Sequoyahodo!

    My wife and I were referred to this company by family for the replacement of a hot water tank. Everything from the first call to the final repair was the epitome of service, knowledge and great employees that have a mastery of their craft. We had a nice surprise of a text with a picture of our technician so we would recognize him at the door.Our service was completed by Mike and we could not be happier for choosing this business. Everything from detailed quotes, to investigation for things that need repair, to figuring out our best fit for which water heater is right for us.My wife was at home while I worked and we used video so he could show me what he found. It was fixed on the same day. Mike has beautiful craftsmanship and is extremely courteous and thoughtful.     Thank you Lynn, Kyle and Ryan for the great teamwork in getting our heat back on. We were out of state and upon checking our Wi-Fi thermostat realized our house temperature was falling. Lynn was so helpful and understanding of our dilemma. Everyone involved was so reliable and considering the temps outside were in single digits, we are grateful they came to our rescue.     I have never dealt with a more competent, responsive, and professional contractor. From the owner to the installers I was always informed and kept in the loop with regard to the day to day repairs. This company knows how to communicate and did a job no one else would touch for 1/3 of the cost. I will use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.

    We had a generator and a gas line installed. Both times the service was excellent and the technicians were both professional and answered all the questions throughly. Mike did the check up on our generator today 3/7/23 and we are very happy with the outcome. Had Dan come out to update the software on our generator. Excellent service as always. Highly recommend.

    Dale was fine and competent. Good and courteous worker.Im still mystified though that in less than 6 months after spending $7000 on a high efficiency, state of the art furnace, that rodents from outside can make their way through 30+ feet of PVC pipe and enter the interior of my furnace. One would think that with all this advanced technology, there would be a better system in place to deter this from happening. Im sure some brainiac engineer could develop an end cap for PVC pipe that would allow for proper exhaust ventilation - while restricting unwanted critters that are looking for shelter.
