We used Cesar once before to replace exterior broken pipe. We used him again to change out a faulty shut off valve. Cesar noticed the pipes were difficult for us to access so he recommended dropping them a bit and switching out both shut offs with a better solution. Worked out amazing. His guys were very professional and worked very fast ! Thank you so much, Cesar -
