The three gentlemen who did the work at my house were truly gentlemen! Alex, Lucio and Luis were friendly and quite helpful. I like to ask questions and learn and they were kind enough to indulge my many questions. Thank you gentlemen for your great customer care.The job was promised as a 1 day and it sure was!!! They were actually done in under 7hrs! Communication has been excellent start to finish. In preparation,we did as much as we could to clear the space and they were very kind to help me by working around what we just couldnt find another space for. I recommend using Dry Zone for this kind of project. This was a project we had been planning for a very long time. Thanks again Alex, Lucio and Luis! I have a clean and no longer scary basement and crawlspace!

I recently had DryZone Basement Systems install a triple sump pump with a battery backup, a dehumidifier, and new insulation for the perimeter of my basement after removing all the old insulation. I couldnt be happier with the results.Weve had three significant rainstorms since the installation, any one of which would have caused water issues in the past. However, my basement has stayed completely dry. This system works exactly as promised.The team from DryZone Basement Systems was exceptional. They were very clean, ensuring they swept up after themselves and left no mess behind. The installers were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything they were doing in a way that was easy to understand. During the installation, they also pointed out an issue with my exterior walls where I had no insulation and suggested I contact MassSave to address it. I appreciated their attention to detail and the extra effort to look out for my homes overall condition.The pricing was reasonable for the high quality of work and the peace of mind their system provides. The crew was very prompt and pleasant to work with. They had their work cut-out for them as they needed to cut through nearly 2 feet of concrete to install my sump pump. Drainage system and pump install went great and they explained all the features.

I was refereed to DryZone by a local customer. I initially met with Trevor at my home. He was very informative and honest. Quick response time to all my questions after our visit. He designed a system for the dirt floor crawl space at my home. He spent a good amount of time in the crawl space himself getting familiar with it. I was able to finance the installation through their third party vendor. My installation was scheduled for 3 months out. They called me after a month and told me they had an early opening. That I took advantage of and they showed up the next day! The installers were outstanding. The lead foreman Ryan. Along with Dave and Austilino. Ryan was very thorough. With 15yrs of experience on the job. He explained everything and didn’t cut any corners. My home was a difficult application. They nailed it down completed in 3 days. Everything was cleaned before they left. They swept out the crawl space like it was a kitchen floor! The finished product was exactly what Trevor and I initially discussed on the initial home consultation. Robin in the office was very helpful along the way. I couldn’t be more satisfied as a customer. I look forward to continuing service over the years on my system. DryZone isn’t a cheap company. The quality of installation and high level of service you receive certainly justifies the expense. My home is protected for life. Thank you DryZone team! In early spring 2024 my Jamestown, RI basement floor fractured due to hydrostatic pressure from an exceptionally high water table. Water leaked in through the cracks and could not be ignored. I scheduled site visits from six basement waterproofing contractors and chose Dry Zone Basement Systems bases on good reviews, design innovations and the expertise of my rep, Steve Da Silva. In June the crew, led by MJ Riley, installed a full-perimeter drain sysyem with two sumps and an energy-efficient Sedona dehumidifier. They arrived on time, took great pains to protect my home, and finished the job in 4 days, at the contracted price. I am very satisfied by the quality of their work, professionalism and the lifetime warranty.

This is a two-part review. The Dry Zone installation team, headed by Marcellus, did an exceptional job of installing our sump pump. The literature provided so much caution when it came to installing the pump, that I was on the verge of cancelling.A tech came to our house, prior to the installation date, and explained in detail the installation and calmed my nerves.Marcellus et al, did a super job - a 10. There was no mess from the drilling and it took about ½ hr.Highly recommend.What gets a one star review is the salesperson who sold us the sump pump and a dehumidifier. I had a lot of questions after the sale and he would not call me back. I called the main office and they were super helpful.All in all, so glad we went with Dry Zone.

Carlos Rivera-Viruet an his installation crew member’s did an excellent job installing my triple safe pump system and extending my perimeter drains. The installation was done on time, and as planned by my advisor Rick Bureau. The crew was professional, and left the basement and drain area outside neat and clean. Jonathan Costa and his crew were overall A++. They were punctual and got right to work. They explained everything that was going to be done today and covered up requested gym equipment in the cellar. Their work looks super sleek and professional. Of note, I also had an issue with my radon pipe as it was originally installed improperly and sucking up water from the ground. They fixed the problem and adds crushed stone we are certainly appreciate of their extra effort. I would recommend DryZone Basement Systems to anyone looking for a great install and superb craftsmanship.

Carlos Rivera-Viruet and his team were awesome. The small space that they had to work in would frighten Houdini yet they jumped right in; each team member with his responsibility. They had to roll around in the cramped space and remove old debris using an assembly line approach. Carlos pointed out some deficiencies which I will have to deal with which were unrelated to the job.He and his team were personable, efficient and thorough. Dry Zone should be proud to employ such dedicated young men to do such challenging work.

I’ve contracted with DryZone twice now. First for a crawl space under our family room and then to take care of our basement drainage and waterproofing needs and to place a speed drain and sump system in the garage. The crew was friendly and hard working on both jobs and I was happy with the work. A few months after the garage system was in, however, I noticed some of the cement cracking and called the company to ask about repairs. Robin booked me in with Casey and Damien…Two really great guys! They arrived on time and talked me through everything they intended to do and made sure I had a chance to peek in at each step of their process. They treated my home as carefully as if it were their own and did a beautiful job on the repairs and the clean up (other than the new drain, I wouldn’t have known they were here! 😊).Overall I’m really happy with DryZone! If you have the chance to have Casey and Damien work on your project, jump on it! You won’t be sorry!

Completely impressed with how clean looking and professionally installed sump pumps are. Though it was a very messy job to do they did their best to keep the cement dust at a minimum and cleaned up all left over materials. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with water in their basement.

Where do I begin? Everything about this experience was top notch. My basement was flooded and I needed a permanent solution. DryZone came out and gave me an estimate. I could tell they knew what they were talking about and even though the estimate was a little higher than others, they guarantee the work and give an ironclad warranty. It was the install where this company really sets themselves apart. It was a two day job and upon their arrival on the first day, Chad, the Production Foreman, came and introduced himself to me and then introduced the other two workers, Erik and Adam. They explained what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and detailed what impact it would have over the two days, (jackhammering, noise ect). It was tough work but they never complained even though it was the hottest days of August. All three men were professional and respectful and took pride in both their work and the company they work for. Both days they kept me informed of the progress and when they were finished Chad walked me through the entire job and all that I needed to know about my new system even though it was late on the second day and I knew these guys wanted to get out of there and go home. There was no rush and he carefully explained how the system worked. They had cleaned up my basement so well that except for where the new cement was poured I wouldnt have known they were there. I cant recommend them enough and as with all things in life, you get what you pay for. Dont cut corners on something this important. Go with the permanent solution and hire DryZone basement systems. Im sure there are several job crews but Chad, Erik and Adam were outstanding. You can tell a lot about a company by how the employees act when they think no one is looking. Even after 2 full days of hard work in the August heat you could tell they cared most importantly about the customers satisfaction but also about the reputation of the company they work for.

DryZone installed our dehumidifier years ago and recently we had to replace it because it just aged out. We serviced it yearly, and the technicians have always been competent and reliable. However, often the true standards of a company only emerge when there is a problem. In our case, the new installation did not go smoothly; the dehumidifier functioned but made an unusual sound. The DryZone technician immediately arranged for a replacement. DryZone said they would not require any payment until they had a satisfactory system working.When they arrived to install the new system, Nick, another technician, explained that although it could function without ducting, it was not optimal for our situation. Unfortunately, the old ducting did not fit, and new ducting had to be ordered. Following Nick’s report, Nathan, the manager, called us to say that since the ducting had not been accounted for in the original quote, they would not charge us for it. Within a week, the final work was complete, and the system is now functioning effectively. Throughout this process, Nick and Nathan were professional, understanding, and transparent about the process. In this day and age, we found this approach quite notable.

Jake did a great job keeping my husband and I informed on all of our options and what the best choices would be for what we were looking for. He stayed responsive and he followed up with us.Connor and his crew came in 4 months later after we officially booked the job to complete the work. These young professionals were fantastic. Their explanation of the process and what they needed to do, their professionalism their cleanup they did so much work in one day.Overall a great company to choose I would say buyer beware, this company needs to do a better job informing people of their new policy of a credit card fee. I would have happily paid via a check which is what I did once the work was completed. The fee, apparently was hidden in my contract agreement but then never brought up again by anyone I worked with and I was electronically sent a deposit link to secure the work. Nowhere in that deposit link email or landing page, not even when I hit submit to pay (where you usually see the fee charge with other companies)was I informed there would be a 3% fee. It felt very much so that they were trying to keep it a secret, a bait-and-switch. I would have given the guys above a 5 star rating, but because of this, it left a really positive experience not so positive at the end. The company did offer me a free cleaning next year to compensate but I would have preferred my money back.

I cant say enough great things about this company. Ive had water leaking into my basement for a while now and at some point, I want to finish the basement. I knew the first step to finishing would be taking care of the water problem. What I didnt realize is how easy DryZone would make it for me. William did an excellent job reviewing the options with me and was never once pushing me to make a purchase. I trusted that he was recommending only the products I needed. The install took 2 days and Ryan, Damien, and the other guys did such a great job. They explained to me everything they were doing, asked if I had questions multiple times, and cleaned up really well. Now my basement is completely dry and I have peace of mind for the future. I even had a few follow-up questions the week after the install and William was very prompt in helping. These guys are legit - dont bring your business anywhere else.

We found out that our basement was greatly in need of moisture removal, so after an internet search, decided to use DryZone for the job. They put us in touch with their amazing Project Manager, Ricky, whose level of expertise and response to our needs is truly astounding. Ricky treated our remediation as if it were his own house. Since we were not able to be present, he took lots of pictures and called to let us know when his arrival ETA was as well as when he left our home. We are confident that our basement moisture will be a thing of the past now that we had such careful and quality work done. The work that was needed and completed was as follows: Removal of all fiberglass crawlspace ceiling insulation (that our builder was required to install due to ridiculous code requirements) installation of a new Sedona Dehumidifier, installation of a proper PVC door into basement from bulkhead entrance, and spray foam (closed cell) around the sill of the entire perimeter. By encapsulating the crawlspace and running a high efficiency unit, we are sure to achieve results. Having a company like DryZone with Ricky doing the work is one of the best decisions you can make. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Sam, Kenny, and Caesar showed up on appointment day at the specified time and introduced themselves. After a walkthrough of what they would be doing, they got right to work. Connor Nichols and his crew just completed work insulating and sealing our crawl space. The job was challenging because our home was built in 1859 and has a fieldstone foundation. The crew arrived and finished at the estimated times. They cleaned up the job site at the end of the day and their work was neat and professional. I cant say enough about Chad Vasil and his crew. This job was scheduled to take and I quote A day, day and a half...tops. When the salesman came to our home, and gave us the time line, he could not foresee the obstacles these men would face. Three days and $12K later, my system is in place and not a moment too soon. We have 2 days of heavy rain on the horizon. These men were BEYOND helpful. They helped me move things, disconnect my washer and dryer, and cover, with care, a couch that really isnt much but all my 89 year old father has. My finished lower level took on water 3 times between December 18th and the 28th. My dads living room is in this space so getting it back to better than normal and safe was the goal. The fact that it took a day and a half longer was of NO concern to me. These men gave it their all. They worked constantly only taking minimal breaks. Jackhammering, lugging out barrel after barrel of broken cement waste and covering every square inch of my walls with their moisture block system. This was no easy task. They worked around electric baseboard heat, an oil tank, a double tanked water filtration system, a well system, an oil burner, a tank less water heater along with numerous electrical outlets pipes and a radon remediation system. These guys didnt miss a thing. I would check on them from time to time and they would always address that I was in the room. They answered question after question and just before they left , one of the men expressed concern for me because I looked worried and he felt very bad about that. I just told him that it was a lot to digest and take in all at once. They all apologized for the job taking longer than it should have but I told them no apology was needed. I told them that they worked like champions and that they overcame a lot of things they never saw coming. Whatever youre paying These guys, ITS NOT ENOUGH. Love these men and they are welcomed in my home ANY time.

Our leaking basement was getting worse. DZ placed their WaterGuard (interior subfloor drain) and sump pump on E and W walls. That solved the problem on E, but W room still flooded. Their estimator Trevor was very responsive at this time. So we had to bite the bullet, have siding and cupboards removed, and extend the drain to the N side. This seems to have solved our problem, even with the inch of rain we had recently. What a relief!Kealan and team came both times. They were very pleasant and professional and cleaned up afterwards. (If you have finished walls, consider having someone else remove and replace them. DZ will demo the walls as needed but does not replace them.)This was not cheap, but it was far less than the quote from a previous contractor. DZ is willing to do a partial fix and extend the drain system later as needed.

I likely won’t have enough room here to sing the praises of this company. Our house is nearly 100 years old. We hired DryZone to encapsulate the crawl space. From the beginning, we met with Trevor, who exercised incredible patience in accessing one side of the space, which hadn’t been opened in YEARS. Unlike other people we’ve had to the house for unrelated estimates, he got right into that space and poked around. He was able to give us an estimate that day, which we were happy with. He said he would be back prior to the job with a coworker to finalize plans.Within a couple of days, we got a call from the company with the dates of the project. As agreed, Trevor came back with James just prior to our crew coming in.On the day the project began, we had a crew of 5 arrive on time: Carlos (foreman), Scott, Al, Marcellus and Marcellus Jr. This group of guys was so pleasant and easy to talk to. They worked so hard, but would take the time to stop and answer all of my questions. They did exactly what they said they would do and did so with expedience. After two days, they completed the project and cleaned up so well that you’d never know they were here.Our crawl space is now easily accessible and looks so clean! I’m so happy that we had DryZone do this job. Our house will be more energy efficient, less dusty and we won’t have the crawl space smell in the warmer months.My only regret is that they did such a good job that we probably won’t have much of an opportunity to work with them again.More companies should look to DryZone to emulate the customer service practices.I’m, seriously, so happy!

Paula Ramos - I recently had a problem with flood water that turned my front yard into a waterbed. The pipe underground installed 2 years ago backed up causing the ice guard to discharge water into the foundation of the house backing into my basement. He diligently worked hard to fix the back up water. I was very impressed with his quick thinking and expertise to install a temporary pipe extended from the ice guard to carry the water away from the foundation area. Pumping the the basement French drain system didn’t work due to excess flood water. Greg returned back the following week to extend the underground pipe and moving it to different direction within the and this should prevent future issues with flood water backing into the pipe forcing to discharge from ice guard into my basement. I have to say that Greg Melusky is a great asset to DryZone Basement Systems! He is professional, compassionate, hard worker and knows his job well! My entire experience with DryZone Basement was excellent.From Robin in the office, Corey the sales guy to Kealan the crew foreman, everything went as good as could have been expected.We had a challenging install that required Kealan to troubleshoot on the fly and he was in constant communication with me throughout the process.We were very concerned about a water line that ran under the basement floor (odd old house) but Kealan took great care in making sure the line wasnt hit and that the sump pump could be installed without having to modify the liner and downgrade the system (shorter liner, less pumps).We were very pleased with the work Kealan and his crew did and Id recommend DryZone to anyone looking to have a sump pump installed.

No pressure from David P. the sales rep., and he explained all the products and what they could do for our basement which just had some water seeping in from time to time. The installation crew of Alexi and Jake arrived on time and explained things as they went. They estimated 2 days, and they were spot on, and actually were done early on the second day. Alexi explained everything to us, from how the system works and what to look for to make sure it is working which makes a homeowner like me know we bought the right system. Todd and crew did a great job repairing and updating some long-standing issues and somewhat poorly implemented repairs done by previous owners. From the initial calls to sales, to an in-house assessment by Todd, the owner, to the repair and installation work from Ricky and his crew, I was never in the dark about what was happening, what it was going to cost, or what to expect. To date the work has been solid, and a big improvement. The entire team was transparent and helpful and very quick to respond to questions or to itemize and explain changes to the quote/statement of work. Good crew, very happy with their work.

These guys just left my house and, I have to say, they were just great! They finished the job in 1.5 days (was supposed to be ~2 days) and were very respectful and diligent throughout the entire project. They showed up on time, executed our basement project quickly and efficiently, answered all of my questions, cleaned up nicely, and went above and beyond! They moved some of the heavier items in my basement with no complaints which I really appreciated. Starting with my first meeting with Steve Brennan, they took the time to educate me on my wet basement and what they recommended, what it would take to get it done, and they were able to do this all within a matter of 2-3 weeks. I couldnt be more pleased with how everything looks. The concrete still needs to dry and we need a good storm for us to actually test the system they installed but so far, I am very happy with my choice to go with DryZone Basement Systems. This was an all day job. We had two Crawl Spaces that were filled with junk from the previous owner, they cleaned it all out, leveled out the soil and Encapsulated them both.After completing the crawl spaces, they removed the old sump from the houses previous owner (found out it was installed with a laundry basket, lucky us). They installed their TripleSafe with the battery backup and we love it. After the last few rain storms, we realized it was the best money spent. So far, no water in our basement.Jay,our sales rep, had extensive knowledge in basement water issues and I felt no pressure to buy when he came over. The install team was great and did not leave until everything was perfect. They were all on time and the project was on budget as promised. Everyone from the sales rep, install team, and the office team on the phone is exteremly professional and never thought I was been taken advance of and pushed to buy things I did not need. Had a crack in the foundation (new build) and it leaked after every rain making a wet mess in the basement. DryZone came right out to look at the problem (and others) and was able to schedule the work right away. In addition I was having issues with my downspout gutter not draining into the dry well and the DryZone crew ran a new line and fixed that problem as well. Highly recommend them to make your wet basement dry.

Professional from beginning to end!This is the second home in which Ive used Dryzone Basement Systems. My positive experience with the first home in Quincy, more than 15 years ago, was so professional and positive that I didnt need to repeat all the research I had previously done. My 1st home didnt have a pump previously, but water came into my basement and I panicked. I never worried about it again.My new home in Rockland already had an antiquated pump without a battery back up. What good is a pump if the power goes out and you dont have a back up? Plus the outflow piping was not freeze proof and was just a flexible hose.The replacement pump is in, as well as the dehumidifier/air cleaner which feeds right into the pump. I can finally stop emptying the old one.It doesnt look at all like anyone was here working today. They called to confirm the day before, they called when they were on the way, they showed up and did an outstanding job.I cant even see where the lawn was dug up to bury the out flow pvc pipes. Im beyond impressed and finally feel secure about moving furniture into my finished basement.
