I called their office first thing in the morning and left a message. Shortly after, I received a call back to schedule a time the very same day. Mr. Mayberry called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He charged my unit with freon, and its never cooled so good in a few years. Im very pleased with his work! I was told last year by another company that I needed to look into getting another unit because mine was too old. Its working great and Im very appreciative! I would definitely use them again.

Our first experience with Mayberry was May 2018 on Friday evening preceding the hot and humid Memorial weekend. We searched the internet for a company in the Bristow area, Mayberry stood out due to my having noticed their trucks around town in the past. A person actually answered the phone after 6 pm and said they would work us in the next day. They very quickly and efficiently identified our problem, friendly, respectful and genuinely cared that we were comfortable for the weekend, urging us to call again during weekend if we had further problems. Fast forward to 2019, we needed their service last week and again it was a good experience....the employees are professional and respectful, we highly recommend Mayberry Heat and Air!!!

I got home yesterday to a broken A/C unit and a super heated house.A professional technician showed up fast. He diagnosed the problem and had the house cooled off in no time flat.Wouldnt recommend anybody else.Top Notch Service and Fair Prices!

Our furnace went down on cold, February day. The guys came by shortly after I called in to the office. Our furnace was leaking gas. They did a complete replacement of our unit in two days. We are completely satisfied with their work. We will surely recommend Mayberry Heat and Air to any of our friends.
