    We had a great experience with Jose from Bravo Jetting Solutions. When another plumber replaced our sump pump, they discovered the discharge pipe was clogged outside our house. They recommended Bravo Jetting Solutions. Jose was able to come out the same day in the evening to get the job done and clear the clog in our pipe. He was able to finish the job in the time he said it would take and just as it was getting dark. He still took his time to test our sump pump and ensure the drain was discharging properly. He also installed a pop-up emitter to ensure the problem would not occur again as roots had grown into our pipes earlier causing the clog. He took care to minimize the area in our grass he had to dig up and carefully replaced the areas of lawn he had to remove, so it was virtually undisturbed. We were very pleased with Joses expertise and happy he was able to come out and resolve the issue the same day for a fair price.

    Carlos the technician who performed this task deserves a 10 star rating. This issue needed an experienced technician and I got more than I expected. Right off the top he kept me in the loop. He performed a jetting job- when he started to get into a more comprehensive job he stopped and called me for approval. He continued to send me videos in live time, he completed task ran a camera and cleaned up upon completion. As a 28 year technician myself I give this entire company a 5 star rating.     EXTREMELY satisfied with Jose and the work he did to clear the clog in our kitchen drain pipe. He is very knowledgeable, totally professional, exceptionally committed to quality work, and an overall pleasant, nice person. I was hesitant at first because the jetting service is not cheap, but after listening to Jose explain the differences in Bravos approach to jobs like this and the superior equipment they use, I was confident Bravo and Jose in particular was the best choice to solve the problem. You get what you pay for in life and I feel good about this because its really an investment in my home for the long term. I appreciate you, Jose!

    Impressed. Timeliness, communication and service were each excellent. Our tech (Jose) adeptly applied his near decade of knowledge to solving our problem. More than that, he took the time to make sure that we understood each aspect of our issue ( there were many on a 60+ year old system) and offered remedies without pressure. If there were more stars to give - I would.

    After days of trying to solve my own problem, I reached out to Bravo Jetting Solutions. I was contacted within the same hour by a friendly woman (I cannot remember her name, forgive me but thank you!) and was able to set an appointment for same day. Jose arrived within the 1 hour timeframe that was given. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I needed my clogged toilet to be fixed. This wasn’t the typical back up with excessive toilet paper etc. I had chicken wings flushed down my toilet. Jose unclogged my toilet in less than 20 minutes. What a relief! 10 out of 10! Responsive, timely and affordable! I definitely recommend this business!

    If I could give more than 5 stars to Jose, I would. He was out to diagnosis and fix an issue the same day I called him. He let me know when he would arrive and was very communicative, super professional, and compassionate for a very stressful situation!     Main septic line from the house to the septic tank was clogged, in addition to an internal pipe. Jose was thorough, clean, took time to explain, and at the end of the day, our home was restored. He showed the video inspection and explained the different options for remediation. He went the extra mile to ensure that when all water lines were open in the house, water was draining properly. While the company was not able to guarantee work, due to the age of the pipes, Im resting easy tonight after the care and dedication Jose took to ensure our family had water draining. Their company came as a referral from our trusted plumbers, so I know that the work was done properly. Im out of my element when it comes to plumbing, but I trust his judgment and workmanship. Its clear that he takes pride in his work and was attentive to all the details, including thorough cleanup.

    This is the third time we have used Bravo Jetting Solutions because they have always been professional, efficient, timely and most of all, honest. We have a drain at the base of our exterior basement stairs which overtime collects debris. So, every 2-3 years, we’ve had them hydrojet the pipe to flush it out. Each time they explain what they’ve seen, show us footage from the camera they use to inspect, and offer preventive suggestions. Not to mention their prices are very competitive! We highly recommend them for plumbing needs!

    I called late on a Saturday evening not expecting to reach a human being. Instead, I was connected with the boss of the company. I explained that I had come home to the master toilet dripping from the bolts holding the tank on so much so that it had flooded the bathroom and water had dripped through to the living room ceiling. Much to my surprise, he said a technician would come out within the hour to assess my problem and give me an estimate. Color me impressed!After the technician, Steven, determined the problem and recommended replacing the at least 11-year-old toilet, he quoted me $571 for the new toilet and labor. He said the work would take 90 minutes at most, which is convenient and helpful so I wouldnt have to change my schedule too much to accommodate the project taking place, and said he would arrive between 9 and 10 Monday morning.Then, at the appointed time, Steven arrived exactly at 9 am and started unloading his gear. Work began by 9:10 and he made fast progress.Bravo Jetting Solutions has earned my loyal business for their quick response, professionalism, reasonable prices, and friendly staff.Thank you so much!

    Had the boss come and examine and let me know exactly what was wrong off the back. Gave me a great price and then set up appointment for him to come on a Tuesday they went out of there way to do everything as needed had their tech come made sure to get straight to it explained to me step by step and they way the job was done honestly speechless. Perfect before him they hadn’t sealed it rite and and an odor was coming out and they were not explaining anything to me but numbers , this company is amazing and most definitely recommend anyone to give them a try. He made sure to cover it as soon as he was done he caulked the side and wow no smell at all. Honestly you wouldn’t even tell someone was here no mess no smell I mean perfect. Worth everything and the communication I got was super! I know who to call for sure! Truly amazing!

    Amazing service. Surprisingly Carlos came to the rescue in 15 mins after my call and did the first inspection. And Jose did the job very carefully, he explained everything while fixing the main sewer line. He used the camera and inspected through all my sewer system and he made sure everything is ok.
