We had been looking for a home, when we walked into a model home and met with Kayla. She was very professional and nice. She told us about a piece if property. We were still a little indecisive about the route we should take. Once we decided to go with that property, Kayla and D&D homes worked with us to make sure we had all the knowledge needed. She answered every question that we askedShe believed in us and has worked with us until we were able to sign our contract. Kayla was such a big help. Though weve not made a final decision yet, she has been attentive in showing us the model home and other homes theyve built or are building now and has taken the time to provide us with a detailed cost estimate. The best decision we made was to hire D&D to build our home. the staff was very kind and helpful in making the choices for our home. the staff are in constant communication about the progress being made on build. I was very impressed with the app the team uses so that your aware of whats to be completed on the property at any given time. now that the house has been completed the warranty is exceptional. Alex Moore was very helpful and was easy to work with. Dave Tucker and his team are excellent people and very professional. everytime a guest comes to our house they ask who built it and I can proudly say D&D custom home builders and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build in our area. -

Me and my wife have been looking to buy a house with no success. The market is just crazy right now. Our realtor is building a house with D&D and after a showing she offered to take us to view a model home of what sheās having built so that we can talk with D&D about maybe having a house built instead of buying. When we showed up with our realtor unannounced we got the chance to speak with Kayla D. The new client coordinator with D&D. She was SUPER friendly and helpful. She didnāt mind speaking with us even though we came unannounced and she was well prepared to give us all the information we need. Needless to say, I think weāre going to look into having a home built with D&D all because of Kaylas professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to work with someone who just showed up out of the blue. I would like to thank Kayla Delk for showing my wife and I the model in Walker Meadows 2. We have for two years owned a wonderful house in the first Walker Meadows Subdivision. I have been trying to convince my son and his family that live in the state of Washington to move to Munford. The model home meets all of their requirements for their family of five. It is well built and spacious. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, office, and a bonus room upstairs. The best thing about the home is 2 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are downstairs. Being as my wife and I are retired, we can appreciate not having to use stairs now. Thanks again Kayla! -

Dave is a great guy, and they built us an awesome home. The only complaint I have is with the paint. The standard option for paint is pretty poor. When they give you an estimate, opt for the additional charge for the premium paint. Do that, and you will not regret it. Dave and Drew offered their suggestions on what we could do to cut down the price to fit our budget. They even recommended that we rotate two details on our blue prints to get the most usage of our space. If you dream it, D&D Custom Homes can build it!Their selection showroom is located right in their office so no need to drive around the Memphis area to pick out your selections. This is an awesome tool, it allows you to log onto any computer or download the app to see a schedule of what step they are currently working in, what step is next and what has been completed thus far. It even allows D&D to post photos so you can see the progress they have made and even share with your with your friends and family through social media.One of many things that captured my heart from the very beginning~~How many other builders can you call out of the blue who offer to meet you at the land you wish to purchase on a SATURDAY to make sure your dream home will fit without any hesitation of giving up their family time? By far the best home builders I ever seen in are area if you have a picture in your mind of how your dream home is going to be they can make it happen you can change any detail you want interior or exterior it doesnāt matter they can make it happen.Dave will show you the floor plans they have available if you are not satisfied they have a website with tons of floor plans and you can change any detail you want in that floor plan he is very helpful and will help you choose the best and what works with you and they are very patient it took us for ever to choose a plan and we changed almost everything in it and he was ok with it awesome guy to deal with.Alisha will help you pick out all your home details and if you donāt have an idea what you are doing go with her taste she really knows how to make everything match from tile to carpet hardwood you name it.And the site manger richard was awesome we used to call him a million times a day and he never missed are call he will be with you the whole process very nice guy and he will make sure you are happy with everything going on and he always makes sure everything is done properly if not he will make them do it again I really would recommend making sure he is the site manger before you start building if you want a perfect home we loved his work.And I forgot to mention all this and you pay as much as you would pay if you are buying a old house.We have been living in the house for almost a month and we love it thank you for everything.I canāt post pictures here but I have a couple Iām posting on yelp so you can see how nice the job is -

I purchased my D&D custom home at the end of 2016 and I havenāt found any reason to complaine yet. I did have some issues about the 1year mark, you know when the builders warranty runs out, but after speaking with D&D about it, it was resolved and fixed with no problems.I normal donāt give raving reviews, come to think of it, this is my first one. I had to do a review because I wanted others to know that if you buy or build a D&D Custome home, you will wonder why it took to so long. Where has this house been all my life. Not only do they stand by their houses, but when you see them building another in your neighborhood, you will be shocked at how well they keep their job sites. Trash is picked up, boards are stacked, and scrap is put in the bin. Iāve seen others and let me tell you, they donāt compare to D&D. If youāre in the market for a new home, do yourself a favor and buy or build a D&D Custom home. You canāt go wrong. Baseball, apple pie, and D&D Custom Homeās. -

I met Dave in January of 2019 in the rain with my hubby while looking at lots in Lochmeade. I was looking for months for a pre-existing home but everything I reviewed did not meet my requirements. We had very little knowledge of Atoka and we completely lucked out on meeting Dave Tucker. In 10 minutes I described what I wanted (multiple generational household with separate living areas) and told him my budget. He said he could do it and by October we were in our new home.Richard Barbera is our project manager. He calls almost daily to discuss where the project was and made sure that we had a smooth transition into our new home. Even after closing he has come out almost weekly to talk to my parents and make sure that they are comfortable. I feel that he is in my corner no matter the costs, D & D wants to give its customers a premier product. He is a consummate professional and makes sure that we are all happy. Not only do my parents love Richard so do my pups.I also would like to say that Stacey and Alisha were both very important in discussing design and style of the home. They did their best to blend my husband rustic requirements with my modern requests. Listening and understanding both of us to marry those two designs.
